I've used Melissa for a number of years, mainly when I want to change something bought from a mainstream retailer to looking a little different, adding buttons, contrasting stitching or altering sleeves. The ladies always seem to understand what I'm looking for and I've never been disappointed. Thankyou

I'm really happy with the service provided. They made a dress for me from my own design. They made sure I was absolutely happy with it during the fitting and were happy to make any little tweaks I requested. I love my dress and got loads of compliments on it at the event. I would definitely use them again.

I was recommended Mellisa Amy by a classmate after I'd had a horrendous experience with another seamstress when trying to get my graduation ball dress altered. The women there were lovely and very understanding when I told them how the other seamstress had brought me to tears. They were attentive and were able to suggest alterations immediately. I got my dress back within two weeks and it fitted like a dream - I can't wait to wear it! I would thoroughly recommend their service to anyone who asked but particularly if you have a history with body insecurities. A wonderful business.
