The lady piercing me was so lovely and i went in for a septum which i've wanted for a while but was scared to get and she was very professional and did it quickly but didn't talk about the process too much so i didn't expect the needle (the best way to do it) and let me go to an atm to get cash to pay. I was worried about how my piercing looked but she reassured me and I've now realised that it is perfect and the placement is great.

The lady who does the piecings is amazing and friendly and well as the other staff went in left nervous and the staff make me feel comfortable including the lady who pierced my nose and lip love it and cant thank them enough .

Been going here for haircuts for 6 ish years and have had six ear piercings done here (including two cartilage, done with a needle). Everyone is lovely, not judgemental or gossipy at all, especially as I first went here as a student. Always been good value for money, and I've been able to get an appointment quickly. Plus, if I've been unsure about a piercing I've been able to pop back and ask questions. I'd definitely recommend them.

Had lobes re-piereced here the other day, was nervous as they were twice closed up. Couldn't have had a more reassuring. Went with the gun and was offered needle piercing as an alternative. Only painful for the first day, but happy with positioning and studs. Recommended.

Bets place I've ever been had a few different peircings done here. The staff are absolutely lovely and put u right at ease never had a single issue with any peircing of mine, only my cartlige bled and even that was for less than 5 mins 100% recommend

My daughter's first visit to Durham to go to the open day at Uni. Rather randomly decided she wanted 8" taken off her hair and we saw this place walking into the market. We called with no appointment and was sat down within minutes. The lady was friendly and provide a great dry trim which my daughter loved at a bargain price.
