Since their slight renovation, I'm not sure whether it's easier or harder to find products - perhaps a bit of both. Prices are relatively cheap but I suggest price matching with other stores. Can get crowded since there are generally 1 or 2 tills being operated whenever I have shopped here.

The staff are always friendly and always plenty of stock. For the first time yesterday I tried home delivery. We were told delivery 3-5 verbally by the member of staff for delivery. At home when I checked the delivery slot on the receipt it said 5-7. Some of the food was for our evening meal. But oh well. I understand you are busy but you took my mobile number you could have text . To let me know if was going to be late. As it didn't arrive till 8 pm.

First rate for frozen food. Unfortunately let down by enforcement of covid rules. Family of 3 adults and children in store without masks. Children charging around. Staff admitted that they were unable to enforce masks rule because of abuse.

Fantastic store. The store manager is a credit to this store. He is always on the shop floor serving customers and having banter with the regulars. I used to shop here regularly but gave up two years ago after the shelves were empty and the waiting time at the till was a joke. He has 're instated my faith in Iceland. The staff are great and the offers are good too :)

Not over busy. Plenty of time and space to browse. Didn't really know what I wanted apart from milk but found a few bits to tempt me. Freezer nearly full of home made food but bought a couple of bits. Checkout readily available, without any wait

Alot of the food is cheaper, including the cat food. I like the slimming world offers but the free yogurt wasn't vegetarian and last time the 2 free salad items had fish in and the veggie option had sold out. Shame there isn't an alternative..... But that's probably the deal with slimming world. Staff great. The salad pots were out of date but told someone and she was going to sort it out.

Love the New Store and new layout New chiller cabinets are fabulous Only problem at Iceland is there are always queues at the check out. Suggestion : the Express Checkout area is hardly ever used. This could be utilised a lot better by putting in 3 or 4 self-service checkouts which would ease congestion and speed up checkout process for customers 🛒🛍️
