N. E.Never usually have a problem with Morrisons but you’d swear none of the delivery drivers can tell the time. Attempting to deliver food shopping a good 3 hours before the time we had booked it for, expecting us to be in, etc.
Of course if we were going to be in sooner, we’d book it sooner. Pure stupidity

H.Have been using this store since it opened but this was by far the worst visit when it came to choice and availability - the salad bar was a shadow of its former self and they appear to be falling into the trap others have - cheap specials this time it was outdoor furniture- do us all a favour Morrisons stick to what you do best - supply and sell groceries - if I want outdoor furniture or weed killer I’ll go to a garden centre
m.I use Aldi as my go to supermarket, then Morrisons for items Aldi doesn't stock.
L. E. S.Nice market with good options for flowers, food and home utilities. They have a lot of different things to offer. There's also a cafe here, but mixed feelings about that. Staff was great, but food was so so. My burger was dry and burnt and the cheese barely melted. They also offer free Wi-Fi in store.
P. W.My goto supermarket now, but I don't work there so I queue up for the one open person-occupied checkout with about 20 other folks, apart from that it's good.

Think management should roster more staff on, as service was a bit slow. Although, to be fair it was being run today by two young team members who were trying their best to provide good food with good service. They need credit for their efforts.

E. H.Very good. Much like other Morrisons, although this one does have large aisles. Hand sanitizer is available and masks are mandatory. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The cafe is somewhat under staffed. There is a Timpson in the store which is useful for key cutting and watch batteries. Plenty of parking and a petrol station.
G. J. J.Im always happy there + steam fish dinner fantastic plus other foods. Parking handy+ the Staffs are very friendly, happy 1 staff can do British Sign Language with me, when we have time we have a chat together plus others staff too.

N. J.No white sugar no ketchup and milky coffee is definitely not milky its so strong it tastes like black coffee. If you take out food u don't get as much but pay same amount disappointed to be honest with you 🙃
S. W.Since Brexit I have found supermarkets not having enough or affordable whole salmon. I prefer them whole than pieces or halves and Morrisons had whole salmon. We ate in the cafe, it was nice but the portion had reduced in size

L. T.Large range of goods but not all on stock. Keep eye on sell buy dates as some are very near or past sell buy date. Today bought bag of small sweet peppers and when i got home found sell buy date was 9th November, today's date being 26th November. Been shopping to Wrexham Morrisons again and found items not for sale that we found in the Rhyl branch. Does this mean, larger shops have a more varied choice. I think so. Its a pity because when you see items for sale in other shops, you expect them to be for sale in your local shop

A. L.One of the largest Morrisons around this area. A very wide selection of groceries and always very clean. Cafe at the moment is takeaway only and after standing for 10 minutes at the till it became apparent that although alledgely open, it wasn't manned so we left and went to Costa. Would have been better to just leave a sign saying closed. Other than that though a smashing store.

A. H.Definitely of the best supermarkets in wrexham. It has different sections such as the butcher and fresh hand made food plus special section for cheese. Also freshly baked goods are served every day. I don't think that you will need something essential that you wouldn't find it there. Nice staff and good organisation. Sometimes you can find special offers on everything literally. And to be honest it was one of my favourite places on covid restrictions where I felt like I doing my shopping in a mall not a supermarket. Thanks for the staff who made it possible and comfy place.
J. W.Disagree. Not very happy with condition of Zebra crossing to car park from store. There was a crushed fruit on the white segment of the crossing which caused me to slip and hurt both my right hand and hip. I am in my 70's and lucky not to have broken my hip.

a. e.Just the right size for a supermarket. The butcher's are great. Very helpful. The fishmonger is brilliant. Will fillet a whole salmon if you ask. Fresh food has a reasonable shelf life. My only gripe is with the cooked food department. I can't work out their way of working. I'll go for a cooked chicken for tea after work and at 5 o clock there will be nothing left and nobody to be seen. Other days I could call in at 7 o clock and there will be loads left and even reduced in price!.
P. R.Desperately short of staff across all areas. 1woman trying to cover 4 sales areas. Cleaning trolley left wedged against gents toilet door as if signifying out of bounds. Cafe NO body cleaning tables ( covid ? )

A. S.This is a lovely large store. Which has a very wide range of fresh n frozen food items. Nice variety selection of clothes which are great quality at great price. Car park is very big and bright. Petrol station n carwash also available. You can do click and collect and have two cashpoint. There is also a lovely cafe inside with a large variety of nice fresh handmade meals.

M. M.An enjoyable shopping experience in a very pleasant store layout with the friendly and helpful staff their prime asset. Great tasting coffee in their cafe and competitive prices all round. Go to till 10 on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and you'll likely to be served by Tony who will round off your experience with a fair and friendly checkout that will make you want to return!
D. P.An excellent selection of fresh and chilled food with added frozen and canned items. It has an instore bakery offering fresh bread cakes and savoury items including pies and pizzas made in store. One word of warning the car park is owned by Wrexham council and they have outside contractors monitoring litter offences so do be careful with stray receipts or items dropping on the floor as they are keen to make money out of fines

Has toilets which are accessible but whereabouts not immediately obvious. In store dry cleaners etc. Petrol station on site and plenty of parking.

G. C.I have allways found Morrisons supermarkets to be well laid out, clean, airy and bright. The bakery is by far much better than other supermarkets with a bigger and better choice of fresh crusty rolls. The staff are welcoming, curtious and helpful. My only criticism is that the disabled parking is not the closest parking areas to the entrance.

s. H.Was very crowded it wasn't the staffs fault so not faulting them at all but some of the public weren't sticking to the distance rules,quite a few times i felt I had to stop what I was doing because someone just walked in front of me. Think they need to number the amount of people in and out.
J. D.No problems parking and they have cash points and petrol filling station which is handy. Generally my purpose for visiting this place is to enjoy the freshly cooked fried chicken nuggets and potato wedges from the hot counter during my lunch break. I noticed though that this is a very popular option at lunch time and you might have to queue up for a while for your chicken nuggets. They usually have some kind of special offer on vanilla slices or cream cakes - so you can really indulge in a heart-attack inducing binge for a very reasonable price! As a general supermarket, I found that they often lack items that I particularly want - Where's the Pepsi Max?!

L.Truly a very good shop especially if you go for the produce box I myself have 4 kids and they do a kind of take on a Sunday I paid 3 quid and got maybe 30+ pounds worth of fresh produce google it and try it out we're pretty successful every week and I believe there are maybe 4 or 5 boxes to give away

M. C.The food in the cafe is always good and great value. If you want a cheap meal, try their sausages, beans and chips. Fish and chips and scampi and chips are always great. I also recommend their big breakfast. Great coffee as well.

This one is a nice size, tends to have whatever you need, and the staff tend to be helpful and friendly.
T. W.Wrexham Store. No paper bags at all on fresh produce today. Large plastic bags on offer instead to use. Trip hazard in the sugar isle and some products need facing up. Price display tickets were a bit misleading on some items too. Till staff very friendly today.

I.Been here twice now. Staff are brilliant and the rooms are even better. I have now completed the Sherlock and Sweeny Todd rooms both were really challenging but also varied and fun.

D.Morrison has a wide range of fresh, cooked, frozen,tinned wrapped food, good range of baby to children clothing, house produces to keep your house lovely. Cards, large range of beverages. Seasonal valentine selection, garden selection, christmas selection. Two independent kiosks and flower stall.

m. t.This Morrisons is good and offers a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. At 19:40 the salat bar as well as the warm take away food was almost empty. Other things were good sorted and with full shelfs. The is a petrol station in side , which is convenient.
C. J.Considering the Covid situation, you're made to wait 2m apart outside. Inside the rules go to pot, so what's the poin of following any guidelines outside?!? What a farce! With a 98% survival rate, there's a lot of panic and paranoia thanks to the media. The shop was okay... Usual chain brand with good bargains.
E. S.I absolutely love the salad bars in Morrisons, and clearly their counters are really nice and well looked after. Sadly, that's the end of the positives. The car park is a nightmare - apparently noone can navigate it safely (or so it seems!). The inside of the store is just as bad... there's just no sane structure as to where anything is. I suppose that on the plus side my step count was nice and high thanks to all of the back tracking that I had to do to find a few simple items!
S. H.A surprising encounter with a suspicious goat farmer named Bob, led me to this shop and let me tell you. It was full of sheep not goats, I wanted goats for my farm but no they had to sell sheep. I am on the whole very disappointed at this, but the staff in the shop were very nice and very approachable.

D. H.First of all l would like to say l like Morrisons but l get so frustrated and somewhat angry when I can't find what I'm looking for simpley because I don't know which ile to look down. There must be a way so customers can be directed to items they are looking for without having to go back and forth getting more frustrated by the minute. I might be synical but if it's a ploy get customers to look on every shelf, well personally I for one can say it doesn't work, I haven't got the time or inclination, as I did today I walked out.
Another point today I was disappointed that a lot of the shelves were empty aspecialy the freezer section and a lot of the wine offers. Not good!!
D. S.Large well stocked store with lots of parking. There is a real problem with staff attitude in this store which has been ongoing for some time, bordering on down right rude to customers. Senior managers not interested and say they are aware but it never seems to change.

p. c.My Wife & myself were in the Wrexham store this morning and was overjoyed the the whole store fell silent for two minutes at 11am in remembrance of those who made the ultimate sacrifice. I felt proud to be part of those men and women. Thank you Morrisons for observing the remembrance.
J. C.Fine, fine supermarket. The choice of fruit and vegetables is second to none and they're the only supermarket in Wrexham to stock proper Krakus Sauerkraut like my now deceased dad used to love, which is the reason I always come here, despite it being the other side of town. The toilets are always anti-septically clean. The whisky offers can also be useful as is the nearness of Aldi.
The only downfall to this store is the failure of their analogue chronometers to be set to an accurate time. The huge outside clock that is also the store's focal point was still set to UTC, despite us going over to BST weeks ago, the inside clock near the cafe was set to UTC-1. Sort your timepieces out and you could well have the best store in Wrexham.

L. J.Love Morrison's, called in tonight an route home from work, it's open till 10pm unlike Asda. I buy my hovis low carb bread from here it's rare I find it anywhere else and it's amazing. Got my fruit and peppers too, their strawberries stay fresh much longer than other outlets. I like yoghurt with seeds too and they have a great selection. It feels lovely in there too, great shopping experience.

The specialists in each of the market street stalls can offer expert advise that is second to none. Take the time to speak to them and you will get that little extra service.
If you have the time visit the instore cafe. They use product from the store and the value will not be beat.
If on the very rare occasion you do have a problem with a product or service supplied from Morrisons, you will find that the customer service from all Morrisons staff is class leading. This is one of the stores core principal and as a family business comes before profit.

T. H.Lack of staff in the cafe tables full of dirty plates ,cups. No clean cups there for teas /coffees no tea pots no cutlery out no sauces no proper paper towels. Dirty tables staff taken food to customers and going back empty handed .if Morrisons put a trolley that takes trays customers could put there dirty dishes ect on there so tables clear for other customers plus food is cold .

d. d.Typical aldl have opened a small horrible store near but this Morrison is far superior great offers on top brands plus choice and a great cafe children eat free after three pm and free drinks we had fish chips mushy pea's beautiful meal only £10.00 then shopped big modern store I know 10.00 is a months shopping for aldi shoppers but quality choice comes first
R. J.The store is big plenty of room to shop. A good range of Nutmeg clothing at reasonable prices. There is a petrol station too where fuel is cheaper.
A.All the food is fresh I had some mac and cheese bites which were amazing 10/10 do recommend
R.Used to have a good cafe, but over the last 12 months it's gone down hill. Tables are dirty and they NEVER have any tea spoons.
S.Asked a member of staff if they had any whisky in the stores reply was "no we've only got whats out" did'nt even bother to check. Then within 30 seconds a guy walks from the back pushing a trolley full of drinks Vodkas, Whiskys etc. That the Lady said they got.

N. W.Morrisons in Wrexham is a great supermarket with plenty of fresh food and plenty of choice. It is on the bit expensive side hence why I don't shop there often. but it is wheelchair accessible and has an ATM onsite. One thing I would suggest is that Morrisons hold more training on friendly customer experiences as a happy customer means continued business in the long term, why do you think Tesco makes so much money now as they listen to their customers.
S.Helpful staff, wide variety of beers and an easy to use self check out. Still no jackhammers though.

k. j.Create your own pizza is an actual joke. Stand there 10 minutes waiting to be served, to be asked 'isnt there one of them on the shelf' ummm if there was i wouldnt be standing here. I ordered pizza and said i will do my shopping and return. Came back to find the pizza had jalepeno peppers all over it. I said it wasnt right, to which she replied the ingredients on the label say 'dried jalepenos' yes dried jalepenos not piles of fresh ones, to which she replied i dont usually do pizzas they have asked me to do it as they have no one. Last time i came here i had a lady of the deli counter make the pizza and say the same thing. Come on morrisons dont offer a service you cant do properly
