Brookside premier shop is an excellent local shop who caters for every one's different needs with the post office being inside the is so very convenient and stays open as long as the shops open the owner even says if we don't supply it we will try and get it

A massive thank you to all the staff of this supermarket who has kept local ( and not so local) people in supplies over the last six months. They have worked tirelessly to provide people with virtually everything which local bigger supermarkets have failed to do. This time has been a very stressful time for lots of people but was made much more of a positive experience knowing that they wouldn't be without basic and also not so basic needs. If you were having a 'bad day' you could always get a smile and a bit of banter from the lovely staff. Again a huge thank you ' you are brilliant ' . :-)

Clean and tidy convenience store selling all the usual regular daily necessities at reasonable prices. Open late on some evenings. Friendly, helpful staff. Would rate higher but location used to have a reputation for trouble.

Excellent community vibe..like every place a few bad people..but overall...live here and you can get on with most people..people that come to visit..sometimes are so up their own arses they only see bad..*as below...lol..I have lived here for 10 months now and have had no problems at all....yes there are drug users..yes there is rubbish..please if you can possibly tell me 1 place that does not have anyone on drugs or a crisp packet on the floor I'd love to see this place :-) ..don't come to brookside and slag off everyone that lives here because you have had a bad day..or you think your better than everyone else...because your not...your actually worse than the people that live here ;-)

As with all living areas there good and bad I have live in 4 area of brookside over a number of years and there has only ever been some minor issues. I have never personally been involved with anything and love where I live

Brookside is an ex council estate and private built houses. Loads of money has been spent over yhe past few years improving the run down area that includes a new open space, shops and comminity centre. Brookside os on the up and generally a good place to live. It cannot be denied there remains an underlying element of anti social behaviour and bad landlords. In some areas car parking is vert tight. I have lived in a nearby area for 15 years, its so much better now. I bought a house to let a year ago but eventually sold it. I would not have done that if i though it was a bad area. Go the the parish office in Stirchley for full information.

The shop is great. Located in the center of Brookside, it offers everything you need on a daily basis. Monthly offers are always going on and there is a Post Office in there too.

Great shop friendly staff, always have what I need. However this shop does not open at 7am on Sundays and Saturdays. It now opens at 8am which isn't too bad.
