Great experienced artist, he will give you factual advice and always helpful with design ideas. If you’re nervous or a first timer Shaun will put you at ease and take things at your pace. The shop is immaculately clean and there is always a friendly atmosphere and a warm welcome.

I've had quite a few tattoos and piercings done by Shaun, he always listens to the design I want and together we sort out what I want and where I want the tattoo. I feel really relaxed when having my tattoo, Shaun is professional and friendly. I recommend to all my friends who have all been very pleased with their tattoos and piercings.

Owner Sean was really great, put my daughter at ease for her belly button piercing. Call after noon and he can tell you when he can slot you in, took about 10 minutes and cost was £10 less than anyone else in the area!

Absolutely fantastic place to get a tattoo! Shaun is constantly tidying up after himself, shop is well looked after. He gave advice in regards to the tattoo I wanted, he didn't just any willy nilly for the sake of a few pennies. Great tattooist, had a real chat and a laugh. Was a really top bloke... see you for the next tattoo and bit of laser!

This is hands down the best place to get a tattoo in the West Country. Shaun is a gifted artist and the phoenix I now have on my back looks as though it really is moving. The whole experience is great as he is happy to use vegan ink and is so entertaining that I struggled not to laugh through the process.

Well I must admit I was very scared about getting a tattoo done . I had always wanted one so found thirteen tattoos and piercing online. I read some of the reviews to see what other people had experienced. I arrived at the shop and it was a surprise. There were multiple charts of different tattoos, little keep safes all around the place. He made a template of what I was having done. Got me settled in the chair, explained everything that was going to happen. At the end he cleaned it, wrapped it and gave me all the advice I needed to make sure I keep it clean, no infections get in to it. If I had any concerns he encouraged I ring him. It was a pleasurable experience with a lovely guy doing it. If you are looking to get one done don't delay ring today

Watched my friend get a tattoo and the guy was fantastic and the tattoo was beautiful. I then asked him to take a look at my new septum piercing because it was feeling really painful I was super swollen. He took one look at it, gave it a tiny fiddle (which hurt but he was really lovely about it) and immediately realised that the guy I'd gotten the piercing from - which was not him by the way - had completely messed it up. I got a bit teary but he was very kind, explained the dangers of me keeping it and insisted on taking it out for me. He explained everything he was doing and even told me I could ask him stop and even joked with me a bit which made me feel more at ease. It was quick, easy and painless and did it for me free of charge and even sent me off with an alcohol wipe and a request for me to get my money back! I'm taking my mum back to get a tattoo and a nose piercing and so I 100% recommend to anyone. Even if you're just going in for a concern like me. Such a lovely guy!!
