Karen is the loveliest person ever and such a joy to speak to, it was such a lovely session she made me feel so at ease as I was incredibly nervous about it all. The machine is fabulous it’s not as painful as people say (similar to laser hair removal) and it got rid of my tattoo very quickly (quicker than expected). Which is brill on one hand but on the other hand, I wouldn’t have minded going back for another chat with Karen!! Thank you so much

I have been going to Clinic 21 since September 2020 to remove some of my tattoos. The girls are always fantastic to work with, and very understanding. I am super happy with the progress so far and I can't wait until the tattoos are gone. Looking forward to my next session. :)

Got a very stubborn tattoo fully removed over the course of many sessions. Karen was super friendly and super professional every time and even helped me lighten a 2nd tattoo for a cover up. Would highly recommend to anyone who's looking for tattoo removal.

Excellent service as always. Karen is exceptionally professional and friendly - she puts you totally at ease and is always happy to answer all your questions. The new laser is one of the few in the UK to remove green ink. As this was my first session with it, I'll have to wait and see how it goes - will update after next session. Cannot rate this shop highly enough for tattoo removal. I made enquires with several different clinics for tattoo removal and made the mistake of choosing a cheaper option. After 3 removal sessions with virtually no fading I felt like I was just throwing money away so decided to give Clinic 21 a try. I had 3 removal sessions on my back, as I wanted a tattoo covered with new work, and could not be happier with the results. The tattoo went from very deep black in colour to a very light grey ready to be covered. Thanks again Karen.

Great tattoo removal from Karen, with clear aftercare and friendly banter to take my mind off getting zapped. I highly recommend getting laser tattoo removal at Clinic 21, the picosure laser is much more effective than the q-switched laser most other clinics use.

Karen is not only a lovely person to deal with but very professional. I had a small tattoo lasered to allow for a cover up. My tattooist complimented Karen’s lasering skills and told me she has seen lots of scarring following poor work -so thankyou for doing such a good job!

I am a massage junkie and only ever got massages on special offer through Groupon etc, prior to visiting Clinic 21. Kathleen is worth ever full price penny. Get on her mailing list and you can benefit from last minute bookings and special offers too. She is a skilled professional sports masseuse and purveyor of sumptuous Swedish massages! I can enjoy a manly sports massage whilst being pampered like a princess. 😀 Extremely Personable, Educated and Skilled - I cannot recommend Kathleen more highly. Would visit by car.

Brilliant, went to a different laser clinic and didnt realise they were using a cheap laser. This is the real deal and I can see a massive difference in two sessions on my tattoo removal. Very friendly and knowledgable and definately a medial grade laser!
