K. D.Good selection of frozen food. Limited selection of fresh groceries but Iceland is known more for it's frozen goods. Plenty of parking and in a good location. Staff attitude is a bit hit and miss. I guess it depends on who you're served by.
D. F.The Food Warehouse offers a huge range of frozen foods as you would expect from Iceland.
You will find more here than your local store with lines that I had not seen before such as TGI Fridays, Eds Diner, Cathedral City.
You may find the checkout set up a bit hectic if you have a large shop as the area your food goes into after it has been scanned is almost non-existent
S. T.Better to go earlier or later get around quickly but sometimes have to wait for a til as all staff filling up sometimes there happy to see you other you feel like your in the way
A. C.Busy. Biggest Iceland outlet in Swindon. Loads of parking spaces even though it was a busy day for all, on the trading estate. Got what we were looking to buy as the shop next door did not sell the larger package
P. M.Check out staff were rude and aggressive to my wife trying to tell her how to put goods onto the conveyor belt. Luckily my wife is quite placid, if it had been me then the situation would have been different as I treat people the same as they treat me.
On a good note they sell frozen Greg's sausage rolls.
R. P. J.Lots of ready meals missing roast chicken dinner, chilli con carne, also being managed by someone who can’t see the big picture
P. S.Great shop, plenty of deals. Good range of products. Queues can be a bit crazy sometimes. What I don't like is, that you are made to pack everything twice. So you've picked all the products you want and place them in your basket/trolley. You then put them on the till, then they refuse to let you pack it straight into your bags. You have to place it back in the basket/trolly and the repack it else where. Just crazy..
D. W.Lovey store shelves are full witch is not a common things these days. Only down side was only one till open.
