I just started using Lois in 2020. She has been such an outstanding find for me!! She is very responsive and always works hard to turn my alterations around in a timely manner. Just a super reliable service from a really nice lady. I rarely ever write reviews....I really have the highest regard for her.

First time customer and disappointed with Lois's 'Professional' service at first. Had to go back twice to pick up garment, first time notice saying: 'closed between 14:30 till 16:30', go back 18:00 to find another notice saying: 'back in 35 mins'. I stood outside till 18:45 but gave up waiting. Went back after first phoning to confirm the next day. The finish of the seaming was actually very professionally done and I was rather impressed with the end result!

I have known her for over 10 years and even now that I have moved out of London, I still take my clothes in to her to have them altered. I just collected some more altered clothes from Lois, so this is now my second time. I am really grateful again for a fantastic job, and for that lovely cheerful smile from Lois. Great shop, great service. Lois is a fabulous tailor. Her work is highly professional, and really excellent value for money. I got 6 different items altered, and they were done exactly as I wanted. They ranged from shortening some trowser lengths, to taking in a waist on some shorts. And she is a totally charming woman, scrupulously honest and polite - I am absolutely delighted that I found her, and highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality tailoring. (There were quite a lot of wedding dresses in the shop, so she clearly is very talented in that field.)

Lois's is a hard working tailor. She works hard to ensure that her customers are satisfied. A lot of her customers do not realise that a lot of the time she works late after the shop has closed. Doing this has had an effect on her health. As for Radhi's comments, you came into the shop grabbed your dress from Lois's hands, stuffed it into your bag and walked out without a "Thank you" or "Goodbye". If Lois is so horrible why use her? You use her because she is a great tailor!
