Lovely studio! Got two piercings today, it was quick, amazing value, and great experience! Thanks to all the staff, especially my piercer Sophie who was extremely professional and friendly. Had paid for one piercing with booking online, and the other in person. Didn’t realise they only took cash but they were great about giving me time to bop to a nearby ATM. 10/10 recommend, thanks!

I got three piercings here a couple weeks ago (both ear lobes and my septum) but before this I went to another studio which I won't name and was told there that I didn't have a "sweet spot" in my septum and it couldn't be done without piercing cartilage which would hurt a lot and they often don't heal well and she simply refused to. I was really quite gutted about this. When I went to Blancolo to get my ears done, I got a lassie called Sophie who was really nice, made me feel very comfortable and I mentioned what the other studio said. She said she has never heard of anything like this and after having a feel of my nose said I do have a sweet spot and she is more than comfortable piercing it. So I got this done and it's healing very nicely, I'm very happy and she seemed to really know what she was doing. I have returned since with my wife so she can get done things pierced and will defo go back if I want anything. Also, really nice people (spoke to a few) good music and a nice vibe. Would recommend - thanks Sophie! I'm really, really happy with it :)

Was in today Sunday 23rd October as I backed out yesterday as I am a fainter. My piercer Sophie was fantastic, she made me feel calm and was very reassuring. I have a lot of tattoos and piercings and have fainted every time, this was the first time I didn’t faint and would put it down to Sophie and her professional approach. Couldn’t recommend enough. Really lovely staff, the piercer was so kind and patient with my 16 year old daughter who was very anxious. Made her feel at ease and staff at reception was fab too. I went in to get my belly button repierced, and the staff were lovely and helpful straight off the bat. Upon getting my piercing, my piercer (either Chloe or Khloe or something to that effect but I didn't catch her name properly unfortunately) was fantastic and very easy to talk to, and the process itself was very quick and hassle free. Overall, I can't recommend them highly enough. The facilities are clean and sterile and the atmosphere is very friendly.

Cash only!!! Advance booking required!!! I had three ear piercings done here and the staff were very skilled and quick! £10 a piercing and the price includes earrings, which is a very good price! I will come back here to get my other ear pierced when my new piercing has recovered.

Sarah was great, painless piercings and so cheap. The piercer really listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions when I was unsure what piercings would best suit my ear shape. The whole thing was very quick - but i wasn't made to feel rushed at all.

receptionist is absolutely lovely. Less than five minute wait for a piercing once I filled out my forms and that. Only odd thing was one of the piercers was very rude and did not have a welcoming nature at all. Very shouty and angry presence. I was not nervous at all but after my interaction with her I felt very uneasy and unwelcome which is the last thing you want in this environment

I was in with my friends on 27th August to get nose pierced. I was the last to get done of the day and was terrified, but piercer, Sophie soon put me at ease. She was so friendly and didn't bat an eyelid at my cursing when she pierced me (it hurt alot lol) she was so calm and professional with me and actually had me laughing by end of it. Popped in past to see if they could change over my nose piercing which was done elsewhere. They were able to do it there and then and I was able to purchase two new nose screws for a really reasonable price. My piercing was changed super quick and the staff were really friendly. Love Blancolo. Just had my 5th visit to my favourite, Ailie. I've been going to her for a few years, just the nicest, friendliest person, everyone should have a tattoo by Ailie. The place has a great atmosphere. The girls are a great laugh, friendly, with the right amount of cheek and sass (Sophie especially 🤣). Lorraine is quality. Really keeps the place buzzing. Got my rook pierced last June and had no issues overall, although the low price (only £10!!)made me a bit suspicious about the quality of service...I was completely wrong though! Amazing staff and the girl who did the piercing was very professional, taking only a couple of minutes to have it done! I went back a couple of weeks after to check since it started bleeding. They kindly cleaned it up for me and checked the piercing, saying that it was healing all right. I also recommended it to some friends of mine and will deffo coke back for more piercings in the future!

Great place to go for piercings - don't be put off by the location. If it's busy (like on the weekends) you might have to wait a wee while, but they really run a tight ship; the staff are very professional and friendly. Really good value at only £10 per piercing (including the jewellery) too, but remember to stop by at the cash machine because they don't take card. I’ve had piercings and a fantastic tattoo from Blancolo. I cannot speak highly enough about the level of service. Staff are very well informed and trained and the place is spotlessly clean. All this and its the most reasonable flat price for almost all piercings including choice of stud/ring and changed when necessary for smaller one when healed. Bart tattooed me and i cannot say enough about how talented this man is. So happy with result and i will book again with him.

After Blancolo being highly recommended by a friend I popped in today for a few ear piercings and a second belly Button piercing & was really impressed! Everyone was so nice & really professional! I was pierced by Danni who was absolutely fantastic! Talked me through the whole experience step by step and all 3 piercings were over & done with in a matter of 10 minutes. I will never go anywhere else to get pierced or tattooed again after being here. Only wish I had come sooner! They even helped me remove the back of an earring on my lobe which had been pierced with a gun (silly mistake on my part). After trying for 2 weeks the girl had it off in 30 seconds with a nifty wee trick! Would recommend this studio to everyone. Great experience all round! Very happy customer.

I have been pierced by Sophie here many times over the last few months and she is fantastic, definitely the best piercer I have ever been to. She has fabulous ideas is gentle, reassuring and so very pleasant. Similarly Danni on the front desk is most helpful, an expert who can answer any questions, offer advice and she recently arranged a large jewellery order just for me, within days of my request. Almost every piercing is only £10 which is a bargain in my opinion! I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else now. I have not yet been in for a tattoo but will be shortly and have absolutely no doubt the service will be as exceptional as the piercing. Got my second lobe piercings here today and I really couldn’t be happier! Didn’t get my piercer’s name but she was so kind and talked me through the whole thing, asking to make sure I was ready before each piercing. The process was very smooth and there’s been very little to no pain all day. Will definitely be coming back here if I get another piercing!

PIERCING EXPERIENCE ONLY!! I wanted my nose pierced. I like Blancolo Glasgow for the ability to walk in and only £10 minimum per piercing but £5 upgrade for gem or hoop bars. You can also buy saline solution bottles here too. It's great walking in to the reception whom are very helpful and easy to talk to. You fill out medical information, pay then sent down stairs. It's nice in waiting area chatting to other customers. The piercing experience itself: (NO NUMBING PROVIDED - put EMLA cream from chemist on area minimum 1 hour before arrival, and it should lessen the blow by half!)The room is tiny but very clean and sterile and girl knows exactly what shes doing, as the piercing is done very fast and very precise. However, the full experience lacks personal touch, and it's very much a one in, one out type set up and you feel chased out. I found my piercing sore even with numbing and I needed to compose myself but felt I needed to hurry. I'd say if you are a pin cushion that experience may suit, but for regular people who are nervous, don't have many, if any piercings it may not feel as comfortable as a place that takes their time with you. I'd still return for all the good points I have mentioned.

In Scotland on holiday and had had my Rook pierced a couple of weeks previously. Carefully cleaning it daily and the ball had fallen off. Dropped in on the off chance they would sell me a ball or an earring to replace it with. Instead they booked me in with the piercer there and then for a check and replace. Absolutely adore Blancolo! I've had 19 piercings done here and had no problems with any of them. Most have been done Jen and a fair few from Danni and I cannot begin to describe how brilliant and calming these girls are! They're both so knowledgeable when it comes to body piercings and extremely skilled! Most recently I was in to get the first of three outer conch piercings. Jen talked me through all the different options we could do and pierced the first one. She's absolutely brilliant at calming nerves if anyone is worried about any aspect of the piercing process. Aftercare information is brilliant and the jewellery used is extremely good quality! Roll on Piercing 2 in our little Custom Project! 100% will be back again, as always!

Got piercings done by Kirsty on 12/02/20 and so pleased with the result. The girl at the desk (I didn’t get her name unfortunately) was also really professional and friendly. It was super busy so I did end up having to wait for about 45-50mins but despite this Kirsty was excellent, really professional and friendly. I felt valued and taken care of and not just another customer. The place smells and looks clean, all of the piercing kit (needle, gloves, sterile equipment etc) was new (of course) so I felt in safe hands. Also super happy with the outcome - the piercings are even and very well done. Would recommend and would go back for any other piercings. The only slightly negative thing I have to say was just how busy it was, so be aware that you may have to wait a while.

Got my first body piercing today - VCH. The staff are brilliant, very knowledgeable and professional. I was made feel very comfortable and everything was explained to me before, throughout and after the actual piercing. Two other members of staff also attended the piercing, to help with their training. I was asked permission for them to attend beforehand and felt so comfortable and at ease with the whole thing. To be honest, I haven't heard anything but bad things about this place so I was EXTREMELY hesitant to get pierced here but my friend refuses to go elsewhere. The staff were surprisingly nice and the entire experience felt very routine and professional. I must say that my best healing process was from my septum piercing from here. The piercer (long blonde hair) was Incredibly kind and calm and ensured everything was done well and she kept everything sanitised. Would honestly recommend! Perhaps just keep your eyes on who the pierceers are that day.

I visited Blancolo today to get one of my tattoos reworked. All the staff I met today were lovely and the studio is a nice size and spotlessly clean. I am delighted with the result of my tattoo and it looks better than I could have imagined! John-Scott was great. I was given the option of what colours I would like for the watercolour background which was really nice and made my tattoo feel even more personal. John-Scott talked me through everything he was doing during the tattoo and always checked up on how I was feeling and whether I was happy with how the tattoo was progressing. I currently have 9 piercings and I have went to Blancolo for every one. I have never gotten an infection with them, I have witnessed them using new equipment for all of my piercings, everything was safe and sterile, and I have never had a problem with these guys. All of the staff are really friendly and are great at making you feel at ease and the quality of the piercing is not in anyway compromised, considering how cheap it is. I have never gotten a tattoo from this place but I do plan on getting a lot more piercings from here, and based on the feedback I have heard, I will probably go here to get my tattoos as well. 10/10 would bang.

I can't say anything from my experience about tattoos as I'm not a tattoo guy, but all of my friends that have them have got them done here and, like me, have never had any bother. But the main thing I love this place for is I felt comfortable enough going here on my lunch from work to get a genital piercing :D Any place that can make you feel that at ease is surely a winner.

I've had 11 piercings here, and most of them have been great and no trouble at all with after care or experience with the piercing itself. However when I got my vertical lip piercing, it was totally off centre, and had to take it out because of how silly it looked. Also my belly piercing is slightly off centre but this one doesn't bother me as much as it isn't facial. I've had piercing all over my ear cartilage and these have all been fine, apart from my industrial which I think is mostly me not being able to handle the pain of sleeping with this. They are very friendly and the prices are low, I would recommend to someone who doesn't make much money but still wants good service, however make sure that when they mark you with a pen that it's perfect

They get a hard time from the competition because they are very good and don't charge a fortune. Yesterday I popped into Blancolo, Glasgow to get a couple impulse piercings (scaffolding & transverse lobe). I've been getting piercings for 5 years now, and I've always been going between studios, unable to really find anywhere I like/trusted enough to make my regular piercers, up until I stepped into your studio :) The piercer that helped me was Danni, and she went above and beyond what I would consider terms of service. She explained to me the dangers of the transverse piercing, but offered a very interesting alternative (double lobe piercing with horseshoe rings) so I agreed to go ahead. The entire time I was getting pierced, Danni made me feel so comfortable and at ease, in fact, it was the must comfortable I have ever felt getting a piercing (I've have 19). She was laughing, making jokes, explaining very thoroughly what she was doing so I know what was happening, let me check where the dots were placed & what jewellery she was going to use. We gossiped about good and bad piercing stories, and it was honestly the most fun I have ever had in a situation like that. So now, thanks to how wonderful, friendly and helpful Danni was, you now have a regular customer. Be expecting my face a lot more, and thank you so so so much Danni :)

I went to Blancolo to get a septum piercing using their very reasonable £10 piercing deal. I was shown the piercing in a mirror after it was done, but didn't get a good look at it until I'd left and was checking it out in the car. It was then that I noticed it was completely squint, with one side a lot higher than the other with the piercing sitting low on my septum. I was embarrassed by it and removed it immediately and sent Blancolo an e-mail asking for a refund. I got my smiley pierced here a year ago and had no problems at all so felt very disappointed this time around. HOWEVER, this is the reason for the 5 star review: I received a reply to my e-mail within the hour, with a sincere apology asking me to go back in the next day to meet with Alaina the manager. When I got there, she was extremely apologetic, emphasizing that Blancolo place customer satisfaction at the top of their priorities and that my piercing was not acceptable. She then went out of her way to compensate me, returning my £10 along with £20 in vouchers and assurances that I could come back in to get my septum re-pierced by her personally or the manager. She also told me that the person who did my septum had been severely reprimanded to the point that he was no longer working there. I didn't expect anyone to loose their job, but it clearly shows just how seriously they value the service they are providing. I went back in a week later and was pierced personally by the owner without having to wait, pay and he also threw in a free bottle of cleaning fluid. It has been pierced perfectly. Would I go back? Definitely. It's not often that you find somewhere that will go above and beyond just to make sure they make things right. This is a very professional studio that takes immense pride in their work. 5 stars all the way.

From the very start I have always had fantastic service from all the staff, all the tattooists have such great knowledge and there artistic skills are second to none. I had a half sleeve by Craig in September and the work he put in from our first meeting to discuss design to the first sitting and last he made sure I was completely happy with my design and created something I didn't even think possible, and was beyond what I imagined. Some people complain about the costs of tattoos but with Blancolo your not getting a bog standard tattoo that will need work down the line or covered up, your getting an amazing piece of artwork by the best of the best. All my friends or work colleagues, even random people in the supermarket ask me where I have got my work done and I will always send them blancolo's way. Seriously don't go anywhere else x
