Just picked up my two shortened trousers and was very happy with the job done. Abdul was very profesional and friendly, so strongly recommend you this place, comparing to the other one on the corner on the main road.

Disappointing service I saw the reviews were 3 stars out of 5 stars, I was willing to give them a try and hopefully they would do a better job than the reviews, sadly I was disappointed. My wife called Thurs 5pm and enquiring if we can pick up dry cleaned suit by Saturday, guy on the phone assured that the suit if dropped either Thursday or Friday, it can be picked up Saturday. I came at 6pm to drop my suit at 6pm that very Thursday, and told the guy I will be picking Saturday, he said yes it would be fine. Come Saturday 11:45am, I was SHOCKED the suit was not even done yet. They kept changing the time, it will be done, by 5pm,then 2pm, then 1pm. I was supposed to be going to a wedding, and because of this I had to delay my time. Price was good, but doesn't compensate for the late service because it was highly unacceptable. They had all day Friday, and couldn't do it. What annoyed me was the guy telling me they don't open Friday, yet the guy on the phone told my wife to drop the suit Friday for Saturday pick up, and their timing table clearly said Mon-Sat. The good thing was the result of the suit, when I brought the suit to them, it was very bright navy, but after dry cleaning it looked dark like the original. I was happy with the result. Also I took a picture of the before and after. If you look at the before you can see a stain on the trousers, but after dry cleaning the stain was gone. Also I left a tissue in one of the suit pocket, and after dry cleaning it was removed. Also the extra button was left alone and not taken or stolen. FINAL THOUGHT I was happy with the cheap price for my suit which cost £7 for top and bottom. The result of the dry cleaning was very good and professional. Not shrunk in size, nice cleaned back to original, all visible stain gone. Also they open from 7am to 7pm, which means if you finish work late or miss the Woolwich Dry Cleaners, you can take a visit to this guys. But problem is the timing, you give a suit to have it 2 days later and they don't deliver on time, rather using the excuse they have a lot of work to be done. If they have a lot of work to be done does that mean I need to give my suit on Monday to have it Saturday before 5pm!? I would give them 2 stars, but because of the quality of dry cleaning, and they managed to keep their word to have it dry cleaned 1pm when I came expecting to deliver, I decided to give 3 stars. Next time, when someone drops off their suit, they need to ASK when they want it collected, what time or how urgent they want it. So that they can prioritize their work load. 3/5 I would not recommend, unless you have no choice to use them, or Woolwich Dry Cleaners are closed.

All the people who work in this laundrette have so much respect and uphold great customer service at all times. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with them, I feel welcomed all the time and I honestly appreciate the good customer service, too many shop owners now do not know how to deliver a quality service so thank you very much for doing so.

i've been going to this dry cleaners for a very long time , there customer service is absoultely outstanding, they always bring my clothes back in better conditions than when i first got it , they are very reliable , reasonable prices , on time , always have a friendly attitude when conversating , i would give this place 10 stars if it was possible, the best dry cleaning place ive been to in ages. -Mo

We used T&T Dry Cleaning to revive our ikea sofa covers that we had not cleaned for a while, they are a pain to remove so took the plunge and called them up, we dealt with Abdul who was very helpful, we arranged a time for them to collect and received them back a few days later looking like new. Abdul kept us updated every step of the way and considering the amount of covers, 14 or so, the price was excellent. We would not hesitate to use them again, fantastic service.

Normally use the dry cleaners and have found them polite, quick and good value. Today I used the laundrette which is down stairs and found the prices quite reasonable.
