Good as always apart from people parking in the Click & Collect spaces that should not be there. People with blue badges are meant to park in disabled bays which are marked. The 4 Click & Collect spaces have no markings but huge signs on walls & notice boards next to spaces stating "Click & Collect" yet blue badge holders still parking there. Please read the signs as to where you can park as there is dedicated "Blue Badge Disabled Bays" there is "Mother & Toddler Bays"...there is 4 "Click & Collect Bays" for customers who order online but most of the time Blue Badge Holders are parked in them which causes problems for Customers who are collecting their online orders. Please read signs, be respectful & mindful of other customers. I'm sure if it was the other way round & anybody without Blue Badges parked in a Disabled Bay...Blue Badge Holders would be complaining within seconds to Staff !

Store is easy access with plenty of parking for the disabled,baby as well. Instore it is well laid out with well stocked shelves,on the down side the staff who do the online orders need to give respect and be polite when doing the picking to instore shoppers,on the comments about parking issues it's a knock effect from a full car park so customers park in any 0ther available spaces.

I have in the past given a bad rating, but since the Coronavirus I have also said how good the store and staff have improved. But now I have to say the staff are absolutely excellent, if there is a problem they will help you and from entering the store to leaving the store is clean and tidy and the staff are wonderful, even the management are seen working hard to keep everyone happy 😊. I can't fault it any more. To all the staff you are doing a fantastic job, just keep up the good work. From a very Happy customer.

Asda is a large supermarket out of town in the suburb of Estover, it has a large car park to the front and rear. The place is normally quite busy, mainly due to its location. It supplies a wide range of produce,mainly catering for the weekly shoppers and lower end of the market. Having said that the produce is good and they keep the shelves well stocked. Best going early morning if you want to avoid the queues.

Best supermarket in the city. Good pricing. If packet goods I buy plenty up when on offer and the offer prices are very on/off. If you go late in the day some items out of stock. I avoid weekends as some people treat it like a family day out and have their kids running everywhere out of control. Pizza counter great, sometimes a queue. Mix of serviced and self-service checkouts. Petrol price best in area.

Very Good Price. Lots of Selection of clothes, food, drinks Home and more. Went there staff very kind. I returned a broken TV that was broken out of the box, they gave me my money back plus how much the TV cost. The TV cost 280 so the gave me 280 and another 280 gift card.

I Was there again This morning Collecting medication From purple Prescription. unfortunately for me and other Customers, Isreal Was the Pharmacist for today, and I kid you not I was waiting for just over 45 minute's today for a collection that useually takes 5 mins tops, I'm usually there and out within 5 mins tops. I'd love to hear anyone's feedback that has Seen the Pharmacist called "ISREAL" Apart from this I cannot fault the service that ASDA staff provide. allways bright and cheerful, and very well comming and accommodating to customers.

Quite a busy store but it's got alot of products to chose from which is great, I think you'll find pretty much whatever you're looking for, from homeware to garden products to clothes to hot food, it's got it. There's also a cafe there but it's obviously closed due to being in lockdown but I'm sure it'll will be extremely busy next week when we come out of lockdown. If you need a chemist them there's a Boots on site too and there's also a Post Office on the same site aswell which is quite handy. This is definitely one of the better Asda's I've been to, not the biggest, it's a medium sized store I'd say but it a good one at that.

The car park is free but in the disabled bays, people park in them spaces and are not even disabled. The cashpoints are also always broken. Inside, they change adult books all the time but just keep kids books the same. Most of the staff are always talking instead of actually doing their job. Fat people always go in the disabled checkout lines just because there to fat and cannot fit through normal lines. The shop manager is an idiot, normally afraid of the customers. Delivering is just rubbish, the carrier bags are dumped into the dirty trays. The cafe isn't great but there is a disabled lift. There are changing rooms. Security isn't great. But the groceries are fairly ok. The phone number on the website calls to India. Lol.

Good selection and prices, easy to park in lower carpark! I visit every Friday, predominantly to create our own pizza which the family love, and always leave with at least 3 bags of shopping as I can't resist some of the great offers and promotions!

This is an average Asda superstore, located in Estover. It’s a few miles from the A38 road, so it’s easy to access. This store has a large car park outside, with a three-hour time limit. There is a car park with multiple spaces just outside the main entrance, as well as a few more spaces behind the store. There are two ATM’s located outside the store, which are free to use. There is a petrol station outside, too, which has fuel available 24 hours. Inside the store, there is a cafe, which can be accessed from the stairs and the disabled lift at the back of the store. There is also a George clothing section, a bakery and a pizza area, where you can purchase homemade pizza. Also located inside, there are self-checkouts, some with conveyor belts and some without. There are also checkouts which are operated by staff with a conveyor belt. The staff are always there to help around the self-checkout area. There is also a kiosk, click and collect area, free toilets, as well as customer services.

Staff are friendly, reliable, and after a few weeks, will remember you and greet you in passing. stock variety is plentiful and the prices are great always somewhere to park and the atm's are always stocked overall my favourate supermarket, where i buy 90% of my groceries and the other 10% is chilled microwavable curries from lidls which are just as good and half the price.

This supermarket is great considering it's only a small Asda store. There is a free car park outside with a time limit of three hours. If you're going to be at the store for longer than three hours, there is a car park behind the store which doesn't have a time limit if you park in the unlimited time car park outside the church. If you use the Asda owned car park at the back, the time limit is still in use. There is a pharmacy below the store. A cash point is located just outside the store, also outside is a bus stop which has good bus links to Derriford Hospital, the city centre and other suburbs of the city. There is a cafe located upstairs which has wheelchair access if you use the lift. There is also a bakery which sells fresh made bread which is made in the store.

really some strange staff you have working here, one of the girls at the pizza counter was on her own and when she got to us she continued to complain about being by herself and kept speaking about it to us, at today's visit I slipped on something on the floor and luckily didn't fall over so told a member of staff who literally said 'oh I don't know what to do, the cleaner isn't in today!' step it up asda.. could have been a lot worse

Not so great these days.. Only place I like to go for a make your own pizza.. My base was missing a chunk out of it. Portions are halved not even getting the full measurements from the spoons.. Quite literally watched her putting half back . As for her people skills,, non existent she clearly doesn't enjoy making pizzas for pizza lovers. Then I receive said pizzas on large cardboard bases. Which allowed the pizzas to slip n slide everywhere. Sadly gone downhil in my book Will be trying Morris ons make your own nxt time.

This asda is huge. Selling everything you can think of. Staff are friendly and efficient. There is a cafe upstairs and a pharmacy at the back down the steps. Good for bargains. Free parking outside, although it is limited in its spaces.
