I would highly recommend Sahra Vas I dropped my curtains round this morning and they were ready for collection in the afternoon. Very reasonable for an amazing job.

I needed some curtains altered and some nets shortened. I dropped them off and got a text the same day to say they were ready. Great price too. Really high standard of work, I am delighted.

Cant recommend Sahra highly enough! She altered my suit and my partners suit for our wedding and her work was seamless, could barely tell where she’d been. She was very helpful and friendly, and flexible when my other half was a bit less organised than me! Great prices, quick turnaround and friendly service. Wouldn’t go to anyone else now :)

Very efficient service,fast courteous,friendly,if your life depended having say a morning suit or wedding dress altered ready for the big day... well take my recommendation Sahar would never let you down i reckon she would get the midnight candle out and work late into the night so as not to let you down, you will go to the church or the ball on time !! and looking good !.Top Class service.I gave her a dozen pairs of trousers to shorten the legs received a text at 6 pm that same day done ! ready for collection the next morning now that is fast .

I was lucky to come across this business on line last Wednesday evening as I urgently needed a pair of trousers altered for a wedding that I was due to attend on the Saturday. From the initial telephone enquiry with her husband, through a fitting appointment with Sahra the following morning, to collecting the trousers [ shortened and tapered ] on Friday morning, it was a pleasure to deal with this professional business. Great experience! Telephoned in the morning to enquire about having two pairs of curtains shortened. Was impressed with response so dropped them round to Sahra mid-morning. Imagine my surprise when I received a message later the same afternoon to say they were ready for collection! Amazing service, great job and will definitely be using again. Thoroughly recommend.

I went with Sahra after reading all the reviews and now I know why she is very popular. I was meant to give her curtains to take up tomorrow but then i called to ask if i could drop off today as i am busy in the morning, her husband is who i spoke to and he was very friendly and helpful. I didnt expect it to be done until tomorrow as we arranged but i got a text a couple of hours later on today to say she completed the job anyway. I am so impressed with the turnaround. I have used Sahra Vass for alterations a few times over the last couple of years. Her work is outstanding and her speed of service exceptional! I took in a skirt to be taken in and two pairs of my Mother's trousers to be shortened. I was advised that my Mother did not need to be present and to bring in a pair of trousers of the right length as an example. On meeting the lady, she was pleasant and professional. However, on collection of the items, it was found that the trousers were still too long so I returned to see the lady explaining the issue. She clearly took offence to my query being quite abrupt and stating that the length is always altered on the inside leg measurement and not the outside measurement. I explained I was unaware of this (which is why I employed a seamstress) and she said she would re-do them at no extra charge, despite me offering to pay half the amount again. She even slammed the front door on me as I left! On collection, her husband was delightful saying it wasn't a problem but despite the quality being good (hence 3 stars), I will not return due to her unprofessional attitude. She even highlighted the original instruction on the order sheet for me to see on collection.
