Reviews of Sainsbury's
M. C.
Thankful that they had Gaviscon in stock.
The toilets weren't as clean as they might have been, but we went in towards the end of what might have been a busy night.
R. A.
Nice sized store, not overly busy , which was a surprise I noticed that their cafe has shut, which is also the case at their Portslade store. Will hey be replaced?
F. N.
Such a shame that Sainsbury's have decided to close their cafe's. Would have stayed for a meal. A very bad management decision. Less inclined to visit now the cafés have closed. They provided a valuable facility for customers.
D. P.
Lyon’s farm store in Worthing is excellent. Staff are friendly and courteous, all the while maintaining a professional air. 👍
D. N.
Great size parking spaces and easy access. Good range of products but more a drop in store for me and main shop at another large local retailer
I. C.
On the whole, I can't fault the store for produce. This Sainsbury's, like most others stock a good variety of products of generally very good quality. However, the customer service desk is a different matter. Nobody seems to man this full time, and after standing there like a lemon for a good five minutes, one either has to give up or approach a member of staff on the shop floor to try and find someone who can help.
Today was a prime example. Despite the customer service desk being on the same counter as the tobacco and newspaper counter, one is ignored by the serving staff as you're not actually directly in their queue. It begs the question how one is supposed to attract attention. Having waited for a good five minutes, I walked over to the self checkout counters and asked a member of staff. She pressed a call button to get a member of staff for me, but in a jokey way, explained she had no idea whether it had actually worked! That was her response. Turns out it had and after a few more minutes someone turned up. The service then was fine, but my gripe is getting to that point where you actually get served.
This isn't my first experience of this, and I've heard about it from others. Crazy system.
C. C.
Huge car park with attached petrol station. Widest aisles in Worthing and huge choice with prices dropping all the time. The staff are very helpful and polite. This is an excellent store.
j. s.
Seems to have more space for walking around than some of the other ones or its the layout? All good 🙂
S. M.
Good shop for all your essential things, bus stop right outside the front door for links to various local towns.
m. s.
Just a stop off from the motorway, but have lovely sandwiches varietys. My cheese and ham. Yummy.
O. B.
Good shop, lots of reasonable priced products and deals available.
K. S.
First time at this store, they have a good selection. I felt that there could of been more signs as did alot if walking around to find everyvday items. Wouldn't stop me visiting as its my local😁
R. F.
More expensive than my usual shop. And many items I wanted were not available. The shop and scan app on my phone kept failing. A largely disappointing experience.
P. L.
Click and collect shopping made easy with a well organised and efficient team looking after the customers.
R. S.
Can I ask why your Kipling's cakes chocolate 3 packs of 2 are priced at £1.80 but Asda has them as £1.25?
p. h.
Went there to do recycling bottles etc. Bit untidy due to Joe public who don't know how to make an effort but was glad of the facility.thx to Sainsbury,s.
S. S.
Never enough checkouts staffed. staff walking around instead, when they could be serving more people and would improve their service, have to always queue .
g. l.
Huge selection at great prices , staff very friendly.
S. L.
Best place ever, lots of choices, good prices, great staff, very clean and tidy store!
D. C.
Sainsbury's might not be the cheapest supermarket but their stuff never disappoints, plus their hot cross buns are the best!!
T. D.
Never had problem there. Staff are polite, most of the time I find what o need
L. O.
Went in, grab what I needed, standard prices, good quality, no wait to checkout.
J. C. (.
Motorcycle helmet friendly when using Smart Scan, though I seem to get pinged for a search more often than not.
N. N.
Awesome variety of free from, vegan and vegetarian food. Literally have loads now it's amazing. Well worth the visit. They seem to have changed their sections around now
D. M.
Easy access and good priced petrol on the main road
L. a. J.
Bought a few bits, went to the counter and was served by a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable lady who made the whole experience very pleasurable.
Her name was Sarah. Thank you for being so nice.
S. S.
Easy access, good car park, the inside of the shop is getting old and doesn't look very well looked after....
D. R.
Used the click and collect service. On the whole it is a very good experience, with friendly helpful staff.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the people that select the items. They must have an interesting sense of humour of selecting alternative products! I have been given some stupid alternatives and also things from the damaged reduced price shelf (Without the discount!)
B. F.
Good shop, friendly staff, shame its not a bit bigger.
T. B.
Very nice staff reasonably priced car park has been improved.
A. B.
Well stocked.Went shopping after work just as the shop was about to close. Staff gave me a free box of eggs at the checkout as they were out of date that day!
R. G.
Great supermarket with helpful staff, good parking facilities
K. G.
Great customer service -Hazel and her colleague (Debbie?) Were so helpful and friendly today. As asset to Sainsbury's. Thank you.
E.
Not a bad Store nice staff clean floors not so much food yet thats seems to be all stores at the moment.
G. R.
Well waitrose has sure gone down hill! Oh wait it's sainsburys! I mean it's a shop dudes. Values alright. Google told me to do one more review for level 3 and me likey to level upey. Yep that's all for sainsburys.
M. L.
Almost everything you need here at a fairly acceptable price. It's not got quite the range of the massive stores and it's not as cheap as some others, but you don't get chavs knocking their kids about in the aisles, shoving past you to manhandle the fresh veg, or arguing with the staff over wearing of masks. That's worth a few quid on the bill :)
D. P.
Absolutely fantastic! I was completely blown away by how wonderful this store was. They have a free car park, petrol station and a supermarket full of just about everything you could imagine. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better I spotted a Timpsons in the carpark. They really have thought of everything!
The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. If you're in the Worthing area and want to visit a Sainsbury's store I'd recommend this one very highly.
Well done Sainsbury's... first class!
D. B.
It's ok when you just need to pop and get a couple of things. However couldn't do a large shop there would cost a fortune. The cost has improved during to price match
A. D.
Please can you advise if you no longer sell gluten free pork pies. I could not see any today and there was no ticket on the gluten free section.
F. C.
Feels quite dated, layout is okay but not changed in many years. Sainsbury's is quite expensive compared to standard prices at other supermarkets. But you can collect Nectar points. Staff seemed friendly.
M. T.
Found all the item's required for today. Lots of produce and very fresh.
d. p.
Nice store, hope a new cafe will replace the old one. ASAP
B. S.
I
can always get what I need allso the staff are very friendly
E. C.
Not as good as tesco's but still good
R. B.
Went at 11.30 this morning. Not very busy at all. Good selection of fruit, veg and fresh meat and bakery goods. Managed to get everything I wanted except Kirsch for my black forest gateau as they don't stock it
J. T.
Big thank you to the click and collect team at Lyons farm. They are doing a fabulous job in some really awful weather. They are polite, courteous, helpful and cheerful. Even when people are rude to them.
T. c.
I have been here twice recently and can I say that Jack older and Jamie Gill are 2 of the most helpful workers in the store. Helped me with all my questions and stayed very professional. Glad to have met them both
A.
Great super store. Loads of goods. Plenty of self service checkouts and staffed tills. There's a cafe there to. Loads of parking. And 2 ATMs outside that give £5 minimum withdrawals(most cash machines only have 10£ minimum, but these ones let you withdraw just £5) and they always give you £5 notes in your withdrawals. Nice all round store.
W. D.
Only 2 tills being operated by Sainsbury's staff today. Unfortunately we hadn't done Smartshop and we had a trolley full of shopping, so ended up waiting 15 minutes to get through checkout.
E. H.
Smal to medium store, considering times of my visit . it stocks most things best bits, the car park well laid out only one entry exit though so it can congested friendly
Staff except for over zelose security guard who should be kicked out of the sia or whatever association they have!
M. P.
First visit to a supermarket for 7 months. Easy shopping, very few customers across the store. Had all the items we required. Safe, distanced checkouts.
K. A.
I love that they have a self scanning system and so I don't spend any time scanning and packing during check out, I can also keep track on the cost during shopping. This is my preferred way of shopping.
J. O.
Sainsbury's is a really good place to shop, they have many items which are free from wheat, gluten and milk, with new products every week. The staff are very accommodating and happy to help. The shop is clean and tidy, including the toilets. It is an amazing place to browse and see lots of items not just every day, but seasonal as well. Today I picked up free from advent calendars.
C. F.
Good fair prices, good customer service, great bunch of staff. helped me find products I didn't know they had , normally shop elsewhere, but decided to give sainsbury a try . Was not disappointed
G. U.
Just the right size for your everyday or weekly shopping. Good produce. Nice selection for Gluten free or other food allergies. Their in-store bakery is absolutely amazing. Plus the bakery stuff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
T.
Good store with a wide selection of goods, no pharmacy anymore though,. I have also noticed that the prices have started creeping up over the last year,. The levels are getting similar to that of Tesco express stores,. When items are discounted the prices are far more realistic with other supermarkets. Other than that it's a supermarket , it's clean and has good parking facilities
L. H.
Each member of staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Always polite and never rush me at checkout. Since social distancing, there has always been someone on the front door to make sure not too many people in store at a time. No arrows to denote way of aisle like Tesco, but markers to keep people distanced (wish people would take note of them!) They have a vast array of gluten free foods and each time I have been the shelves have been stocked, except for normal flour, sugar etc which is the same in all supermarkets. This is a great medium store, wish it was bigger then I wouldnt need to go to Tesco!
M. B.
Stopped off in the car park to eat a custard tart and listen to Led Zeppelin after splitting up with my girlfriend. Truly a fantastic experience, would recommend to anyone. If you're looking for somewhere to sit and reflect on your mistakes, then friend, you can do no better than spending some time nestled in the welcoming bosom of this asphalt paradise.
M. T.
Really lovely. Well stocked and staff helpful.
N. W.
Efficient click and collect and friendly staff. Petrol station is reasonable (sorry really boring review, glad I don't visit myself).
S. F.
The store is a valuable place where I can get almost everything I need. I use the delivery service also and find the drivers really helpful, friendly and very efficient.
M. P.
I went in expecting just a weekly shop, but I came out a new man.
Who new you could have such a wonderful life changing experience at Sainsbury's.
My god you should have been there. It's your loss that you were not present at such an experience.
I can't describe what amazing wonders lie before you if you visit Sainsbury's.
In a word WOW.
C. N.
Medium sized supermarket, selling most products you're likely to require.
Normally plenty of parking too. Petrol station too.
R. H.
Just want to say thankyou to, I think her name is Valarie? I could not reach the Atora suet and asked her if she could get me ‘a tall person’. She went straight off and found me someone when, I am sure she was very busy. Thank you for your attentiveness. It goes along way when our lives are so discombobulated at the moment and shopping isn’t the greatest experience.
Thank you
P. P.
Big free car park. Toilets, friendly staff. Self checkout. You easily do fast shopping or have fun and stay little bit longer inside. Worth it.
P. C.
Clean shopping experience good selection but I'm finding the ready meals in short supply in many shops I go to
D. D.
Had a lady shout at me today while waiting in a queue to check out there was a display case in the way causing me to wait in the middle of a aisle chatting to the man in front of me a lady behind said somthing I turned around and said are you in the queue to ? she rudely said no I want to pass but your to busy chatting to him , how rude just ask me to move and I will.
People are so rude.
If the display cabinet wasnt there she could of passed easily
So I think heath and safety was lacking as it shouldn't be there right were we queue .
L. T.
Sainsbury's like other Sainsbury's.
A. M.
Pleasant supermarket but quite busy, even on a Sunday. Not the widest range of products and a bit pricey but on the whole not too bad. Parking is plentiful and the location being close to B & Q, Currys, Argos and Boots make it very convenient.
M. T.
This is not one of the better Sainsbury's. Its not uncommon that whole shelves and freezers are empty. The staff are helpful enough but there are not enough of them to run the shop, so you often find cues to pay are long.
R. L.
Very helpful staff and always a variety of stock that I like
b. c.
Ok.. still have their sanitizing station, which is great. Just a shame I can't but British pears or braising steak...
P. N.
No fuss, tap & go shop so quick & easy. Brilliant staff always helpful, people being less greedy even when shelves are not as full
N. P.
Pleasant supermarket but quite busy, even on a Sunday. Not the widest range of products and a bit pricey but on the whole not too bad. Parking is plentiful and the location being close to B & Q, Currys, Argos and Boots make it very convenient.
T. Y.
Quiet Saturday afternoon shopping experience
D. T.
It's great during the daytime with the sunshine direct into cafe during coffee break
t. m.
Great place to shop. Always loads of parking space.
J. B.
Always tonnes of parking here. Plus many other good things on the trading estate... Bq, pets at home, haldords.
For me the good thing about this particular sainsbury's is the range of vegan and vegetarian foods. It's really well stocked on this. But if you like dead animals I guess there's plenty of that too... Oh and I guess I should say there's a cafe and toilets here...
D. B.
It's a shop. Popped in to get a sandwich. It was a nice sandwich. I was in shock after my house had just burnt down so didn't take much notice as I went through the self service till.
L. M.
Helpful assistants, well designed,Isles numbered and labeled making shopping much easier. with a nice little cafe,,clean and tidy with toilets also a disable easy access one. Very good parking.
L. W.
Got what I wanted. Not very crowded but pleased to see everyone wearing a mask and giving each other space especially at checkouts (not moving forward to unload until customer in front moved forward to packing area)
H. S.
Nice place to find grocery that you need. Everything clean and organizei, friendly staff.
k. j.
shelves a little empty but staff helpful & friendly, store design better than previous visits & visit was as expected
R. T.
Overpriced place always has been but if you shop there regularly & have tried other stores, it's not rocket science
C. P.
Always prefer to shop here as I feel safer during these Covid times, as there is plenty of room. I like to buy my meat here whenever possible as the quality is excellent, the staff are always very friendly & helpful.
J. D.
Easy parking with car washing available whilst you shop. Good prices on petrol just off the a27 an ideal stop if you're passing through as it's easy to get back on the road after filling up on fuel and food!
T. P.
Helpful friendly staff. Plenty of parking, but on the A27 at a busy junction. Can get very busy and slow to get out. Pick your time to go.
C. M.
Met one othe bloke not wearing a mask so we nodded to each other. Then a youngish man was complainong to no one in particular "I can't breath in this thing" so I suggested he took it off. Not fair to other people he replied so I told him there was very little medical benefit to others.
A checkout worker was cpmplaining about how uncomfortable she was finding the mask. Told her I thought shop workers didn't have to wear them. "Oh yes we do" (what's THAT all about Sainsburys?)
I showed her my exemption badge and she asked me on what nasis I was exempt. "Breathing difficulties". "Oh I'm going to see my doctor" she said.
It was a strange experience: feeling like a normal human being surrounded by a load of aliens!⁵
D. M.
No cotton buds, overpriced nicotine inhaler, lots of out of stocks. I get that it was later in the evening but shop looked in poor condition, lots of staff standing about having a chat
S. M.
Ok I guess. Nice and unpopular if you know what I mean. The store is clean. The toilets could use a little spruce but the cafe is nice. The store does seem to lack logic to it's layout though. I can't explain why but things seem to have an order in most supermarkets and this one doesn't have it. I find myself wandering up and down looking for stuff.
P. N.
Well organised but maybe take a wet wipe to wipe over trolly handles. Hand gell available at door.
Only problem shopping evenings some shelves empty. Are people stocking up again? No toilet rolls!!!
D. J.
The staff in here are awesome. Location is great. Not a faff to get in or out off. It's certainly not "edgy" as Tesco or "banged up on benefits" like morrison can feel.
A. D.
Larger store with a decent stock and very relaxed check out staff. Nothing to dislike perfectly ample parking at anything other than absolute peak times. Easily accessed from the A27
C. C.
Bought everything I needed, busy but no long queues at the check out.
M. T.
Good shopping experience. Friendly staff, Felt Covid safe. Good range of products
R. M.
Not very clean but they have a wide variety of products due to the stores large size
C. C.
Convenient but small so more limited range than some Sainsbury's Locals - with very limited parking except on-street nearby. Can still be quicker than going to a big supermarket.
D. G.
Was well stocked when I went with good selection of produce and not too crowded and easy parking
A. S. A.
We are new here and we went to this supermarket we haved a very positive experience , Giorgio from the staff was so helpful and did good job advising and showing us products a little bit difficult to find by ourselves.
Thank you Sainsbury's thank you Giorgio.
P. J.
Superb Customer Services, Buyer needs to update in clothing 99.9% man made fibres! There are always an enormous range of unwanted clothes - hence continous Sales. Time to think ahead and not buy from China.
R. B. (.
Actually didn't have a lot of what I needed which was a shame. Found it weird they sell children and women's clothes not men's.
Either all or nothing would make more sense.
It's a Sainsbury's has most things, not as good as Rustington or Chichester
A. M.
Great accessible car park and easy to negotiate store.Sunday morning traffic can cause issues getting in or out of car park.pricing is fair for a medium size store it is both bright and clean without being too over bearing.
M. C.
Excellent shopping store,i think value for your money. You have a cafe inside so u can have food and drink before you do your shopping or after to have that little breather. Have toilet facilities too. Disability friendly as well. Shop there see for yourself and see what you think of it's store.
E. L.
I know supermarkets have to change layouts in order to encourage customers to buy more. However today's visit was a bit frustrating as items of a similar product were not placed together and I had to ask an assistant. Large box of porridge oats not next to instant porridge. Golden syrup separate from jams and honey. Several other items similarly misplaced. Shelves weren't fully stocked. Bit disappointing Sainsburys visit today.
J. M.
Not bad. Not the biggest supermarket but it holds enough, the cafe is OK and the petrol is one of the cheapest around. The wine section is organised in the most bizarre manner.
O. A.
The store is very cold. And not the cheapest in the area. My girlfriend said it looks tired. But I think the orange makes it look dirty. I didn't say it is dirty, so please don't fire the cleaner.
#.
Awesome. enough said. Staff members (2 ladies I spoke to) Very friendly and went out of their way to try and help me. Puts faith back in to humanity. Now wont shop anywhere else.
T. E. O.
All good
D. J.
Most of the time its a quiet shopping experience, great range of food and clothes, can get busy in wet weather as its the only supermarket locally with sheltered parking.
J. E.
Not too crowded. Signage could be better. Perhap6a store map at the entrance might help.
S. s.
Not happy about 1 person only shopping. But fully support a company enforcing rules. Actually I am happy. It's the wife who was not happy
J. O.
As I am on a plant based diet the vegan options are very good. However there was no vegan salad cream and I eat a lot of salad in the summer.
R. H.
Sainsbury's Cobham has LPG at 56.9ppl. Long may it continue. The staff are great too. One small complaint. The one and only LPG pump shares an island with petrol and diesel pumps but it's a big forecourt with 12 pump islands. Some large forecourts like that close the petrol/diesel pumps on the LPG island so that queueing by LPG customers is minimised. Some days there is a long and unnecessary wait in a line of petrol/diesel customers blocking access to the LPG when they could use other islands but LPG customers can't.
J. P.
medium to large version of the brand with adjacent petrol station, small clothing section with menswear. carpark recently marked it with bigger spaces for ordinary people which is a bonus.
B. E.
Plenty of parking. Well organised and plenty of stock. Queues at till often 3 or more deep. Grumpy elderly lady on bakery counter who was quite blunt when I asked for a discount on damaged cake.
K. S.
The store was quiet, wide isles with plenty of room to shop safely. Some items not available but overall a pleasant experience.
K. C.
I like this shop. Sells a lot of Asian foods I can't find elsewhere. Staff are helpful. Parking is easy and they have a cheap restaurant. Food isn't fancy, but tastes just fine and is convenient.
R. G.
The queue's to get in and out of the car park can be bonkers. Prepare to lose 30mins+ at the weekend stuck in traffic going nowhere. Which is strange as the supermarket is relatively quiet. Best avoided at peak times.
V. P.
Great Sainsburys with plenty of parking. Good layout and a petrol station too. There is also a cafe here for some sit down food. Would definitely visit again.
C. N.
Sainsbury's is usually a fine place to shop. No where is nice to shop due to the current global pandemic crisis. Sainsbury's have done a good job of keeping up morale.
J. R.
Our favourite curry place. Under refurbishment but still the same excellent service and fab curries, the even brought it out to my car!!
M. M. (.
Love coming here. Great staff and produce. Always find what I need! Very quick and easy shop
T. T. (.
It's fine. A supermarket that has a slightly different range of products compared to its competitors.
M. B.
Nice clean store, no shortage of items and the fuel pumps were full
D. J.
All I required was available at reasonable prices but Covid-19 precautions were somewhat lax as people were passing each other much closer than 1m apart
A.
Always well stocked wherever I go and the scan as you go makes shipping really quick and easy
A. G.
We would have given you 5 stars but for the last two weeks there has been very little and in a couple of times no jam in your jam doughnuts. Very disappointing!
C. I. E.
Meh it's Sainsbury's
E. S.
One really good point is that this Sainsbury's has lots of different types of child trolleys. They have the standard one seater trolley, some twin seater trolleys and newborn 'seat' trolleys. So much easier when shopping with kids/babies!!
A. S.
It's a Sainsbury's so it's like most of them. Not as cheap as Aldi but better food than Asda.
Highlight is the slip road back onto the eastbound A27. Got to be brave.
Z. B.
I love sainsbury's so much they got more fresh vegetables and fresh food as well and the staff is so friendly and they ask you are you OK do you need are help the people who work there is so wonderful and amazing and kind and happy and caring people who work there. And there is so restaurant there as well in sainsburys and there food is to die for I mean it mouthwatering I give them 10 / 10
L. M.
It's an ok, well stocked supermarket, but didn't use handheld zappers for scanning your purchases & didn't have an in-store pharmacy. Staff were good.
S. G.
Stopped on way back home on long journey to use facilities. Staff very helpful and did not mind me just using the toilet as wheelchair user
E. r.
Very nice little supermarket
C. C.
What can one say about a supermarket? It's clean, good range of foods & other bits, plenty of staff with the odd grumpy one but we're all human. Plenty of parking and it's well lit.
C. B.
Not the best Sainsbury's but not the worst. Like a mid of the road Sainsbury's
S. R.
Does exactly what it says on the can, easy to shop, nice big car park and you can even get your car cleaned at the same time.
Always friendly staff, never had an issue there.
N. M.
Eek stocked, friendly staff
R. W.
Vast store, great range, competitive prices. The checkout, however, was unbelievably slow - a very unfavourable comparison with, say, the Lidl checkout, where the staff have a sense of urgency.
D. I.
Another clean sainsbury's with good choice and polite staff, has other outlets nearby (Halfords etc) and an exotic petstore next to it selling tropical fish, snakes, spiders, chameleons, bearded dragons etc with all the relevant supplies/enclosures.
G. L.
Good store. Nice selection of stuff here.
H.
A good shopping experience, the store was well laid out and it has a nice clean cafe where I could wait for a bus.
There is also a large car park outside the shop.
Z. X.
Visited the cafe part and found it to be an ok place to eat.. Despite being spacious the food wasn't the worst or the greatest. Was let down being served hard chips that needed longer cooking but overall ok
C. B.
In general very good but my experience of smart shop is not good, last 3 weeks I have been subjected to a trolley rescan twice had to go through a till and scan every item the latest today was scan 14 items complete waste of my time frustrating 😒
P. H.
Beautifully air conditioned on thiz hotest day of the year. Just passing through on the hottest day of the year. Got exactly what I wanted. Helpfull and friendly staff. Great quality as always.
S. B.
Great selection of items, some a little more expensive than other supermarkets
A. B.
Click and collect VERY Slow today
J. H.
Always well stocked and they sell Jolly Hog extra long sausages 😁
H. S.
Good selection. Not my usual shop. Clothing was good value.
N. P.
I love the fact it's a huge building full of food etc which you can take home in exchange for money.
H. 1.
Enjoyed our shop here, staff that we spoke to was very polite and helpful
S. B.
No issues at all social distancing was great, tills all working 1 staff member was lacking enthusiasm but, hey you cant have it all.
M.
Everytime we go in they don't seem to have what we want...except cheese. They seem to have a vast selection, so maybe its just us who are unlucky. Today's example was cat food. So we went to Tescos instead
N. M.
Best shopping experience for a supermarket. Nothing too much trouble for the staff.
L. M.
Never any phone signal to be able to use the nectar app.
L. L.
Everything i needed great choice of items. Easy parking. Will use as my main store.
G. F.
Clean shop, reasonable selection, prices almost as good as Tesco. Free car park, but irritating coin operated trolleys. Always a queue at the tills.
c. p.
Lovely entrance fruit and veg looked and was very fresh, isles well stocked and very clean staff helpful and friendly, well done sainsbury.
A. T.
Great shop shame some of the older staff aren't very helpful but the younger ones helpful indeed
J. B.
Easy parking. Range of other stores close by such as pet stores. Good reduction offers particularly on items like olives & hummus. Friendly staff.
B. M.
Whilst being a little pricy the store is very good staff are lovely and the quality is also very good. In general a good all round get everything you need
L. S.
I was with my dog waiting outside when the young lad do the trolley's made him jump, he came back with a bowl of water for him and when he went past with some more trolleys slowed right down as not to make him jump again, thank you so much for your kindness.
F. P.
Just love Sainsburys. Got everything I wanted. Great quality and price.
J. B.
Staff amazing. Felt worse than Christmas. So many people buying what they don't really need. What can I say about loo rolls 🙄
A. B.
Been watching you take full advantage of the covid pandemic, shopping with you for over 20 years , might be falsed to look around, getting ridiculously expensive... always loved the food though 😋
W. W.
Large store, easy parking
T. C.
Really sad to see the butchery fish and deli closed. Now all pre packed
P. H.
Friendly staff, plenty of tills open.
G. N.
Tidy and wide layout, not enormous either. Plus reasonable price for fuel.
T. j.
Store is ok but not the most modern. Not a huge fan of Sainsbury produce Vs other supermarkets in the same bracket such as tesco
S.
Place has changed a lot since new managers have come in and the changes are not for the better. A lot of unique lines to Sainsbury's are no longer available at this branch.
J. F.
Good as any supermarket really, just a little quite than most because of lockdown or the time of day....dunno
T. E.
Everything I need is here but a bit more pricey than other supermarkets
S. B.
This is a very good ,well stocked supermarket with excellent staff, and with all safety measures in place against covid 19
b. L.
Compared to other supermarkets like Asda and Lidl or Aldi, Sainsbury's is way pricier for the same or similar items. Only shopped there coz it was convenient.
I. R.
Excellent lamb shanks
L. D.
Very expensive and don't run very good offers on your everyday things. The make your own pizzas are expensive compared to other supermarkets and the topping are very tight.
t. h.
Store is fine, but car park exit always congested. Current temporary traffic lights worsen
P. C.
Friendly staff clean not too busy
D. M.
Have only shopped at sainsbury's for last 25 yrs, never a complaint. Plus it's a british company.
R. B.
Good store, well laid out, just needs a proper Krispy Kreme cabinet

Nice sized supermarket (not too big, not too small) with a good stock. I can normally find everything I need.
D. F.
It's a supermarket and Sainsburys tend to stock many things at good quality. Lots of parking here serving two large stores.
G. B.
I went in to purchase a bottle of carpet shampoo for my carpet shampooer and it seems they do not stock the item. I had to pop over to Curry's PC World to get it.

Clean and tidy, staff are very helpful and friendly. The only down fault is the vacuum and tyre pressure is to close to each other
N. G.
Not the cheapest but good quality groceries and clothes so good value. Staff are helpful. Good coffee in the cafe.
P. P.
Has quite a good range as a supermarket. Frequently has bare shelves where the offers should be and queues at checkouts though.

It's a supermarket and I have revised it many times before
L. C.
East to park. Not much on the shelf (due to panic buyers) so couldn't get what needed. Easy to get around

J. R.
Good staff, helpful. Best click and collect service.
T. G. M.
It was a good Sainsbury's, but I was expecting more men's clothes. Maybe it's just not a big enough store, or maybe they are ditching men's clothes...
T. S.
Not two busy had all the shopping I needed plus a few extras
A. P.
Love it. The best shop ever. Great quality food for a fairly cheap price
