Absolutely love this shop! My mum use to take me when i was a child & i still go now. They do the best Chocolate Cashew Nuts! They have a massive variety of Nuts Fruits & Other Products..

Excellent selection of nuts & confectionary. Couldn't resist their chocolate coated coffee beans, ginger & orange pieces. Also the young lady that served me was helpful, polite & attentive. Well Done! Worth a visit.

Very unusual idea for a shop but seems very busy. I have used it 3 times and been served by 3 ladies, one of whom is very pleasant and helpful, another is unpleasant. The CBD oil they sell is fantastic stuff..

For the shop: 4 out of 5. For customer service: 1 out of 5. Me, my wife and my mother-in-law visited the shop today (02/08/14). The shop is great and full of excellent products. However, my mother-in-law was treated terribly and the employee in question was extremely rude and obnoxious to her. My mother-in-law did not realise that she could not go behind the nuts and look at the products on the shelves (to be honest, neither me or my wife realised that either). Instead of being politely asked to leave the staff-only area (which I presume it is), the female employee treated her as if she was either shifty, stupid or senile and made her look like a fool. First she kept making comments and rolling her eyes at her friend who also worked there, then she marched my mother-in-law out of that area and spoke to her in a very embarrasing and patronising way which was completely unacceptable. We bought some products from the shop and I went over to the entrance to where the products behind the nuts were (where my mother-in-law was told to leave) and I said that it would be a good idea to put a sign up. The employee said that they wouldn't bother as no one else has ever gone round there before, to which I explained that someone HAS now so it might be a good idea in the future. I explained that she made my mother-in-law look stupid and my mother-in-law said that she felt very embarrased, to which the employee said that she didn't care. I asked for her to apologise to my mother-in-law and she refused to, so we walked out of the shop. As we left, the employee turned to her friend and said 'ridiculous!'. My mother-in-law has felt terrible since (as she blames herself for everything) and me and my wife just feel very sad for the employee who felt that she had to act in such a disrespectful way and ruined the reputation and dignity of the shop. Unfortunately we won't be shopping there again.
