Brought a Cosplay outfit and the top/blazer was far too big (was mens asian large where as im a woman UK 8ish). Took it here to in hope that they could make it smaller and didnt want to risk messing it up myself. I was initially worried as the pattern is very important on my cosplay outfit and I didn't want it to be messed up after alterations. They did the work within a week and you can't even tell! The inner lining of the blazer looks immaculate as well! Perfect job! Very happy with there service. Will be coming back if I need any more alterations. Would recommend to others. I have added a before photo (me pointing at camera - the top didn't come in at waist and the back looked huge!). One of me at the shop where the man was figuring how small I needed it. And a photo afterwards of me standing slightly sideways, you can see it fits alot better!) They are very nice people who work there, so thank you again!

Sam took on the job of bringing in the shoulders and shortening the sleeves of a suit jacket that had sentimental value to me, and I was pleased with the work. Previously too 'baggy', it now fits me perfectly. I was also happy with the trouser shortening, tapering and tightening work I asked for, such that, for a reasonable fee, three items not previously wearable were now very well-fitting. The work was done essentially on time as promised. Please be aware that there is a narrow path to navigate to the changing room, which is rather makeshift, but adequately private, and does not detract from Sam's high quality workmanship.

What a top bloke! Came for a damaged zip on a sofa cushion, he replaced it and it’s just like new again, in fact it’s became easier to put the cover over the cushion and zip up now! Can’t thank him enough. Cheap price for high quality work too and a quick turn over!

Amazing work from these guys. I came to the UK for a wedding but like a numpty forgot my (matching) tie. In a panic I hurried to needles with materials and they made me a brand new tie and pocket square from scratch in a matter of days despite being inundated with work. Would definitely recommend the top notch work they carry out here but I firstly advise triple checking your packing list for holidays 👌

I got some baggy and wide legged ted Baker trousers adjusted recently and all I can say about these guys is “wow!”’ The trousers fit perfectly (I had them taken up and had the legs made slimmer) and they are like a new pair as they look and fit so different. I’m so glad I took my trousers to them. Would definitely recommend!!

So happy with what they’ve done, such kind staff. Very friendly and was expecting them to be done within a few days but was done in 20 minutes!!

Huge rip the arm was about coming off - Fixed it in 30 mins and you cant even tell it was ripped Dunno how they do it but they work magic If u need a fix for any rip take yourself here without second thought - if they can fix one as big as that so well that it goes unnoticed what cant they do? 10 10

Very helpful and efficient service.

I had a huge tear on my leather jacket. It would have cost me 150 quid to replace, but I got it fixed at needles for 15 pound. You can't even tell there ever was a rip.

I took a coat into them with a zip that was stuck ... they fiddled with it , oiled it and when I collected it , in full working order, they wouldn't take any money from me .... breath of fresh air to be treated so nicely so , I will definitely be going back .. thanks so much .

Always helpful staff always able to do what you want , never had a problem here whatever I wanted be it press stud ,shortening of sleeves or hems or lengthening of trousers jeans they always do the best job.Hence there always busy so always leave long enough to get it done properly .Thanks guys always appreciated
