Good place to shop, only my second visit but will be visiting more often now. Helpful staff, the young lad on the checkout was so polite and friendly. Well worth the visit.

This was superb, simply superb. I ventured into Iceland with an ounce of fear in my mind that I may be threatened, however i loved it, I adored it I couldn’t believe the overwhelming joy which I experienced. Yet it only got better. I selected my items and skipped with joy to the counter as I could not wait to taste my krave bars and to my surprise the most beautiful man was serving me. His name is John Burbridge as I later found out and he greeted me with a smile which went from one cheek to another. He scanned my items, he has small hands which comforted me as well, and asked how my day was, which was the highlight of my day. I will visit once again to this store and recommend everyone to this store not only for your groceries but also the experience which comes with it aswell. Thank you John

Only visited once and my partner went in. Had everything we needed to get and he didn't have to queue (unlike the M&S next door with the huge queue!). Because the M&S was quite busy, it made parking a little tricky (it's a small car park anyway!) but it was a relatively stress free, speedy shopping trip.

This is a great store and is very well stocked. It is very rarely full making shopping there even more pleasant.

The food is great value espically for a family of 6 like us. Great buys but we only go there for our frozen foods. Best bargains are the Greg sausage rolls. Be aware if none in the freezers when you get there just ask as they usually have loads out the back. Shop quite a large store so plenty of space.

Very friendly staff and a well stocked store. There is usually plenty of parking close to the store, but does get extremely busy over the Xmas period. This store is well lit, quite spacious and has a great range of products. They also stock a good range of dry goods, chilled items and a small selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. Particularly good for pizzas and ice creams. There is a M&S food store next door as well as a Pet food and accessories store, a drive through McDonald's, a car wash, BP fuel station (which now houses a Subway food store inside), and there is a Toby Carvery too. All very convenient and I would recommend a visit.

Lots of good healthy food freshly frozen. A very wide variety of vegetables, meat, fish, pastas, desserts, party platters and lots more. Well worth a shop there. Also bread, fresh milk, butter, eggs, fresh veggies and more. My nice surprise was to find frozen avocados. Nice.

Easy to park at 3.30pm quiet inside the store nice wide isle's. Good selection of very reasonably priced goods. Very nice checkout operator. Young lady was very chatty.

This is the best Iceland by far in Reading,all of the staff are so friendly and you never have to queue for very long and the store is always clean and tidy and thanks to a very lovely member of staff who searched for us we now have a lovely turkey crown for our Christmas dinner.Keep up the good work guys,this supermarket and it's prices may be cheap but you always give 5 Star Service.

I might have given it four stars if the cycle and pedestrian access wasn't so completely ludicrous. It is also rather appalling that there is no provision for cycle parking, when it is situated next to on of Reading's main cycle routes.
