Sal and her assistant were absolutely amazing and so lovely! I had my first fitting for my wedding dress back in March 2020, but due to COVID my wedding was pushed back 18 months, so they held my dress until August of this year! Within that time, I had lost a considerable amount of weight, so I needed a lot of alterations and was a little worried. But there was no need to worry ! They did a fantastic job, you wouldn't have even known and at such good value! My sister, who was my Maid of Honour also required small alterations which they were able do. I felt amazing on my wedding day and was so comfortable. I would highly recommended The Sewing Rooms. Sal, thank you so much for everything. x

Linda from The Sewing Rooms worked absolute magic on one of my bridesmaids’ dresses, doing huge alterations to the dress in 48 hours after my bridesmaid flew in from New York for my wedding. The dress fitted her as if custom-made after Linda’s handiwork, and to have it turned around so fast was incredible – not least because it was high wedding season and we were squeezed in amongst the bridal dresses. Linda, I cannot thank you enough and I highly recommend your services!

I was the maid of honour at my sister's wedding and orginally went to a different seamstress to get my dress altered. It did not go well, but I only had 2 days upon collecting it to getting it fixed and this seamstress had tried and failed to fix it once already so I wasn't going to risk it again and had to look elsewhere... Cue the lovely ladies at the Sewing Room - they squeezed me in, fixed all the mistakes, and turned it around in 6 hours! It was a miracle! I cannot thank them enough for fixing the dress and making me so comfortable in it on my sister's big day. I felt proud to be photographed next to her (she looked absolutely beautiful!). I am a bride myself this coming June, and will be taking my dress there to be altered.
