Reviews of Morrisons
S. J.
It was good although due to the heavy rainfall the store became flooded. Rain water was coming inside from all exits. Customers had to queue to be let out from the side fire exit. Not sure if the store reopened as they were rushing to clear the water and at the same time ensure none of their products were affected by rain water damage.
I've been there many times after and the variety of food including the fruit/veg/meat which stays fresh for longer than some of the other supermarkets

Morrisons is one on the major supermarkets in Woking area, it offers ample of car space in their car park with car wash service while you shop. The store was recently rebranded inside and out and the store is very spacious and well fitted with clean lines and easy traffic for shoppers. The tills are always busy but they also offer large self service area. The restaurant in store is clean and well priced definitely a store to visit, prices on most products is better then other stores or as competitive. Quality of food 3/5.
C. R.
Very good choice of goods. Easy parking and much quicker to get through checkouts than Sainsburys. Great fish and bread counters. Worth a visit for a change.
J. C.
The store is good with a lot of staff mostly male staff, not that it's an issue. We went in for one specific item, but .....
The store looks clean and tidy with visible staff which is good.
S. P.
Morrisons is great, it’s affordable and always has plenty of stock, but I wish there was more vegan and vegetarian products, although I love the fishmonger corner!
R. S.
The shop was busy, but there seemed to be far more cars in the car park than shoppers. On Sunday, we enjoyed the quiet. No background noises and with masks on, less chatter! We'll be back very soon.
After the Russian invasion the queues at the pumps have increased - or is it the 7p off per litre you get when you spend £40+ in store. Hurry, ends very soon (27th Feb 2022, I think).
r. j.
Great store, nice and new, lots of parking.
As usual, the cafe was a complete let down, didn’t have the food we wanted, very poor customer service, just like every other Morrisons cafe.
A. C.
Lovely staff, shelves are fully stocked which is really nice to see!
U. I.
This is a good supermarket. It has a lot of things that are low in price and I love coming here and I think everyone should have a great place.
If you want to buy more for less money, you have to come to the supermarket and everyone has to come.
N. W.
Liked the convenient lay out, being disabled I noticed the isle slightly tight for my wheelchair
T. A.
A lovely large store with ample parking that is free to customers for 3hrs, there is a fuel station close by plus they have a large cafe that sell a selection of breakfasts, sandwiches, hot meals, snacks, cakes, biscuits plus hot & cold beverages.
Unfortunately when I visited at lunchtime today most of the cakes had run out, so I chose the last slice of carrot cake with a cup of coffee, it was a little stale but tasted delicious, good strength coffee in the machine too unlike some stores I have recently visited, plus the hot meals coming out of the kitchen whilst I was there looked tasty, especially the fish & chips & filled jacket potatoes.

Store is always a mess, chaotic.
Since leaving this review I have just visited the store at 4pm on a Friday, and experienced possibly the worst covid management in a store. No social distancing from staff or other customers (which is not their fault entirely), and there was a 10-15 customer long queue for the self checkouts. I soon realised I could take my items to the lottery checkout at the far end of the checkouts near the toilets, so do make use of that!
P. M.
Easy to find what you're looking for. Lots of choice of products and therefore, price range. Staff are usually helpful and approachable. Cannot fault apart from chicken quality, a few times now found bones in chicken breasts and noticed it goes off in the fridge before used by date and so there is certainly room for improvement.
J. U.
Last time visited breakfast very slow . ordered this time breakfast hot and was served quick looks like they have upped their game 👌
D. R.
Filled up with petrol today fast and pleasant staff
Cheers

Nice store, well laid out but staff don't really know where products are (e.g. crackers). Nice cafe onsite which is really nice but not very full.
Full sanitiser station at the entrance for your hands and trolleys. Lots of checkouts open so we through very easily
d. c.
Foods great. But the problems are not enough staff. Also the female toilets , the toilet rolls are either on the floor or sani bins. No one seems to want to put them in toilet roll holders. Needs to be sorted . Have spoken to management on a number of times. Don't like the way loyalty card works.
J. D.
Always clean, shelves are full everytime I go the staff there must work hard to ensure this store is always up to standard as it gets really busy.
P. S.
Great selection and competitive prices. Self check out kept sticking and we had to wait ages each time for the attendant (only 1 person for multiple areas)...
W.
It was very quiet when I popped in loads of empty shelves but it was 1945 so to be expected. Quiet a few discounted items available.
S.
Two days in a row I have been into the Woking store specifically for the deli counter, both times I have wasted my time waiting and no one comes to serve. It makes me wonder how long the chicken thighs etc are sitting there when they don't seem to actually sell any. Very disappointed.
j. k. p.
Nice and clean place. They have almost everything you need 😊
J. P.
No toilet - mistake Morrisons in Woking have toilet. Was other Morriston I check and post.
Woking is ok.
B. S.
Fairly priced. Good produce. Easy to find items. My go to supermarket. I do like to shop around and Morrison's do offer good deals and discounts when you spend enough money.
A. J.
Love this Morrisons. It's big and has good deals. Everything well organized in shop.
C. M.
The best Morrisons I have been to. Great range of departments, lots of stock, great car park.
T. 3.
Morristons is Morristons... That's about it really, same old same old.
L. S.
Big supermarket with lots of choice. Very tidy and well stocked
w. h.
Staff were very helpful when my husband needed a mobility scooter thank you so much.
F. F.
Often Morrisons have stock that other major supermarkets don't.
P. M.
Dire! Truly dire at present! It's a total mess instore. Upgrade to store underway. Things constantly being moved around. Water leaking on to the floor by refrigeration units. There also appears to be a lack of choice on some foods instore, don't know if this is due to the work being carried out or not. Also seems to be apathy amongst the staff, either that or they're really blasé about what's going on. Will pass further judgement on the store when the work is carried out. Until then, it's a case of Caveat Emptor!
T. O.
Lots of parking. The baby nutmeg range is really good value for money.
r. b.
Morrisons supermarket popped in to get vegemite but was out of stock. so had a bun but it did mot tasye fresh. this was just after lunch. shame
A. A.
Had a wonderful steak from
Morrisons wow really really good
c. l.
They've almost finished digging for Australia in the car park, I was hoping that a new Aldi was being build but alas ....no.
So, to review Morrisons......Its great for things Aldi dont sell :)
Nuff said

You take a chance on stock levels on the rest
Mmmmm gone downhill in the last couple of years!
D. D.
Extremely clean store with a cornucopia of selections in all departments. The staff although busy, are eager to assist. Splendid finds on the clearance racks and extra fresh . produce and fish. Restrooms are pristine and well stocked.👑
A.
Not been for 15 years as I hated the layout. Much has been improved since then!
P. M.
Nice place usually pretty well stocked, doesn't always have everything like a superstore but has the majority, some good deals on meat specials, and usually well stocked on the products it does have
P. M.
Very well run during the COVID pandemic. Plenty of room in the car park and even with kids the normal parking spaces are adequate. Never really have any big issues with stock and can find most of what we need.
R. H.
Hugely impressed with this Morrisons having just moved to the area. A clean, tidy and relaxed feel, REALLY well stocked shelves (including on entry a large and varied fruit, vegetable and plant section) and happy to discover they had some self service tills for trolleys (I like non-rushed packing!). I was able to find at least 3 items I hadn’t been able to get in the huge Sainsbury’s in Knaphill and a lovely surprise also was the generous ‘health’ aisle. Also worth noting is an ok sized Nutmeg children’s clothes area, a decent bakery and a Rug Doctor hire section. Excellent customer service also received when the till I was at froze.
E. T.
Had big frozen turkeys in stock so ready for Christmas
J. L.
Usually pretty well stocked, although areas like poultry can get a bit sparse during the evening. As always, the special offers are excellent. Checkout staff are generally friendly, no complaints really!
j. m.
Massive and food price but rude and miserable staff, especially h
W. K.
+ very good selection, good prices, in general friendly staff
- some of the staff as mentioned by others are rude, will approach you without even saying hi, excuse me, etc / potentially a security issue: beware when entering, sometimes the market is closed but the glass doors and the iron fence will open! And you will shop until an odd gentleman appears, saying in an exalted way “we closed” (still trying to figure why on earth all the doors open if the market is closed)
A. V.
Good range of products, not 5* because customer service not so great. We've been to one of the self checkout and the belt was not working, the scale was giving error almost every product scanned so had to call for help 3 times and in the end the guy scanned everything for us having the same problem. The 3rs guy who helped us was OK but one of the other was rolling his eyes on and on...
C. W.
Quality products at reasonable prices, and never had a reason to dislike them. Can sometimes be a bit sparse on the shelves though if you come at the wrong times.
N. R.
There are some good value items and most food is fairly priced. The atmosphere is slow but relatively calm. The cafe food is cheaply priced but fair. The service is friendly and speedy. But the tannoy system with loud speakers seemingly in or facing the cafe is annoying to say the least! It's 2020 find another way!
H. X.
Old Morrisons Compare to others, but good products
l. p.
Friendly staff, great products and prices
M. A.
Convenient parking and a good choice of products.
r. m. C.
I like Morrisons, the one in Woking. Although im aware not everyone has the same opinion. Some people actually think they are too posh to shop there but i think that’s rubbish. Morrisons actually gives you good value for your money. The kettle i’ve bought in morrisons look good and lasted longer than the one i got from John Lewis. I also like the random sale they have for garden furnitures, etc.
K. Y.
I was disappointed on my recent visit to Morrisons. They didn't have what I wanted, and it felt very crowded. I know they can't force people to socially distance, but the aisles feel very narrow and it didn't feel as safe as its competitors.
B. G.
Beautiful Attraction, glorious view of the twin towers
S. l.
John was amazing with our click and collect shop
J. M.
Went early to avoid the crowds, lots of stock on pallets all round store but plenty of staff around to deal with it. Enough tills open to cope with early shoppers, staff were helpful and jolly. Very large car park, lots of trolley stations. A good place to shop.
J. P.
Always a joy yo shop at morrisons
C. D.
Good choice of products. Like the bread in the bakery.
t. a.
Valentine selection poor. No desserts without chocolate. Very fair price though. Needs better selection and filled before store opens
P. H.
Morrisons is going to Morrisons.
This was fine, perfectly good supermarket as you would expect.
If you need to go to a supermarket you could go to this one. Perfectly good.
P. G.
Easy parking, reasonably priced products 🙂
S. H.
Morrisons is now by far my favourite food store. The best quality of staff out of the main supermarkets, the best range and quality of foods, their own brand is above average and gave the best produce, butcher and fresh to go departments out of any competitor.
B.
Plenary of parking, value for money and friendly staff.
T. S.
the store is amazing the only issue i have is that they wont give me a job i apply 78 times and they wont give me one but however the staff member josh is an amazing little clapped but a very good staff member
P. R.
Able to do a full shop here, has a coffee shop and a dry cleaners as well. Rapid charger in the car park near to the main entrance that works fine.
G. L.
Great food, terrible checkout experience.
A. o.
The cafe food let's the store down. I've put two different complaints 2 weeks apart. The quality of the food and cooking skills need to be raised higher. I do not blame the people cooking the food but the lack of investment from the company to give the staff the skillset to cook the food correctly, not over cooked or under but clean hot with a bit of pride in it. People only follow what they're being told and how to do it. Sadly Morrisons has ignored my complaints in the past before lockdown and make pathetic excuses why porridge is cold and lumpy for an example. I can't see it ever getting it right .
S. G.
Good product range. Good range of asian products too. Friendly staff. Convenience of parking.
G. P.
Good prices, lots of staff to help. In-store cafe, can also drop off DPD parcels.
T. R.
It's a very good supermarket where you can buy most of the needed products, I'm buying from the same shop for more than 2 years now. The only reason that I give 4star instead of 5 is that a lot of times the shelfs were kinda empty in evenings, some of the employees are hard workers but some .... ,let's say they need a little more motivation.
A. W.
No liver today but I got everything else. Good range, I like their products.
N. P.
Usual supermarket, nothing special to report here. Came to the cafe with the children quite a few times, good menu, however they need more than one till on the cafe. Can get very busy at times, kitchen sometimes takes a while to bring food out. Food always hot and fresh. The dining seats need a refurbishment, the cutlery is becoming a bit worn. Sometimes the tables are sticky.
S. M.
Pricing information is usually out of date, shelves not filled correctly or sufficiently, staff won't generally care less if you ask them to look for something out of stock.
They have introduced a weird check out system during Covid-19 Pandemic where you have to queue up in the clothes section for checkout that makes shopping in the clothes section virtually impossible. While you are standing there in the queue, store staff keeps going in and out of the aisles with no regards to social distancing.
Morrisons used to be my first choice for grocery shopping but it is not any more unfortunately. I prefer to drive to Asda in Sheerwater that is miles away for me and go to Morrisons only when something is not available at other places.
The manager at Morrisons Woking needs to proactively strive for making the customer experience more positive.
J. M.
Just another Morrisons. It has most of the basics but is often not well stocked, even with the basics and it is often difficult to locate certain items as they seem to change placement as they choose. Nice little cafe though. Always plenty of parking.
b. l.
As going to sainsburys as rule and the selfs seem empty all the time it was refreshing to go some where selfs fully stock.that is why i give 5 stars.
Good on morrisons.
S. N.
Wow , This is the BEST Morrison I have ever visited. Their overall food and non-food stock is always good. I loved the range of flowers they keep in the store , you will not see the same variety in their other stores. Their fish variety and offers are also nice. You wont find fresh and cheap Salmon anywhere else. If you crave for Asian food items then it wont disappoint you.
T. I.
Was okay, shelves were fairly empty, they need do.eone to walk around taking the chilled or frozen items people have dumped on the shelves. Still not sure about the way they make you queue up for the tills.
D. G.
Went to Morrisons to collect buffet items for our son's Wedding. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The items I took away (sandwiches) were very good and quite varied and certainly well received in the evening by those attending.
j. T.
I mostly do my big shop here, not that it is as big as some trollies I saw today. I had issues with the do it yourself checkout, one of the larger ones. The helpful young man had to come and tell the machine twice on the first 2 items that they were not unexpected they had been scanned. He had to come and sort it out twice more. Finally it would not accept my £5 voucher.
A. M.
Great store top of the class service from the employees. Shop was well stocked and it had good social distancing measures I felt very safe shopping in Morrisons woking well done team.
M. L.
Brightly lit store with loads of aisle space. Good selection of food. We like their British meat & good seafood selections. Car park is a little congested at the moment while they have work going on.
j. j.
Shop it self good most of time often disappointed with products for cleaning trolleys hands etc not well stocked. Girls at check ours always lovely
R. H.
Abit run down needs a update.
M. M.
Love my local Morrisons ❤ 💙
J. H.
Love shopping here! Products and service, much better than sainsburys... And, much better value!
K. M.
Stopped by whilst i was in the area for a bite to eat in there Cafe, was the first time i had visited a Morrisons. I was surprised on how large this store was. A great place to purchase virtually anything you want under one roof!
l. H.
Currently undergoing car park work (at 28 Aug) which I presume will be finished in the near future, but until finished there will be fewer spaces available. The shop is well laid out and I found all the items in my list. There are more self serve tills being introduced . I don't like these as people are being replaced by machines and so avoid them unless I have no choice. Staff at check out tills are friendly and efficient. Long may they remain.
J. H.
Good stock, no queues, staff were polite. Social distancing and rules easy to follow. Free parking. Cafe not open at the moment but that isnto be expected.
M. W.
I love Morrison's products but find the staff don't seem to have, or have forgotten, their customer service training. Some Woking bakery staff were particularly poor on this. Such a pity as otherwise it's a great store, most things especially flowers are very good value
M. Y.
A mixed bag here, generally pretty good store, good parking and a reasonable cafe. Generally only let down by queues sometimes and stock levels. Handy petrol station on the way out usually cheaper than most in the area
f. h.
Parking okay, nice temperature in the store, a okay reward scheme. Could be so much better if they used their imagination. Offers average. But staff friendly and helpful.
A. H.
In general we always have a good experience at Morrisons, they have a very good selection of goods, really good fresh food both in veg and deli, and what makes the visits pleasurable is the staff, 99% of the staff are happy and always ready to help.
M.
Friendly staff, layout is weird so stuff is hard to find. Sometimes almost absurdly cheap and sometimes not. Good bakery but strange layout again. Fresh garlic mayonnaise from Spain-excellent.
A. S.
Can be quite messy with cardboard boxes everywhere the freezers always seem to be faulty. On the contrary the staff are helpful and they have a good set up during this difficult time
s. w.
I purchased the 3 for £6 meals (2 x lasagne & 1 × fish pie). 2 of my favourite meals. I have yet to try the lasagne, but the fish pie was just mashed potato with some toasted breadcrumbs on it. No fish at all. Disgusted.
V. R.
Find it handy as it's just around the corner and opens at 6. Please, please improve your early morning check out. No cashiers and no staff available to trouble shoot self checkout, which is not as good as it should be as it is so heavily relied upon instead of having more (or at least one) of the tills open.
O. Z. K.
Helpful team member working on the floor assisted me finding the honey.
D. C.
As always, available and helpful crew even during closing hours. I prefer to go after 0930 pm as its not so busy.
N. M.
Nice place to shop, lots of parking. They have fresh pastry and a cafe within it. Lots of products from food to clothes
j. n.
Good selection of items.
F. W.
Good selection of products and a big store
B.
Very good value and easy self service.
D. M.
I had a lovely mini meal of Scampi Chips and peas.
Piping hot well worth a try.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Sat with a lovely mature lady who has parkinsons was such a pleasure to chat to her.
E. F.
I'm a fan of Morrison's, started using this one several years back when living nearby (not loving nearby now). However, I used this store when visiting the area today and although it was stocked fairly well, I struggled finding stuff I usually buy. The store was also noticeably untidy, with plenty of leaking refrigerators and water hazards around.
S.
Morrison's are getting better and better at offering the right balance between price and quality. Also on the plus side their cooked English breakfast here is STELLAR. Better than Sainsbury's and Tesco. And you can ask them to swap the toast for fried bread. That's the good news.
The bad news is that 9 times out of 10 the checkout staff shove all of your items through the till as fast as humanly possible. I've yet to think of any benefit in doing this whatsoever - you're catching up still left with several items to pack whilst they're sat there waiting to be paid, this delays you, them, and the next customer. Terrible training, clearly!
Also their food placement is bizarre and illogical. For example - go into most supermarkets and down the tea aisle, and you'll find the biscuits there too. Go in Morrison's however and you'll find the tea, but the biscuits are half way down the supermarket from this. Can only assume the manager is not from this planet. So, 2 stars have to be knocked off for the useless training that tells staff to shove your items to the end of the till as fast as possible, and the illogical layout. But in terms of effort in choice and price Morrison's get a well earned 3 stars.
K. A.
My delivery was great but I ordered two bags of tangtastic and the funny idiot who picked my shopping gave me two tiny mini fantastic not at all impressed how stupid can u be to think soneone would order 2 mini bags at 1.00 each
S. K.
New refurbished store with good selection of fresh produce. Car park is quite large but some spaces quite far from the front of the store. Inside layout is fairly spacious. Quality of in house made and prepared food is very good.
T. G. (.
was ok, had staff blocking an isle as 4 of them stood around by checkouts
D. R.
After shopping at Sainsbury's and Waitrose for years due to them being closer than anything else I discovered Morrisons. Now it seems rather difficult shopping anywhere else for fruit, veg and more specifically, meat.
They have deals like they all do but instead of your token Sainsbury's 50p off an item that is close to its sell by date, they have real deals making stuff like sirloin steak cheap. Last week I bought five 1 inch sirloin steaks for less than 15 quid. Not only cheap but also some of the best beef I've had in the UK. This week the in store butcher tells me there is an even better deal.
They also have a fish counter to rival any and have more of a variety of fish than I have seen anywhere in a super market. Whole bream for 2.50 each and so fresh they smelt of the sea 2 days after I bought them.
Seriously great competition to the premium stores with their deals and fresh food but so much cheaper it becomes stupid going elsewhere.
N. N.
It was good, but very cold.🥶
C. A.
The shelves were quite empty on fruit and vegetables, there was no one in customer service and the person I spoke to eventually wasn't able to help much.
The food I did get was good value.
A. K.
I haven't shopped in Morrisons for years until today, and going back in there after all this time and since it's had a massive refurbishment I have to say I'm really impressed, so much so that I would definitely go back and shop there again.
A. S.
Great place with a lot of variety under one roof. It takes a long time even to just wander through all aisles and glance on what's on offer. And it has a good range of offers and discounts too. Has King Cobra beer in stock, which is a rare find not available in Sainsbury or Tesco (in Woking).
T. E.
They have a lot of exotic foods and a world food section which I like, as well as the normal stuff. Also I like Market Street, the way it's laid out. Morrisons in Weybridge also has a restaurant and 2 1/2 hours parking for free.
P. G.
Good place for shopping and breakfast
A. C.
Always great, no issues.
D. P.
Very satisfied with customer service, range and quality of products. Also it's really large which has definitely helped take a breather even if it's busy during the COVID-19 era.
W. T. D.
Good prices and service. Timpsons dry cleaners in store, ample parking, clean toilets. In store bakery no good though. Bread is tasteless and often a little under-baked.
D. S.
Usually well stocked, staff not particularly attentive and more concerned over stacking shelves than helping or considering customers.
M. B.
Big store with full shelves
Just wish the staff could acknowledge me and not have their heads in fridges all day
T. L.
It was a great shopping experience yesterday with lively cashier Chrissy bringing a zest of Christmas spirit - I sure will try to do my weekly shop on Wednesdays after 4 pm when you almost have the shop to yourself. Thank you for the tip Chrissy. Cheers, Therese
j. j.
This is a brilliant morrisons so big and does some lovely bits in here especially cloths x
m. m.
Good parking facilities,co -vid19 safe.Website easy to navigate and use.. Sheltered Bus stop outside, takeaway coffee and food.Cash point machine outside.
C. W.
I like shopping at Morrisons Woking and they've improved the store a great deal. However, the shelves are not always very well stocked when shopping on evenings. Especially the veg & fruit.
S. A.
Despite not being local to me, I started using Morrisons quite some time ago. Seemed to me that my shop was costing less than my previous choice of supermarket.
I like the fact they have their own bakery. Also, I believe it started as a Butchers, so in the meat aisle, you can find things that others don't do. Bones for stock etc., and if not tried before, get some pork cheek, lovely stuff. Sadly a German based supermarket has opened more locally, so I mainly shop there, but Morrisons will always be up there.
They have friendly, helpful staff and on the fish and Butchery counters, they do know what they're talking about. Also handy for an economical bite to eat
S.
Good selection of food all round except the bakery the bread consistency is poor. Friendly staff, but management seem to lack the skills to train and motivate them. Long slow Q's avoid busy time's and Wokings genaral public if possible.
R. P.
I love this supermarket, there's so many things there and at a good price!
S. M.
A good place to pop in and get a bargain, just had a lovely fish evening with a verity of fish from morrisons, tuna, lemon sole, mussels & place, cooked and eaten like a tapas share with a bottle of white. Thanks Morrisons.
G. H.
Proper Morrison's superstore... normally stop in here for lunchtime salad and a hot snack. They have a excellent salad bar and sometime carry a good selection of cooked meat snacks. I particularly like the aptly named "Ribs of Fire" which are a lovely hot Cajun style affair.
S. S.
Been really well organised and adapted really well to COVID19, been really impressed. Local supermarket, has the items I need and the staff are generally polite and engaging.
k. k.
As meat great to be there.
D. N.
I like the fact you can buy bacon and sausages loose from a counter but I get really fed up with uncut bread being frozen dough which separates from its crust when you cut it. I will definitely go elsewhere for my farmhouse loaf in future.
K. T.
Reasonable prices and special offers are always offered. A good place to shop with ample parking and ATM. Stocks most ranges and also has a competitively priced petrol garage and small shop with a do-it-yourself jet wash.
S. T.
Love Morrisons really good quality meats and fish vegetables fresh plus the cafe is really good value for money and tasty meals I just wish that we had one at Feltham instead of Asda where the meat is just about average
P. m. M. m.
Very good supermarket although a little bit more social distanceing would have made it a better experiance.
r. b.
Massively improved over recent months ,it is nice to be able to shop in peace.
My near neighbour is Sainsbury's at Brookwood but with there ever increasing prices and rapidly lowering of quality constant shortage of staff ,I now prefer Morrisons that is until Woking finally gets an Aldi or Lidl everywhere else is getting one Woking Borough Council in the infinite wisdom or just plain greed turned the application down .
Still we will soon have a M&S which 80% of the town folk said they did not want , go figure.
R. W.
I always shop at Morrisons - good value for money and I know where everything is!
D. W.
Nicely priced as always not over crowded lots of stock on the sleeves
S. L.
We took our kids to the cafe for their dinner and ours. Great!! Staff are lovely and food was really good. Very happy 😊
D. C.
Take a short, 10 minute stroll away from the hustle and bustle of Woking City Centre and you'll find this large gem of a super market. With all large super markets there are the subjects of choice and value for money. This super market ticks both boxes. After a long day grocery shopping why not steer your shopping trolley over to the cafe and chill out with great offers on breakfast and lunch time food.
j. i.
Really nice store, definitely- best layout, product range and staff friendliness in the area- HOWEVER THERE IS NEVER ENOUGH CASHIERS OR SHOP FLOOR ASSISTANTS, even if you go after or before peak times you still end up queuing for long time. Big let down for such a nice store. :(
V. M.
At least they had people serving on deli counter rather than being deserted. I have walked away before as no one there.
R. H.
Morrisons is a good supermarket, and their new extra "Eat out to Help Out" promotion in addition to the standard government promotion is very welcome.
M. L.
Probably my favourite place to shop. Well stocked (pre lockdown). Staff friendly and helpful.
W. A.
Go here mainly for the cafe. Great value for what you get however forget it if there's any sign of it being busy. Staff are very slow. Not sure if they are understaffed or just don't know what they are doing.
A. Š.
Great supermarket, lots of choice
B. P.
Easy shopping good availability
K. W.
Big shop. Clothes . House hold items ie kitchen equipment. Gardening equipment. Hot counter is always fresh
W. C.
A large supermarket with a vast selection of options to buy. There is a fresh fish counter and a butchers. There's even a cafe and a toilet so you can spend a long time here if you wanted.
j. s.
Decent range and lovely breadm baked in store bread. Could do with a few more tills active at some points . Staff seem very nice.
D. :.
Amazing! The sausage rolls i really suggest as they are very crisp and DELICIOUS
J. A.
Good place as for photography
T. H.
Easy parking , good choice of everything , staff very helpful , especially the lady on the deli 🙂
J. H.
Not at it's best today as most people in manic mode and there was no caring or sharing. Staff doing their best to cope and restock shelves.
F. D.
A good Morrison's. A great beer selection, craft and ales aplenty, market street and nice sections dedicated to foreign foods which is a nice touch
M. S.
Really big store..lots of choice ...friendly staff young and old ...
R. C.
Would give 5 stars but the ladies toilets were filthy. No toilet paper, floor was covered in dirt and ST bins were over flowing showing used towels. YUCK
R. D.
Good supermarket but at certain days in late evenings you might find empty shelves.
. So better go early in the morning.
F. M.
I go here quite often to get croissants in the morning before work and the food is just amazing.
J. R.
Brilliant! Bright clean store! Wonderful cheerful, helpful staff! Great cafe, Lovely food. Always a pleasure to visit Woking Morrison's .
A. W.
Morrisons itself is always great but getting yo it is becoming a huge problem due to McDonald's!!
J. E.
Good store, but a few items missing on shelves. Also a lack of sufficient staff on the DIY tills means quite a wait.
S. C.
Towards Christmas, Morrison's gets better and better! Recommend everyone to download the morrisons shopping app and the morrisons more app. You'll benefit from digital more points and this boosts your points from your in store shopping.
N. H.
sometimes shop can be all over the place, since the change around it's been better. fresh meat section can have some really good deals, Tuesday's can be better than others
L. D.
Nice variety of goods
K. S.
Good range of products, in-store fishmonger, deli, bakery and cafe.Petrol station is very close by.
M. T.
Large, clean, well stocked supermarket. Had no tills open, so had to use self service, but fast response from support staff, when required to authorise wine
A. B.
Great selection of fresh produce. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Small supermarket so not as much selection as some of the larger stores.
D. S.
Reasonably well stocked for 5pm on a Saturday and staff were always helpful with the social distances in the queues
k. s.
Cheap place to eat. When they have enough staff on. Pretty standard management tecnique. Under staff it an then come running to the rescue when it's all over. Funny to watch.
P. G.
No social distance in everybody gets in the way an extremely annoying when people just go in front of
G. B.
Lots of spaces on shelves and in freezers but due to panic buying.Good number of cashiers on today
L. G.
2 weeks running had icecreams that had defrosted this week checked in the shop and the freezers were playing up also cream apple turnovers without the cream normally have a good shop but dissapointing lately .also you would think someone should check fridge and freezer temperature due to food poisoning
J. h.
Can be busy but much better than some of the others for value for money
R. C.
Jane, Allison, Sonia, Judith, Ruby, Sofia, Alex, Tom, Jarnice (sorry for any spelling mistakes, the lady who sorted out my lactose free coconut flavoured yoghurt stuff), Gregg, the security man Peter, the youngster who works in butcher section (sorry for not remembering his name), Bobby, Chandran (sorry for any spelling mistakes) have always been super lovely to me. Sorry for forgetting the names of other people (I've got a bad memory I feel). I appreciate it - thank you guys! Raza =)
K.
Easy shop at the busiest of time. Parking tight. Great service and almost perfect selection. Empty sale shelves are annoying.
S. S.
Quite busy. No Easter eggs left. Keeping 2 MTRS appart challenging.
t. d.
Car park is too small
T. P.
Only 4 stars because of parking which at the moment is a nightmare as they have half the carpark dugup hopefully sorted soon , and mjor changes in the store moving everything for past few weeks updating the store hopefully this will be finished soon otherwise friendly staff and s great place to shop and eat.
L. W.
The staff are very polite and helpful.
The choice of products is excellent.
J. a. S.
Nice store cheap plants can't beat £1 for a perennial. Lovely bakery and deli counter and best pies in Woking area.
M. M.
Great prices with wide selection but if you arrive late afternoon or evening they don't have lots of the popular items left as it seems they do not restock during the day.
H. B.
What can you say about Morrisons. It's a shop, but l was pleased to see that the coffee counter was open.
D. S.
£5 for little breakfast and a pot of tea... Quiet good value considering it tastes delicious. Quick service. Ideal for a quick stop
N. N.
Love coming here. The staff are really friendly. This store has more product's than nearer home.
V. P.
One of the best Morrisons I have been to in the south!
T. L.
Slow service. A rather nice view of the car park. Limited to 1 pack each of ibuprofen and paracetamol.
J. V.
I like the place. Nice selection of food, good quality for reasonable price. The shop could be a bit better organised so you wouldnt have to search for bread for a while :)
T. W.
Good parking space , wide range of food products selection
A. B.
Good opening hours and big car park. Even on Christmas Eve managed to get all my shop done without too much stress.
g. r. m. h.
Love the swede mash and try to order online or I over spend 🙃
G. 1.
Good quality for prices and very helpful stuff
S. A.
Decent quality stuff for a reasonable price. Lot of choices.
L. K.
Good prices, great fresh produce - always impressed by veg section and butchers. Best craft beer and ale selection in Woking.
T. K.
It's a Morrisons, huge carpark allowing you to park away from the door bangers!
G. V.
Lots of great offers. Busy but thankfully not jammed packed with people. I really like this store.
A. d. T.
Parking gets a bit much at files but the shop has a great overall selection of everything one could need for pretty much any occasions ;)
E.
Friendly helpful staff, well put together pace.
Best store to buy fresh meats.
M. B.
Usually well stocked, but our last couple of visits we have had to shop elsewhere for quite basic items, hopefully just a computer glitch!
M. M. P.
The branch in Woking is a let down. I spend hundreds of pounds in this supermarket and yet when I come to shop which is mostly during the week in the morning, some of the shelves are empty. Too many times I have encountered that and I think it is because of poor management
G. T.
Good food
g. n.
Great supermarket, seems like the last few months or so is improving the products range and customer service
R. S.
No segregation with no one way in the Isle people were walking passed me not keeping the two meter distance
M. B.
Bad experience today! No bags on vegetables store and staff they don't give a duck
A. H.
What you would expect from a large supermarket.
C. M.
Nice big store with lots of choice, only down side is when going late after work, many shelves are empty.
J. R.
This our main shopping supermarket. We are quite happy with the choice and prices.
R. B.
Close to home and easy to access... downside is no tea spoons, tea bags that couldn't be found by another customer and limited readily available food choices for children at 8am...
V. M.
Good parking, easy to find items, month end specials are good, could do with more cashiers though
c. s.
Since my last review the hot food section which is the main reason i go to this shop has undergone changes and is now on par with other Morrissons.. A good job done there
A. S.
Clean and well stocked
C. H.
Fantastic selection of fresh fruit and veg, including unusual items, like fresh galangal, you just can't get in other big supermarkets.
J. W.
Generally good quality fresh produce.
M. H.
Disorganised - and that is after you have circumnavigated the queue (left hand lane) for the. McDonalds burger joint at the entrance.
I. D.
Surprisingly it wasn't very busy on the tills, found most of the things I was looking for, overall happy
L. L.

An excellent store with first class food, flowers and plants. Sadly not enough staff on the tills.

Hyper store, large inventory of most required products. Very convenient for locality and enough parking space
