Massive Morrisons with good value priced products. Lots of freshly made foods on offer. Store was a bit messy with a few spillages in the aisles which needed seeing to urgently because of the amount of foot traffic started to spread the messy and smell. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Large selection of goods however missing a few of my favourites but definitely somewhere I’ll be going back to again soon. Note - hand washing car service in the car which means you can get your car clean while you shop.

It's a decent morrisons. Plenty of parking. I do find shelves are often empty regardless of time or day. Fruit doesn't seem to last either. Very often mould has already started on strawberries and raspberries. Car wash people are great! Do a really good job.

Great store located just near Croxley park. Cafe provides the option to sit down for a bite to eat with a pretty impressive menu and the ability to order directly from your table.

You obviously need a lot more staff. Not being ready for start of trade on a Sunday morning is shooting yourself in both feet. Un worked cages every where empty shelves with far too much cardboard waste seems normal for your shop. As for chill chain failure not good is it ? Why the plant graveyard in the house plants? Water your plants not that complicated is it. If you then can't do that reduce them substantially and most of us gardeners , we the eternal optimistic bunch that we are , will give you something for them , but paying full price for a dead plant is a bit too much of an ask . The shop has so much great potential but for some reason you don't want to do the simple things that would make a very big impression on improving your customer shopping journey. Holly

Did hear morrisons fruit and veg have gone down hill. Went in this 1 the other day was shocking to see the dried up and shrivelled turnips and parsnips still on the shelves. On a plus note the clothes we brought from the same store were really nice and good value very pleased with them. The cafe, call me old school but i like to order in a cafe not from a screen! Found it all abit confusing in there alot of things were not on sale on the menu. Staff were really nice guy helped us on the till and the guy that brought us our food cant fault them. Coffee was horrid had to help self but was cheap! Dont think we will be in a hurry to go back to this store unless buying some more clothes.

I normally shop in Morrison's in hatch end but because I was in watford decided to shop there instead overall the same standard as hatch end. With the watford one they have a party section. The only downside was not enough lemon filling in the doughnuts. Other than that excellent. The staff were helpful and kind, so all in all excellent

I have visited this store several times and I would have rated it with 5 stars but this time I needed the toilet. When I went in the toilets was in a dire state. But while using the they cleaned using chemicals that were so strong I was having trouble breathing. Could have given me a warning or a couple of minutes.

Went there with my 4-year-old son for the first time today and loved it!!! The cafe (takeaway only at the moment) was brilliant - got a regular oat latte (non-dairy options don't cost extra!!!) and a croissant for only £2.50 and the coffee was as good as any of the major chains. Got babyccino for free! The interior was spacious and airy. Was very quiet when we were there (Thursday morning) which made browsing and shopping a very pleasant experience. The product range was excellent. The only thing I couldn't find today was garlic granules, for some reason! My son loved the "party shop" section, and enjoyed looking at the cakes and toys on offer. All in all a very pleasant experience. Will definitely come back. P.S. There's lots of parking so even for a new driver like me, it was easy!!

Most convenient super store without compromising on variety of stocks. But there are times when shelves isn't stocked, yesterday I went around 9 pm and there were no tomatoes, chicken or milk. I have redo my groceries again.

It's a very calm shopping experience here in the evenings. I normally shop at Tesco's but it's a bit hectic in there on a Saturday evening. Morrisons was much better. I like the meat selection, do many different cuts and at a better price than others. Will be shopping here more often.

A marvellous Xmas eve breakfast. My thanks to the store manager and team for opening the cafe at 7am which meant I could have a big breakfast and get to work for 8am on the busiest day of the year.

Some of the staff are great. The supermarket is a supermarket (and not, as initially presumed, a front for some illicit dog breeding.) H o w e v e r . . . Fresh produce has VERY short dates on it (writing this Oct 21, been an issue since lockdown 1...) It's quite hard to do a weekly shop when you get 72 hours in which to eat it all if you're lucky, and by criminy does it give you indigestion

Well stocked, clean and usually really quiet. This supermarket is quite new and built when the Met line was supposed to be going there...thanks Mr Khan🙄...it therefore does not seem to have anything like the numbers of customers it was designed for which is nice.

First time visit to this store in Watford, Hertfordshire. Early visit so quite quiet (0815). Larger than my local stores. Bakery items were plentiful but seem to suffer from a timed bake rather than a skilled baker determining when items were ready. Level of fill was generally alright with some light areas in places. Upright freezers need their doors checking to ensure a good seal. Evidence of ice build up noted in places, even to the point of obscuring the product. Will visit again at some stage.

A decent sized supermarket with a good range of produce. I particularly liked that I was able to select my own eggs from a tray and buy only what I needed to reduce waste. This store currently offers a 10% discount to both NHS staff and teachers. Unfortunately, the service was incredibly slow, and we queued for thirty minutes to purchase our groceries. This felt particularly frustrating during a time when we are trying to reduce the time spent indoors with other people because of a pandemic!

Went to Morrison's for a change, quit a large selection of goods and l bought four reasonably sized pieces of salmon for just over eight pounds which gave my wife and l two meals each. The salad bar is good with a good selection and there is a small restaurant there. The car park is usually quit full but you can usually manage to park although l was on my e bike. I used the self checkout which was easy to use. Staff were helpful when l needed to find stuff and I will probably visit again as it is only about three miles from where l live.

Supermarket now does no allow anyone without a mask. The fresh vegetables section is kept ultra fresh with steam flowing. Fullyy stocked the shelves were. The bakery is the highlight here as everything from croissants, to muffins and bread is all freshly baked all day long. Very helpful staff as well.

They are not full of stuff like before. You can't find what you need. Usually needs to wait one or 2 weeks to get the stuff you need or find something similar. It's not so clean. There is issue with pricing and tags. Many times I have to ask staff to check the price for e and enter them manually.

It’s a big handy Morrisons that was conveniently placed near my hotel. It had most of what I wanted, but not all. It felt like some of the old folks were trying to drive all other customers out of the cakes and pastries area. But then sharp elbowed pensioners are a feature of all supermarkets near the discounted produce so no difference here. Not bad, but lacking in one or two product lines

I’m happy that we have this Morrisons locally. It’s tidy. The staff are polite to my mum & I every time. There’s a positive vibe about this place. It has a wide array of produce. It’s never crowded when I visit (usually early morning). The parking lot is spacious.

I dont often shop at Morrisons but when I get the opportunity I love it. This store happened to be within the walking vicinity of the hotel I was staying in so it was very convenient. Loads of free parking means hassle free visit here if you are coming by car. The store itself is modern, bright spacious and well laid out. The fresh produce here are great with a great salad type bar at the front of the store, loads of prepared salads, (fruit and vegetable) as well as an array of fresh fruits and vegetables.The in store bakery provides all the bakery products you would probably want. All the branded products you could want. Staff friendly efficient and very helpful. Not usually busy whatever time I go. Great experience.

Well located with ample parking this is a great supermarket with all the essentials and more. There is a cafe if your chores leave you hungry or thirsty. Great supermarket very close to croxley. Saves the bother of going all the way over to the dome roundabout. Lovely selection of items. I especially love the range of different ethnic foods - so many things from so many cultures. The toilets are a bit smelly, but I go to buy food rather than use the toilet. Out of all the supermarkets, in Watford, I find the selection here to be quite expansive. The layout, which changes every now-and-again, is easy to navigate with large signage. There are always great deals to be had and the food in the restaurant, and the Batista Bar, is excellent and affordable. The staff are always helpful and polite and with plenty of tills and cashiers there is never a long queue.

I'm a big fan of this supermarket as it's not so big that you spend hours looking at things you've no need for and feel like you've walked a marathon and not so small that you have to go somewhere else to get the bits they don't stock. There's a salad bar, pizza counter, hot chicken/pie etc counter, butcher's, bakers, fishmongers, deli, cafe even a hairdressers and more that I've probably forgotten. I've never had a problem parking as there's a good size car park and never had a long queue either. It can get busy at lunchtime but not a surprise really as there's so much to offer for the local business estate staff but even then there's never that much of a problem.

Like in house dry cleaning and more. Bonus price is right as well 😊. Car parking is no problem here as they have quite a few car parking sections. Perfect if you work on the Croxley and Watford Business Park.

This is a really good Morrissons. You can't fault it. It's big and it's got everything. What's really amazing is they've now got a health food section which has all this stuff you'd only normally find in an independent health food store. I'm still not giving it five though as there isn't enough organic fresh produce for my liking.

Staff very helpful and polite, but was disappointed as there was quite a few of the products I usually buy, not available. Also would like to ask why you have stopped selling, cut through bacon with rind, at the counter, as well as vacuum packed?

It's OK but not much better than that, do like the meat and fish counter but the rest of the store is pretty bland and seems a bit limited in choices. I go there because its close by and getting across Watford at busy times is a nightmare. Otherwise I order from elsewhere for home delivery

They are always happy, make us welcome and produce delicious breakfast and coffee. Great place. Banging meal deals. Only thing I can say is that I deeply saddened it shuts early on a Sunday. I have lost count of how many times i’ve been craving some decent munch only to realise the place is shut. Stay open for these hours and employ more people, there is an endless amount of young humans looking for extra hours.

Bit of a mixed bag really. Bread can be very disappointing, they seem to run out and not replenish the shelves on a very regular basis. I have tried all different times of the day to find bread shelves empty.

Lovly shop if you into cooking. It has fantastic butcher selling cuts of meat impossible to procure in other supermarcets like pigs cheeks (make awesome stew) or pigs trotters for aspic. Good wine and liquer, wonky fruit and veg at no cost at all to eat your 5 or 25 a day if you fancy.

Recently bought a gift card from Morrisons Watford, paid the money, came home and checked balance was £0, went back to the store few times, both the managers Rohit and Jimmy said to call their customer service helpline, called the helpline they said this is a store issue, went back to the store and saw Manager KIERAN, who then checked the transactions on computer and he could see the issue, KIERAN sorted out the issue. Just an advice to Morrisons, please can you let your Mangers know the transactions can be checked on computer, rather than making the customer suffer.. 5 STARS only for KIERAN....

I was supprised at how big the store was , I was a little bit disappointed in the quality of there prepacked uncooked meat for example there liver I had to go else where for it , but on the whole I got what it needed and have been back there on several occasions

My wife and I were not at all impressed the place is getting worse the aisle was dirty with broken glass and instead of cleaning it up a cone was put on the floor next to it and the checkout lady christine had such a bad cold she should not have been there coughing and spluttering all over the food on the belt wiping her nose with a handkerchief that was obviously well used and needed cleaning but she said it was ok as she only had another 7hrs before she finished
