Nikki, David and the whole team are amazing. The premises is immaculate, hygienic and friendly. I have had 7 piercings and 2 tattoos and from the first contact to over a year later the aftercare is exceptional. Every time I have been I am warmly welcomed and put at ease. Everything is clear, agreed and fully explained. All equipment is to the highest standard and your comfort is important. The piercing room is completely private and the tattoo studio has privacy screens that you can ask for. Most appointments are run on time but things happen and even if time runs over your appointment will not be rushed. All prices quoted are what you pay unless you make a change and all requests are accommodated where possible. If you ask for something that is different, the professional will talk this through with you to ensure you have all of the information you need before making a final decision. No question is silly. These guys are completely honest and are extremely proud of their work. I cannot recommend Kaizen enough. On a personal note, Nikki and David are the most down to earth couple and have supported me over the past year with my mental health. Even if I did not have an appointment I was always welcomed.

Lovely wee shop very clean with lots of cool art work on the walls. There's a small selection of clothing from an alternative brand which looks very high end. Appointments necessary and being ID with you. They offer tattoos and piercings. Would use again.

I would thoroughly recommend the artists and piercer within the shop. I have had 11 tattoos from various artists in the shop with no problems at all. They were all very considerate of what i wanted and any changes, they were also happy to make recommendations for placements, sizes etc. All have healed perfectly. Nikki has pierced my ears three times, my rook and my tragus and again all have healed perfectly. On on occasion my rook piercing needed replacement jewelry and she did this free of charge. They also offer a brilliant after care range. The shop is immaculate and all the staff make you feel very much at ease.

I was tattooed by Mo last year as part of a cover up of an old tattoo. He took the time to design it for me and ensured I was happy every step of the way. Mo was very professional and lovely, chatting to me throughout. The studio was very clean and everyone was lovely, making me feel comfortable straight away! Highly recommend

Absolutely love this place! Have spent many a happy hour having tattoo work done, and having holes pierced in various parts of my anatomy! All the artists are fantastic, and Nikki has all the time in the world for questions (she also handles the piercing side). Cannot wait for them to open their doors again as soon as possible.

I went to nikki a good few years ago to get my first piercing and I have never looked back we have built up an awesome friendship.. the shop is always clinically clean .. very professional calm and friendly atmosphere and she is amazing at what she does i would never go anywhere else .. and she is always on hand for advice on aftercare and replacing jewellery etc. 10/10 for all ! I’d never go anywhere else for my piercings, I have over 20 piercings now and haven’t had any problems with a single one of them. It’s a really clean and welcoming environment and everyone there are absolutely brilliant, would highly recommend going here. The service, aftercare and the people are great. Nikki is amazing at what she does.

Got my first piercing in over a decade here. Nikki was friendly and professional. She talked me through options and made sure I understood the process. I've also purchased jewellery while shop shut. They were helpful and the order was placed promptly and delivery quick will be back. As an aside love the decor of the shop.

I have visited this studio several times and will def be visiting some more. Mhairi has almost completed an amazing full left sleeve for me and I have some more work in mind for her to take on.The studio is crisp and clean with a friendly welcoming atmosphere and although it has been Mhairi doing my work I have seen a lot of work the other artists have completed and I have to say all have been to a very high standard.Anyone looking to be tattooed should def pop in to see these guys,I'm sure whatever style you're looking for at least one of these guys could do a blinding job
