I’ve had two tattoos now from Anna at Reds. The first being an adorable traditional red panda with cherry blossom details and the second being a mystery Pokémon from her Get What You Get offer. Both times I have come to the studio, I have felt at ease in a professional and clean environment. The staff are fantastic and full of knowledge. I look forward to welcoming Reds as my regular tattoo studio and am already eager to book my next!

I had been looking for a while for a place that offered tattoo removal. I had been disillusioned after having sessions in Ipswich at a place that didn’t seem to remove any of my tattoo after 4 sittings and nearly £800. I found Reds to be friendly, inviting and reassuring regarding the tattoo removal process they provide. Glyn who did the procedure was awesome and explained everything. I saw more results with the first sitting there than I had with 4 at the previous place. When I was leaving I had a chat with the tattoo team and Sonya was a lot of fun and I was massively impressed with the set up. Thanks Glyn and Sonya for a great service and positive results.

The piercer was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly and chatty and really put me at ease, taking time to fully explain the process and make sure that I was comfortable. I started my tattoo here, September 21 and have had 43 hours of work. Including today. (with healing time in between) My sleeve is amazing. Sonia is in my opinion the best. I will always get tattoos done by her moving forward. She is incredibly knowledgeable and I always receive great advice, explained so I know what I’m getting. The cleanliness is top notch and puts you at ease. The shop is brilliant and has a great atmosphere. If you are thinking about getting a tattoo, I can highly recommend ‘Reds Tattoo Parlour’. I have just got my biggest tattoo to this date done today at Red's Tattoo Parlour. I had the pleasure of Anna for the day and she did not disappoint from start to finish. From the moment I arrived she was friendly and welcoming, (as was all the staff) and came over to discuss placement and design choices. From the moment we started the tattoo Anna was easy to talk to and we had alot in common to talk about. I never once felt uneasy and she was always considerate on checking back on me with pain levels. Throughout the tattoo I was offered fizzy drinks and breaks if needed, whilst always maintaining a professionalism that is hard to come by now a days. The tattoo itself is incredible with detail and likeness to the picture I provided. Anna is incredibly talented at her job and once again I cannot recommend any more. Im always very anxious about trying to find a good tattoo shop with great artists. Well this is one of them!! Very welcoming and no skin heads with tattooed faces in sight. Spent 6 hours starting my sleeve with Sophie - an amazing artist, she also created a sketch for my sleeve within a few days which is a very quick turnaround. I had a walk-in piercing done at Red's. I was originally intending on two piercings, but the piercer -terrible with names sorry -talked me through the fact that due to the shape/size of my ear one of the locations I wanted would not work well and I'd be risking rejection/scarring. I settled on just one piercing, and the process was sanitary, smooth and (relatively!) painless. Pricing was good and I'm very happy with the result. Felt like the guy was very honest and realistic with me. I then spoke to one of the ladies about potentially getting a small tattoo done that day. She advised me that the size of the design I wanted was too small, and that it'd look bad after a couple of years. I decided to take some time to figure out what I want - but I was very impressed at how seriously the team takes the quality of their work and how much they seemed to care about the long term result for their customers. It would have been easy for them to just do what I wanted and make some money but they gave me honest professional advice and I feel confident that when I settle on a design I'll go to them. Red's was recommended to me by someone who has had several tattoos done there, and I can definitely say the quality of their work is top notch! 5 stars.

Well what can I say, I have had tattoos from both Sonya and Anna and have been extremely happy with the outcome every time. My most recent tattoo caused a few problems as for some reason I swelled up. So the first time it swelled we called it a day as we wasn’t sure what was happening then I went back to try again I was clearly nervous but Sonya done her upmost to make me feel comfortable. Amazing, I note some of the reviews claim they are rude, I couldn't disagree more. They are very helpful and knowledgable, if you have a bad design or idea yes they will tell you. I wanted a tattoo too small and was told its wouldn't work. When I was in there another lady wanted to put foundation on her tattoo the following week and they explained this was not possible and they would be uncomfortable doing the tattoo with this knowledge. It is so rare a business turns down business to ensure their morals and high standards are upkept. I was sooo nervous and no-one made me feel like it was unfounded. Ok so no one offered to hold my hand but that's what friends are for they offered me realistic and accurate advice which is exactly what I wanted. i went in wanting a daith piercing however the piercer explained to me why it’d be a bad idea in detail because of my ear shape. i decided to get my conch done instead, alongside my belly button, while my mum and aunt both had a helix piercing each. the piercer was very professional and quick, as well as friendly and funny to chat to! i won’t be going anywhere else as the cost is so cheap compared to any other piercer, and there is a much better atmosphere. the tattoo shop itself is decorated meticulously and looks how a tattoo parlour does in my mind. it’s very traditional including blow ups of flash sheets on the wall, and pin up girls, which we loved!! the rooms were very clean and spotless which is always necessary. overall, we were all impressed and will definitely be returning at some point!

In 2011, I was looking to get a tattoo. Not just any tattoo, but a whole sleeve and more. I knew exactly what I wanted (a comic book sleeve!) but had no idea of how I was going to go about it.
