I went in your shop in Reading today at 11am and suddenly I started feeling really dizzy and unwell due to most likely low blood pressure. Your employee was amazing, she got me a chair, gave me a bottle of water and even some cashews. She was so attentive and helpful that I could not be more grateful to her. Thank you so much!!!!

Great range of healthy products including dried fruits, seeds, nuts, spices and even sugar free sweets. The prices are much lower than Holland and Barrett and the quality of the products never lets you down. The staff is amazing and very helpful all the time. Love this shop!!!!

Always such a delight to visit this store. Wonderful variety of healthy seeds and spices for really affordable prices. At present time: 1kg of sunflower seeds for £2.99; 1kg of chia seeds for £4.99 (or 2kg for £8).
