Ok for the essentials but a let down on the offers as they don't do any, they would be the most popular shop in oakengates if they provided more food and essentials along with offers. As for the store and staff, the store is always clean and tidy, they supply a great range of herbs, spices and seasonings, other shelves can be a bit bare at times, the staff are very friendly, chatty and helpful. Far from a winning nisa Compared to others I have been to in telford and further afield.

A generally good shop, is large so has a lot of variety you won't find at smaller shops, however the shelves can go empty as they only seem to get one delivery a week on Wednesday.

28 April 2020 -Visited Nisa in Oakengates for the first time during this lock down period of time. No queues to get in but most of the stock is in the rear half of this large retail unit with no shelving or stock in the front part , only a large cash desk area on the right hand side.

The staff are so warm and welcoming things which you nerd are so easy and accessible for you to find and get if you need a little help the staff are straight there to help you with what ever iğ may be I personally feel so comfortable and enjoy just shopping there as I feel so at ease and and it's also very good quality food and goods at very low prices.
