Totally blown away by the excellent service in the cafe this morning. 6 of us had breakfast for a special birthday occasion and the food was top notch . However what stood out was the customer service provided by the staff in particular Elaine. She has noticed that my poached egg was slightly over cooked and whilst I did consider asking for a replacement I didn’t bother as the quality of the egg was so good. Elaine had already spotted the egg issue and unprompted brought me a perfectly cooked replacement which was a lovely surprise. The staff then helped with a birthday cake surprise including candles and plates to serve and presented the birthday girl with a mini bottle of Prosecco on the house! What great service thank you all we will return for sure! 🤗

Booths Hesketh Bank sells lots of local or North West products all be it at premium prices. If you want something special or different to normal supermarkets then visit Booths you won't be disappointed. The store is well laid out with fresh meat and cheeses near to the entrance and everything else in logical places.

Wonderful store. Visiting from Swansea S Wales and always look forward to a visit to this very well run store. My husband especially likes the red/brown sauce they sell. Yes no problem getting home to shop at Booths. 😊

Place is great, however, some of the food was extremely over priced. I know its in a nice area and has a nice brand but it's seriously over priced for the same stuff in the near by Co op only 3 minutes drive away. The staff aren't overly friendly either. But still the place was clean and presentable and some.of the own brand foods were really good quality. But in the time we are in, price and affordability for the cost of living is important.

A good local super market within the village. Booths have a good reputation within the northwest for quality but often not the cheapest.

We are from Southport and me and my mother love shopping here. The cafe is superb and always a parking space. My only niggle...is the book stand spinner is blocking the exit corridor from the tills. As my mum is wheelchair bound its awkward for us to browse the books. Maybe move it to a better area. Its also too close to the Lottery stand.

A lovely store in the heart of village life. A nice Cafe area to grab a coffee before or after shopping. Parking bays for electric motors, general parking spaces can sometimes be a problem at busy periods. Friendly, local staff 😁👍

Have everything you need, some things are more expensive than other shops but they do sales too. I always go there for the bread, they have a great variety and sizes. My daughter loves going in there for the chocolate doughnuts yum. They have a large park opposite to the pharmacy and post office. They have a café inside the store. Great experience every time I go.

Great place to shop. Prices similar to Waitrose although a lot of locally grown produce is on sale and fresh. Special offers available for Booths cardholders including reduced drinks cost in the cafe. The Booths card also offers points on many products purchased which can be converted into money off vouchers.

Superb supermarket full of great quality food and drink. There is also a good range of fresh, local produce from nearby farms. I particularly like the produce section. Prices aren't the cheapest, but there is value for money.

I used to come here as an occasional treat, but during the Covid crisis I've switched to Booths for my weekly shop, as it feels by far the safest and best-organized supermarket

Good selection of light meals/snacks at reasonable prices, decent size helpings. Pot of tea not cheap tea, a really good cuppa, selection of milks, oat, soya, cows. Clean place, staff on ball at clearing tables, bit slow at serving, but very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend a visit.

Just to say after a negative shopping experience in a local greengrocer. We left, and took our trade to Booths. What a difference, the gentleman on the door (25.07.20 afternoon) greeted us with a smile and pointed us towards the santising stations. He was busy cleaning the baskets and trolleys. He restored our faith in human nature.

Booths have the best covid trolley and basket cleaning system since this problem started, also the screens to protect their staff. The big boys were rubbish they could have learnt from Booths. The store was really well stocked this morning. Thank you all at Booths
