M. S.Amazing collection. It's an enormous store. Prices are slightly higher than its neighbors but of course, with Waitrose, there is no compromise on quality.
Huge variety of products.
M. M.Food prices not that bad. I'm still managing to buy my basics. The cashier was so pleasant happy for that. Nice to be saved by someone cheerful and greet customers at the till. Loved it.
R. H.Not as big as Botley and no longer has a deli counter. More convenient for North and East Oxford though. Parking can be busy. Staff are friendly.
I. B.Obviously it is Waitrose so everything is overpriced but I know that when I go I get what I asked for. Wish they had more variety though and better quality fresh produce.

E. N.I was so delighted the way I was served by the staff. Especially the one who offered assisting to carry my Henry hoover. He asked if I was driving, replied no I'm going to catch a bus. We went together to no 10 bus stop, offered him a tip, politely declined. It proved there are still genuine people in this world.
r. M.Everything one could want from a supermarket. Great produce and unusual items too which I can't find at other stores.
29november...unfortunately I bought a pie there today. Chicken and mushroom.. Tastes good but its all pastry.. 3 tiny bits of chicken.. I opened it up.. Hollow almost.. Still a great store but this pie should be taken off shelves in my humble opinion.
Called up the store. Wonderful staff offered me a refund and couldn't apologise more.
Customer service excellent.
