Yesterday (new years day) I needed to collect a prescription that had been sent to the store electronically via the Urgent Care centre. I arrived at 9.50pm, with minutes to spare before they were due to close at 10pm. The pharmacist and duty manager went above and beyond their roles to help provide me with the medication I urgently needed. They were polite , kind, attentive and extremely resourceful, helping to track down the prescription and delivering the medication to me at the front of the store. I am so grateful for their attentive and professional service. Well done to these two lovely staff members and thank you

Staff friendly and helpful Went in to collect online George clothing order, but had to get some other bits and of course ending up seeing more stuff that I needed. All the staff that I interacted with were helpful and friendly. From member of clothing staff, security guard, lady on the self scan checkout and the lady who brought out my huge clothing order! Never a bad experience here. It's a large store, great to have everything all under one roof

I was having issues with my local corner shop over PayPoint. On a weekly shop, I discovered ASDA Ferring also do PayPoint. So, I took my issue to the nice and helpful staff at the desk. They were unsure if they could help, the shop manager, a very nice lady, and the ASDA head office got involved. I gave my phone number and left the shop, about 1 hour later the manager called me to confirm they could assist me. The following day I went back and the problem was solved. I now go every week for food shopping and the PayPoint facility. The ASDA staff for more helpful than anyone I had spoken to about the PayPoint issue I was having.

Good sized, clean and convenient superstore. Great for home things and clothing, as well as food. Not usually crowded. Annoying and un practical road exit from the store & petrol station which forces you to only go left onto the dual carriageway.

The sushi they sell there is delicious, I always beg my mum to drive me there, as it's about 20 minute drive from where I live, just for the sushi. Honestly the best!

It would be helpful if the information regarding store opening hours on the website was accurate. As NHS staff I’m grateful for the additional browsing hour on Sunday but today, at close to 09:30, the Ferring store is still shut. Please ensure the website is updated!

Click and collect is a joke waited 15 minutes could of shopped it myself, plus all blue badge spaces used for click and collect so disabled can’t park. When it did turn up wrong stuff and rude staff

Doesn't matter how big my shop is, it always ends up cheaper than I expected here. Prices are so good. Store selection is great. Lovely George clothing section. Large bright and airy store. And the staff are always polite friendly and helpful.

Good location and access although getting out and going home can be difficult at rush hour because of the traffic trying to get on the nearby roundabout. There is plenty of parking, it has good produce that is competitively priced. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a garage for petrol.

Decent delivery service , let down by management, absolutely no way to contact the store to let them know the van is disappearing down the road with a chunk of my order! Customer services are only there to keep apologising, but totally ineffective otherwise. Nice store let down by system.

Click and collect is given to you in plastic crates to unload yourself into your own bags there and then; unlike Tesco, who prepack everything into bags and load into ur boot/trunk without you getting out of your vehicle. In-store, social distancing was virtually non-existent, but that's down to customers more than anything.More enforcement needed. In summary, click and collect system not appropriate for vulnerable or disabled persons.

Prices are cheaper than some supermarkets, but grocery selection can be limited. Good clothing choice and selection in other departments is varied. Big problem is the situation of the store due to road accessibility.

I am very appreciative of the way the staff at this store helped my wife when she became ill whilst shopping there on her own. They were prompt in coming to her assistance, calling the ambulance and assuring my wife that they would arrange for her shopping to get to our home whilst she was on her way To Hospital. And a special thanks to the member of staff who having brought the shopping to my home was kind enough to give me a lift to A&E on her way back to the store.

Nice store everything easy to find also friendly and helpful staff but never seem to have enough staff on the checkouts come late afternoon /early evening which is when most people who work during the day, visit - not helpful if you have lots of frozen items and you end up waiting ages. I also hate the self service and self scanning checkouts - would rather see & speak to a human being not a machine

Love Asda Ferring the staff are so friendly love the self service and you never have to wait more than 30 seconds before a till is free. Love the tea in the cafe 90p for a pot!!!! Just a down side you have to wait over 30 mins for food when say it will be done in 5 min. But any way love this store and I do my weekly shop hear every week and going to do my Christmas shop hear as prices are so cheap!!!! THANK YOU ASDA FERRING!!!!

Selection is average, car park is a catastrophe (watched two people try to have a fight post crash) and quality of the food is sub optimal. Petrol is cheap though I guess?

Many thanks to security staff at Asda Ferring.When our car refused to start(pilot error,keys left in!) the staff at Ferring brought a cer round and gave us a jump start.Many,many thanks.As pensioners we do not know what we would have done,we had no money for a taxi and no way to get the car back.So,you were a life-saver,guys,so grateful,Tom and Kate Murphy

For the attention of the Store Manager, I am asking on behalf of alot of people that live around Maybridge Square Area. We miss the free bus that used to run every day to Ferring. When it stopped we had to use the free Sainsbury bus to Rustington. But we all find it much dearer than Adsa. The No.9 bus goes that way, but the bus stop is quite a walk from Asda, its not so bad when going but to walk back to the bus stop with shopping is no good. Would you not re-consider and have a free bus say 2 times a week once a day. The sainsbury free bus runs mondays, wednesday and fridays comes to Maybridge at 9.45. I know Sainsbury is dearer than Asda because I bought the same items at Sainsbury and it came to about £7 more than Asda. Waiting for your reply. Janet Campbell

Staff always helpful on the shop floor. Restaurant not great,food indifferent well that is breakfast so have not bothered with any other meal, think some retraining needed.

I love it, your usual Asda but enormous! They even have scan while you shop at last!! But it is card only so be warned. Very good!

Excellent value for money, Staff always friendly and helpful, store always fully stocked unlike Sainsburys or Tesco's. Best store for me.
