The material was ivory and the slightest mark left by being handled would have shown but you'd never know its been altered. Lovely lady, invisible work, quick turnaround, great service. I was also able to fit in a convenient appointment time to try on my dress before and after its alterations. - Highly recommended and I would (and have done!) use again!

B. J.My new Barbour jacket had split at the back of the coat and I needed this repairing quickly. My partner found Pins & Needles on social media and made contact on my behalf. I dropped the coat in and a few days later it was ready for collection. The work was fantastic, you would never know there was previous damage. The cost was brilliant and I will be using again for future repairs as I am rubbish at things like this. So glad we found this lady.

J. B.Took a jacket to pins and needles as it had a tear underneath the arm, and the material was difficult to stitch due to it being silky. I was greeted with a smile advised of price beforehand and informed of how long i would have to wait before i could collect. The lady emailed me once it wad ready. I could not believe what a fantastic job she had done. You would not have known it had ever been torn. 5 star rating would definately take anything that needef sewing to her again. Price was good as well.

e. m.Gurm turned up the sleeves on my Barbour quilted jacket. The sleeves had leather piping on the edges so I thought I would lose that, but I was absolutely delighted that she turned up the sleeves and re-stitched the piping back on the edges. You would not believe the jacket has been altered -except for the difference in length which now fits perfect. I am very happy !

As my wedding date was fast approaching I contacted Gurm , lovely , approachable , calming lady . My dress was altered to to what was specified on my first visit .I will be definitely going to take any alterations to Gurm again. I'm 5ft and weight just 6st so the clothes even tho xs 2 2piece tops and trousers set were ridiculously long on the leg as well as a jump suit and the mustard 2 piece was very chesty and I'm an A cup lol cost me £75 as I as for alot of nip and tucks arms, waist, clevage and legs the alterations were done with in a few days and they were done immaculately, so clean and precise x highly highly recommended I will definitely be using her again x
