Before lockdown, If ever I used to need just a few things I would walk to Tesco rather than local shop as it was worth it. However, my last visit I found Tesco Not very good value for money, in fact many items are either cheaper or same price local shop. Tesco are definitely off their game

Entrance can be intimidating as there are a lot of people asking for money but the shop is fairly standard and does what is required.

Has degraded over the years, still gives a mediocre amount of everything needed. Last Christmas they didn't even have the tubs of Quality Streets!

The normal great value and high quality food and other products we expect from all Tesco shops, complimented with extremely friendly very helpful staff. If only the local authorities could keep the beggars away from the front of the store, Tesco have no control over this illegal inconvenience which contravenes local bylaws. People feel pressured whilst using the three cashpoints and when entering and vacating the store. The rear doors are now semi permanently closed so that this situation can't be easily avoided. Please don't hesitate to avoid this store and the excellent service, the problem is outside and pressure should be placed on the police , street wardens and Peterborough City council.

they got a wide variety of reasonably priced food. But the vegetables and the fruit section needs more stock i believe. Should fill their shelves more with their own brand.

Quite large local supermarket very convenient if you live near or in the city centre. The stuff I dealt with was ok. There is a lack of certain products but overall is fine. The only con is the temperature inside. It's too cold, colder than outside.

Poor shop really but tesco like setting up these small shops, but it's seen as a supermarket and is far to bust. Shelves get emptied really quickly and not much choice with products.

Where have all the staff gone? Seems to have changed recently and skeleton staffing means more chaos at check-outs. 😕
