I'm always fascinated to visit little waitrose mainly to get my usual pineapple and apple juice. It is a beautiful, "healthy-living" kinda shop in the heart of Nottingham city. Their stocks range from bakery products to confectionery, wines, non GM fruits, flowers etc. The shop is adorned with very cautious security staff and other readily available attendants. The checkout point allows for self-help as well as cashier assistance.

Popped in to grab some lunch for work the next day, spoilt for choice, from a delicate salad to a heart warming hot meal with a vast variety in between, I chose a chicken tikka biriani and a veggie samosa, looks amazing. Shop was well stocked with all fresh items and the staff were on hand to help when needed and was exceptionally polite and courteous with a warm greeting upon entry and a sincere farewell when exiting. Highly recommended

Product selection is plenty for a essential shop for a little Waitrose store. Pleasant experience navigating around the store. Staff friendly to serve and readily available to act on any queries! ( thumbs up!) . 🖤

Most of the shelves are well stocked, hardly ever a queue recently which is a bonus since some supermarkets are making people queue for a long time. Staff are friendly, particularly the security guard we see every week, but some staff can sometimes walk at you mindlessly. The range is good, prices reasonable.

Really well stocked, delicious food. Although it could be more disabled friendly. Lots of items in the aisles makes it difficult to get to the cashier's. The staff are helpful and let me use the end cashier with my mobility scooter.

You have to love Waitrose - even if it is just a small city centre one. Their bakery products are great, I especially love a croissant and a cappuccino in the morning. I know that the budget supermarkets have gained a sizeable share in the market but nothing will beat Waitrose in quality. And service. Always polite, helpful and chatty when that is required.

I am a mobility scooter user the isles are wide anothe, shelves have a Very good choose of food stuff of every kind, staff are always willing to help, prices are a bit dearer but qauilty is at a high standard, there's a good bus services with in few minutes away.

Quick and convenient helpful staff a little more expensive than other supermarkets and limited range of products small bakery on site as well as coffee but you need your own cup. With a Waitrose loyalty card you can get a free coffee every day and a copy of their food magazine monthly for free. Spend £10 and get a free newspaper. Good selection of sandwiches and drinks.

Usually rather busy. No nearby free car parking. Nice staff. Great freshly made baguettes, when they are there. Easy in, easy out. Decent selection of food apart from one thing I always miss: Sabra Hummus Za'Atar. I miss the Wollaton Waitrose they had everything I wanted, apart from Sushi Tofu Bento, which I can find here but only because I kept asking for it (I assume several other people did also.) To Little Waitrose: please get the Sabra Hummus Za'Atar and the Banana loaf in the freshly baked section. Oh, and it would be great if the baker/cake stand person could serve free coffee to customers when the free coffee machine is broken. You've lost my custom so many times when the machine is down. But I do appreciate the soy milk provided when the machine is out.

I always pop in here when I am in town. Good food and they have items I cannot get from my local. However, the fact that i have to ask to be served if I dont want to use self checkouts really makes me not want to go in. I shouldnt have to ask to get served and I do not like self checkouts at all. I understand that retailers are all cutting hours and reducing services, but part of the draw of paying more is customer service. To me that doesnt mean asking for a person to help me on the till.

Pricey , staff mixed bag- young ones come across uninterested older ones more professional. 1 particular lady goes so slow on till its almost funny! Regular customers avoid her because of how long it takes her to pack a bag and ring in. Nice food and drink and convenient next to bus stop

An excellent mini-supermarket. Good bakery. Plenty of basics and decent prepared food. A bit pricy, especially for produce, but then it’s Waitrose. Stop in late for bargain bread.
