Spent an hour watching Micheal and how he could avoid working in the upstairs cafe. Tables were filling up with crockery and he just walked past. Fascinating. Talked to a member of staff downstairs and said it's because he used to be section manager and they were used to him 🤣🤣

Certainly the best M&S I've shopped at - shame it's over 90 miles from where we live. Everything possible under one roof; Food Hall, clothing, furniture, bedding, the list just goes on. Slightly confusingly, there's a café on both floors, although the upstairs one is the largest and smartest.

I would like to praise Keith the Suit Fitter at the Gemini M&S Warrington for helping my fiance and I out when Moss Bross Liverpool City Centre let us down on our Groom and Groom Party suits despite ordering 4 months in advance and only now 3 weeks to our wedding day. We were living on our nerves and Keith saved the day and we left with a massive weight off our shoulders and everyone sorted. We described to Keith what we had in mind and he gathered items together and created a suit fitting to our wedding day. Please let Keith know about this review as I have previously wrote a review about Keith but he hasn't recieved it. We can't thank you enough from the bottom of our hearts how grateful we are to Keith. Our experience at the Gemini Warrington M &S was magnificent. Thank you so much. I'd highly recommend Keith the suit fitter to help any Groom party out.

An island of retail excellence in an ocean of stack 'em high consumer indifference. This store exemplifies the M&S reputation for quality goods, top notch food, and customer service. We feel fortunate to only live 2 miles away, but would travel 15 miles for a store like this.

Gemini's cafe standard has certainly dropped. Cutlery stained, windows dirty, long queues because not enough staff on. Don't even get me started on the Widnes branch.

A large M&S with attached Food Hall. Although I like the quality of most of the clothes, I baulk at the pricing, especially on the men's shirts. In truth you can buy much better quality and various options on styles, lengths and materials from an extremely well known shirt maker based in Jermyn Street. Some clothes cannot be priced justified, however there can be an exception with end of line or a 'sale'. On a plus side, staff are exceptional and willing to offer assistance when needed. The food hall is well stocked, but with the typical higher pricing seemingly a feature of M&S. Generally not as competitive as it could be. Free car parking, with a few disabled parking spaces available. Weekends are extremely busy and it's best to try and visit during the working week.

The best range of M&S of any store I've been to including Manchester and Liverpool big stores. Definitely the place to go when sales are on. And full range of food, children's wear, menswear and home. Well laid out, very clean and tidy, plenty of parking and great customer service. Also, one may enjoy the café with tea and cakes and sandwiches. This is the standard that earned Marks & Spencer their reputation!

Shop laid out well. However, visited the cafe after a while since lockdown and was disappointed. Drink size choices have been limited, less choices of food types to suit all needs (no brown/wholemeal etc). Got soup and it hadn't even been heated (was freezing cold). Had to chase up my order after I handed it back. Also overheard a younger member of staff laughing about the fact a customer had complained and said "this place is going down hill". Maybe some staff need to remember that the customers are the ones keeping them in a job! Such a shame as it used to be fab to go to before lock down and packed out. Now was virtually empty. Good for us, as we got a table, bad for the cafe as it seems we are not the only ones who will not return.

We were actually in the area to visit another store but the queues were ridiculous so visited M & S instead. So glad we did staff were lovely with a massive choice. Bought beautiful cushions and quick dry towels which are better than the ikea ones I made the journey to replace. Well done M & S and thank you to the helpful staff members, shame there were 2 too busy chatting to help anyone they had mastered the art of avoiding eye contact and moving around the department looking busy still conscientious staff made up for what they lacked.

Great place to shop. You may think the shop is full by the number of cars parked but the shop is so big that the number of shoppers looks minimal. The only problem with M&S is that their clothes are so old fashioned looking and the material they are made from isn't the best quality. Their ladies lingerie department is very good. Staff in the whole store are so pleasant and eager to help and please.

Brilliant social distancing set up in store! The staff are fab and very helpful. The store is very spacious and they have thought through the queuing system well. I was glad the bakery was open, although only a small selection of breads and cakes was out. Sad that the deli counter was still closed, as we really wanted some of their delicious steak pies. Under the circumstances, M&S are doing a great job!

The store is well organised and nicely stocked, the food hall is amazing and the staff were lovely. The only downside is that they don't have an electronics bit, which was a disappointment because we went originally looking for a floor lamp. Other than that, always a great experience :)

Well designed store. Decent product range albeit the autumn colour range is depressing...again. Purchased a very nice three quarter length coat, good quality and value. Watch out for the products laying on the dine in for two shelves, got caught out today as someone had mixed the products and we picked up one not in the offer so it didn't apply. Our fault but watch what you're buying

Last Christmas my daughter ordered our M&S Chistmas Dinner a little pricey but it was excellent. We agreed, she should do the same this Christmas but we were worried that the standard would not be the same. I would like to thank M&S for once again supplying us with an even better meal than the first and we will definitely have our next Christmas dinner from M&S. Thank you also Julie Ollerton for suggesting it in the first place.

Really enjoy shopping here. Plenty of car parking space. Store is spacious and well stocked with a variety of clothing and accessories to suit all ages. Staff are friendly and accommodating, eager to assist. After shopping you can enjoy a relaxing spell in one of the two cafeteria on site, were there are choices to suit. Cafeteria can get very busy from late morning. On the down side tables are not always cleared effectively.

I ordered some items yesterday in store, to collect today. I arrived well after I'd been asked to give plenty of time, unfortunately their system had been taking payments but cancelling orders so they didn't actually have the items at collections. They did however have them in stock and a member of staff went and found them for me. Everyone was polite, apologetic, and courteous. Ill definitely shop here again despite the tech issue.

We were greeted by a lovely lady called Therese who took the time and trouble to engage in conversation with us including taking note of our disabilities. The help she gave us was fantastic, from guiding us to our destination and providing lanyards that indicates to members of staff of the fact that we are both disabled ♿. This is a far cry from the treatment we received from Ikea (see the separate revue). The store and staff were very friendly and helpful and most accommodating. Well recommended.

I looked round the ladies tops and jumpers before my food shop. I was disappointed not to find anything I really liked. I looked to see if there were any magic jeans in blue but there was nothing in stock. I have been looking to buy these for quite some time. I gave up with clothes shopping and went into the food hall.for my weekly shop. This was fine.

I did visit on a Saturday evening so not too surprised to find some items our of stock. I have noticed a pattern of short shelf life of products in the poultry and meat aisle. I was served by a lady called Judy on the checkouts and she was lovely and got the balance of great service and processing my shopping just right.

I love to come here...!! M&S have lots on offer here... theres a seperate food court for all shopping.. and a downstairs cafe and an upstairs cafe too.. which both serve hot or cold food and drinks too.. the staff all over M&S are fantastic and extremely helpful with anything you need.. the clothes are so pretty and very well made.. the new beauty counters are fabulous with something for everybody.. this store has something to fit every style and size for me woman and kids..!! And they have furniture upstairs now too near the cafe and up the escalators.. lots to offer now..!! At the front under the cover is a place for all the flowers which is extremely humid to keep then beautiful and watered too.. you can buy anything you want or need in here... it even has it's own bank inside now..!! Amazing place..!! ✌🙏❤

A very big store with a good range of things. My reason for the visit was to look at furniture and there was a bit less than I expected although I did see the sofa I wanted. Used the Cafe which was very good on food and service. Will visit the store again.

Lovely big store, well laid out all though the toilets you would expect to be by the cafe! Great parking, nice staff and quality goods. Only given a 3 star due to the cafe on the ground floor, poor girl serving on her own asked several times for help no body came, she did her best. Several of us had to clear tables to sit down! Food took ages, staff clearly unhappy! There were no cutler, the cake counter was a proper mess so not very appertizing. Not sure we would return.

Good large store with a large food hall as well. Unlike other stores I tend to find what i want in here and the size that i need. Has its own car park with lots of spaces. Its very hand to a wide range of people as it is so close to the motorway. Its great if you need to pop in after work and don't want to go in to a town centre

Often maligned high street store but it still.offers value for money and has improved it's quality of goods and services. Staff and very polite, helpful and genuinely gave customer interests at the forefront of their mind. Food is pricey but it is good quality and generally from sustainable sources. The bank staff are particularly helpful.

Great place to shop, friendly staff ! My other half went to get fitted for a couple of bras after buying two from another M&S store that were not the right size for her . The staff in the lingerie section at M&S Gemini were extremely attentive & helpful ,helping her make the right choices that she was fully satisfied with, and there wasn't a problem exchanging the items. So a thumbs up to them. After a mooch we went into the spaceous cafe upstairs for a late tea and coffee & cake for afters...Lovely! Great store where you could spend hours shopping. Will definitely come again .

Always loved this store but goodness knows who's picking the clothes..... shocking. The quality is not as good as one should expect from Mark's and Spencer. But i still like to call in at least a couple times a month. We normally have lunch there too but on our last visit we absolutely refused to pay £4 for an egg sandwich. Silly prices.

Myself and my daughter thought we'd meet there, have a shop and a bite to eat. However, the cafe was very dirty with lots of rubbish on the floor and scraps of food under the tables. I saw staff there seemingly busy doing very little. We normally love going there. Also the new chairs looked cheap. Sorry M&S but standards seem to be slipping.

I was dreading shopping at m&s today so close to Christmas but have to say Donna who served us around 12 today was lovely and welcoming. She recommended products based on what I was buying and even gave me a free sample of a similar product. Lovely lady took the time to be helpful and pleasant which makes a difference every time.

Huge store on retail park. Clean and tidy. Plenty of free parking. Went looking for a suit having failed at MandS Aintree. Bigger range here but mainly slim or tailored fit. Hardly any in large sizes, both jackets and trousers. Liked many of the styles and prices but departed with wallet intact. Shame. One member of staff (the only one) tried to help, even searching on internet. Also visited the cafe, which was pretty basic, but we had two different soups which were cheap, hearty and very tasty.

Nervous about going. To be honest not many people there. Very oganised. Trolleys already cleaned for you. Arrows showing were to go, but a little harrowing going off the main isles into the little hubs all set with the clothes on etc. I should imagine when busy distancing will be hard. No one on the door, we just walked in. Probably because it was empty. People around to help. Staff very helpful.

A good sized M & S, plenty of choice in the food Hall and the clothes section. A firsy floor of soft furnishings,bed's and seating etc. Has a well situated restaurant with some outdoor seating,weather permitting. Lot's of free parking and situated next to Ikea,another favourite store.

Always shop in M&S for food . Wasn't impressed with the clothes this year especially Per Uno . All run of the mill stuff . Love the children's nightwear this year ladies nightwear. Perfumes are brilliant and very varied a story behind the flavourist apparently he worked for a very successful perfume house creating all their perfumes. Definitely worth a walk over to sample them . They are gorgeous .. really.

I think it would have been quicker if there were two assistants at the till, one packing & one on the till. It would have help to get the queue down a lot quicker, therefore more happy customers. Always shop here for their great food and recently bought a lovely new dressing gown from autograph it’s like a fur coat🙂. They also have a good Christmas selection they have some cute Christmas robins in wooly jumpers. The cafe upstairs is always good for a snack. And the toilets are clean and they have lots of them so you won’t have to queue.

Had a wonderful shopping experience today in Marks and Spencer. Took my 83 year old mother there to find some nice trousers. She is very petite and she is also short so it is very difficult to find off the rack clothes that fit her. We arrived in the store and the choice is tremendous. My mother stopped a lady who we later learned was LYNN from FIT & STYLE and she listened to my mother and then became our personal shopper for the next 30 mins or so! She was so helpful and a really lovely lady.We ended up with just what we wanted. Absolutely delighted. Thank you Lynn. we will definitely be back. Great store.

Top quality food hall,clothing and homeware departments are also excellent,with varied choices.the eateries is very good with hot and cold selections and the cakes are also worthy of a special mention. I went to be measured and fitted for new bras today . I was served by a staff member called Michelle , what a lovely lady she was , she took her time to ensure I had the right fit and was comfortable throughout the whole process. There was no hard sell at all . I made my purchase and walked away a happy customer . Thanks again Michelle .

Great range of items and lovely store. However I was very disappointed that on asking in the changing room for a larger size of bra, I was told it was the biggest size they had. I got dressed and asked for advice only to be taken to bras that didn't go anywhere near the size I wanted. I went back to where I'd got the original bra I'd tried on, only to find the bras in the bigger size. If the staff didn't know the answer to my question I'd rather they got advice from someone else. Staff should have a good knowledge of the departments they're working in.

I pop in for lunch. The deli counter is cracking and I would strongly recommend the onion bhaji scotch eggs. The store itself is big with something for everyone. It's a nice way to do some stress free shopping

Marks and Sparks, all the usual stuff, but quite big. A very large Simply Food bit, but blimey it doesn't half get busy. Mainly because it's V convenient to the M62 and sunny Warrington. Best time to visit? In the evening, open till 10 and they sell off the getting near date food at about 9.00. Steer clear at a weekend unless you need emergency underwear. 😕

I’m in heaven here. Love Marks and Spencer’s and this store is huge with a fantastic selection of home goods and clothing. Free WiFi is offered too, and their restaurant has good food which is fresh. My only grievance is the Food Shopping section, some counter items were past their sell by date, and the annoying ‘pay for a carrying bag’ is irritating because in America we get them Free as a thank you for shopping in their stores.

Typically M&S.....it's okay. Used the restaurant a number of times in the past but today we've noticed a reduced choice in sandwiches .... and how small they are. In fact, lots of things are small, scones and cakes etc. even the napkins. Also the tables are too small and the chairs too low. Maybe it's deliberate to make you move on !

I love shopping at M & S but the self scan is rather annoying. I've lost so many points from not knowing when and when not to scan my point offers, surely they could just be on the card or credit card just spent £111.00 and lost the x4 points per pound offer 😫

As far as Marks and Sparks go this is up there. A vast shop with a vast array of items M&S stock both in terms of groceries and in terms of clothing etc. Ample parking and there was enough staff manning the shop floor to ensure fast service.

We went here looking for items seen advertised but our of stock at other stores in the area, Southport, widnes, for example thinking this larger store would carry more stock, however we were still disappointed. It seems when ever they advertise and sell a popular item they fail to have sufficient stock on hand, its not the first time they have failed like this.

I tried on a couple of shirts in the men's changing room it was obvious that the cubicle hadn't been cleaned or checked for some time as there was a considerable amount of dust and dirt on the floor. I brought this to the attention of the assistant on duty who said she would have it cleaned. For someone trying on trousers this would have caused problems with the amount of dust getting on the clothes.

An improvement of more service tills at coffee desks on upper cafeteria would certainly help customers at busy times. This is a very nice, big M&S, located just up the road from Ikea in Warrington. There's a huge car park outside and once inside you'll find the usual selection of clothing, food, homewares and so on. There's also a really nice cafe too if you fancy a bite to eat. Be warned: the whole store gets very busy though!

Mega marks's and sparks, the stuff of childhood nightmares with so many paths of clothes and beige walls and never a toy to make it worthwhile not even a book, no salvation from this hell but there is it is said an even deeper hell called Ikea where the path never ends and is lined with endless wardrobes which gives way to an endless queue of people buying countless flat boxes. If your really bad there is a cafe that only sells round brown balls.

I love M&S but went to the cafe for lunch and I hated the mixed sandwiches. I do not like the fact they have no plain tasting food. The put all sorts of weird flavors in their sandwiches which I hate. There is no decent selection of plain foods or plain fillings on white bread. I cannot take the wholegrain they serve. Even their ham and cheese toasties are full of mustard not just ham and cheese. Please do some plain normal food. Thank you.

I was with my 85 year old Dad today, who needed a special suit for his Grandaughters wedding next weekend. My Dad hates shopping for himself and trying on clothes but this was a big ask and the chances where that we would come home with nothing. Keith in the men's suits department Gemini Park Warrington, was an absolute godsend. He was patient, very knowledgeable and gentle with my Dad throughout measuring and trying jackets on. Everything went so smoothly he made sure Dad had everything in the changing rooms and helped with sizing eye. What a fantastic gentleman Keith is. We have a complete suit with shirt, cufflinks, tie, braces and shoes. I would also like to Add a massive big thanks to Lynn also on the men's changing rooms, for her patience and time, helping Dad with buttons and shoes. What a great experience.
