Popped to HISBE after being recommended it when wanting to buy some local produce as a gift. Absolutely loved the layout of the store and the variety of goods on offer! Definitely coming back when I run out of dry foods like rice, beans, pasta and flour! And also going to try their soaps once my current ones run out too! Definitely a great addition to Worthing's high Street ❤️ Hope you didn't mind me taking some photos! Wish I took more though!

First visit and was very impressed. Great to be able to measure out my own volume of great quality products, and the prices are better than expected. There's a counter serving beverages and pastries, and lovely looking cakes. Their takeaway coffee beans are really lovely, and you can grind to suit. The toiletries are fabulous, the body wash I bought is thick and smells amazing. Bath salts also just fantastic. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend, especially as you can buy small amounts to try before buying full size.

Great shop for all things sustainable. Plenty of vegan products as well as well sourced meat. Do bring along your own containers to stock up on the goodies, but if you forget there's plenty of containers to purchase in store. Tasty range of craft beers and wine too!

All the staff are all super friendly and enthusiastic about the products they sell which says a lot about the company. For me this is the go to place for ethical food and household bits and bobs. Good quality grocery foods too. They have some delicious cake by the tills which is always hard to not buy on the way out. Best shop in Worthing easily 👍

Excellent customer service! Love the organic range of local fruit and veg. Seasonal of course! Love the local environment responsibility and treatment to local suppliers. This is the way to go! Some of the products are slightly expensive but quality and support to local businesses out weighs the price.

I love the good selection on offer of store cupboard, fresh and frozen goods and that I can get something different as a treat or presents for others as the produce is quality. I enjoy the shopping experience of browsing and chatting to the staff and the feeling I'm contributing a little to change. The food is delicious and it's great to know I can eat local produce without having to venture out to farm shops each time.

What's not to like? Great selection of everything you could possibly need. Healthy, local, vegan, gluten free, organic, eco friendly, environmentally friendly products. Awesome staff. Clean, refreshing and inviting store. All round amazing place, that more cities and towns should have. We are very lucky and thankful to have you!

Really friendly store . I love the huge range of ethical , organic and vegan items . The refill stations are great for everything from dry goods to toiletries . Fruit and veg is so fresh with no plastic and you can pick up a tea or coffee too . It really is 'How it should Be ' . Staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

Some products are a little expensive but that's to be expected from certain products/brands.

I like the ideals behind it. Aware of the control supermarkets have on suppliers profits which is wrong. Good to see a business with suppliers and customers welfare at heart. Also really like the proper real bread you sell. And the organic free range meat.

Great to have HISBE in Worthing. An alternative to big chain supermarkets that is ethical, sustainable and community focussed. Lots of produce by local suppliers. Plastic-free refills of all kinds of products - bring your own containers! Lots of vegan products to choose from too. A welcome addition to the town!

Okay the negatives: if you're counting the pennies, you won't want to do your main shop here. If you're a hopeless 'foodie' you'll pop in for two items and need a wheelbarrow to get it all home. Positives: extensive choice, interesting products, very nicely laid out, a lil' rustic yet clean and tidy and very pleasant staff. Look out for greetings cards that can be planted! Think I'm hooked.

Found Hisbe by chance, it was new to me, but I find it amazing. The staff are the friendliest you could ever meet. Everyone there are so welcoming, helpful and kind. You can find so many amazing products at Hisbe, you can bring you own containers, weigh items yourself. Truly wonderful I am new to vegan and organic products and been having fun trying recipes and different items from there. Love, love love Hisbe..

I went for the kombucha, I found so much more, great variety lots of organic and local foods, friendly staff, lots of organic veg and meats, fresh Coffey beans and grinder with a grind guide and reasonable prices, also a takeaway cafe with great vegan pastry's. my new favourite shop.

HISBE is a welcome addition to Worthing. The extensive selection of fruit & veg. Loose tea & coffee. Tons of different products to try without packaging. I am trying so many different non dairy and veggie stuff I would never of even of tried. We are obsessed by the Oat Milk machine from Tic Toc and have now swapped cows milk to oat milk. I feel inspired to make changes in my families diet . The staff are super friendly.

Incredible. The range in this store is amazing. They have everything you need from pak Choi to washing up liquid and detergent. Lots of bakery products and a whole wall of plastic-free spices, chocolate and grains. They also WELCOME DOGS! This is a game-changer for me. Staff are so friendly and there is plenty of hand sanitiser. There’s even a little cafe inside with vegan pastries and coffee. You can get all your fruit, veg, bread, cleaning products, and treats under one roof. Scales can take a minute to get used to but not too difficult when you get the hang of it!
