Great members of staff, not sure about management, other stores have fresh salad stations & sell off the out of date stuff for a pound at the end of the day. Considering its in a deprived area, I thought they would have taken up this policy. They always sell the same old stuff, hardly anything new or tantalising to choose from. A salad bar like in Church Stretton would be helpful & healthy.

Not a bad selection but definitely not the full selection of groceries you would get at a full size coop. I like the convenience and location of this store but I always feel the place is understaffed especially the tills.

Unfortunately, the consequences of Brexit are becoming more and more noticeable, with empty shelves for fresh products and water. Poor English people who voted for Remain! :-( (Original) Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, wie ich es im Vereinigten Königreich gewöhnt bin. Leider machen sich immer mehr die Folgen des Brexits, mit leeren Regalen bei den Frischprodukten und beim Wasser bemerkbar. Arme Engländer, die für Remain gestimmt haben! :-(

Stand alone supermarket, although there are other small businesses (mainly takeaways) on the site. Free parking. Smallish store so limited range. I couldn't do my main shop here but regularly visit for day to day essentials.

I find it convenient as it's close to where I live. Over the last 12 months I have found the prices have come more in line with other supermarkets there is many more bargins than there used to be. In addition having a co-op membership card I get 5% back on co-op products I buy, soon builds up and can you can use it to buy goods at anytime. So overall I am very happy with the store.

Quite peaful when I went and not to loud which is quite good as I am autistic and not very good with loud sounds however when they use the intercom thing announce to staff and public I think they should have a jingle or something to let people know that they're about to talk as it made me jump and was very very loud luckily it didn't send me into autism overload but I thought it could just maybe help people with sensory disabilities and others not to jump.

Polite and friendly staff. A bit overpriced on some products but the cheapest tobacco in my area. Plus the hot sausage rolls are well worth the £1:50 for two.
