Lovely staff that sometimes have to deal with rude mean people. However, the store has some issues with their supply. Shelves are empty :( and everything is quite dirty. I also think that the images on the front of the store are just unpleasant.. maybe it’s time to change? I can send you a few nice images to use for free if you want!

Called in on the Sunday evening, they a closing down for a four day closure and refit and the fantastic staff managed to help. One word.... Croissant! Thanks all!

Staff are incredibly polite and welcoming and will always try to help you out. Provides eBay deliveries and a good selection of food. Lived in the area for a year and a half and now miss the quality of service. Being in the city centre it can become busy at times but the majority of staff purposely smile and ask how you are doing making the store feel like a local corner shop and not a generic high street stop.

Work down the road so visit 5 times a week, the morning staff are all so lovely and work so hard! they are always running around but never complaining and always help customers in need. great selection of to-go lunch available! would be great to get self serve tills though as sometimes the ques can be quite long. Please never get ride of myhermes collection it is so useful! :)

Totally disagree with negative feedbacks. Prices vary and most of the products is worth the money. Talking about staff members, going to this shop almost every day for almost a year can say only but good things, they are always helpful, chatty and polite. Only one disadvantage is that sometimes there might be quite a few things out of stock.

Very convenient location to where we live, they are a collect+ collection point, do all hermes and paypoint services plus whenever we just need to pop down for some last minute shopping, they have what we need. Not super stocked at all times, that is true, but the employees are always kind and helpful!

Completely disagree with the negative reviews. I live around the corner and shop there every day. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the shop is well maintained.
