I do like it here but the prices they are charging are shocking. £60 for 3 12 year old school skirts with an apparent 20% discount. I'll not be back for that reason.

We handed in a wedding dress that had been badly altered and left filthy. Thankfully their champion seamstress came to the rescue. They saved the day. We cannot thank them enough for their professional, empathy and speed. I'd never go anywhere else.

Sons trousers were done nice but they could have taken them in more if moved button. He still needed a belt but the length etc was perfect for his communion

Have used many times and they are trusted by all the top brand shops. On the few occasions (3) when things have not been done as agreed they did re-do without having to repay however I did get the impression that I was getting the blame. Would never agree to having jacket sleeve half way down my hand! Have recommended to several friends who were very pleased with their service.

Very honest people. Decent prices too. Ive been twice. The first time was a small alteration, which they completed on time. The second time I went, they checked and said I don't really need it altered and to just leave it. I appreciate the honesty the most.

Having suffered a drop in quality at the previous tailor I was using, coming to Star Stitch has been very refreshing. Always helpful staff who remember what you have needed in the past which really helps shorten visits for measurements. Consistently high quality work and in my experience they have always been able to turn jobs around quickly when required. I have been using them for 3 or 4 years now having had some very expensive garments altered, I always come away happy.

Superb. I needed the sleeves shortened on a Stone Island jacket. I was a bit anxious that the Primaloft inner would scupper their work, however they did an absolute superb job - I couldn't be happier. The price was very good too. I highly recommend Star Stitch.
