Shout out to Karen who really went out of her way to help me! The young manager could take some tips from her as he wasn't so helpful! Staff on tills and who stock shelves are lovely and it's always got some good bargains ☺️

Always satisfied with the service and friendliness of all staff. Don't really care much for the self service, ( thats progress I suppose!)but I'm pleased that I can be served at the checkout. Some food items eg Balti and Bhuna curries are only available at the Super stores along with some low sugar items. On the whole I'm very pleased with everything else.

Prefer Asda on Victoria Road, fenton. As more choice. Always waiting for disabled bay as some idiot who doesn't have a badge or parents with kids who think they are entitled to park in them. Since when did having a child make you disabled. They close the tills early so if i do my shop late at night around 9pm always got to ask them open a till. It's all self service open. Must be nice have a 9-5 job. It's OK forsstuff I forgot or mid week shop. But still end up at morrisons for golden delicious apples. No where close does them. And other bits. Love fresh bread n baps so go morrisons for them got more choice or even lidl but depends what time of day you go what's left.

Not bad - and of course anything would be better after the ghastly, last chain that had it. However, despite the months of refurbishment', entering the place one finds not much has changed, it's just the c0.*p under a different name and all they've done is to offer the same boring fare, quite unlike that forgin place up the road. As usual, expect to wait ages to get out due to the tills being closed except for one poor girl

It's as Asda with all the associated good savings etc. Local, poilte staff, good parking with larger than normal parking bays. Good selection of products. A well needed addition to the community.

Parking is an issue, you should have one way in and one way out, at the moment cars are getting in each others way, you need a one way system because its manic at times
