I’ve now had two piercings and two tattoos done at LA and I can only recommend it! Sara was super accommodating and helpful when I wanted some changes done to my tattoo which the resulted in the most amazing grumpy radish! Fiona pierced my conch and idiot me fumbled with it so I had it fall out and had a mini freak out she immediately put it back in and was incredibly patient with me! My go-to place in Glasgow now!

Student Visitor to Glasgow and felt so welcomed at this shop! Me and some pals were greeted by Fiona, and consulted with Marcus within our first 10mins of arriving. Marcus was great at communicating prices and helping each of us tweak our designs! I went with something simple, and Marcus made it awesome! Quite a signature of Scotland for me to take home and truly a great experience at this shop. Ask about the Boston-Minotaur Story from the Owner.

Kenny did an amazing job on my first tattoo and I’m still coming back 4 tattoos later. Staff and studio are first class. Brilliant environment. Excited with my new tattoo by Roberto! Amazing artist and very friendly guy! He designed exactly what I had in mind and the result in my arm is great! Furthermore he offered to fix for free some -annoying- details in a tattoo I had a couple of months earlier by another artist. Very good studio and fair prices!

In town for a holiday and decided to get a tattoo. I was suggested to go to Ross because of his great work with lines, I was not disappointed! He was professional, and knowledgeable about what needles to use for certain lines. He was clean and tidy! Job well done!

On Thursday, the 22nd, I had a tattoo with Dan, all communication discussing the tattoo was indepth and worth while, then after paying the deposit, Which he was really good with, I went to get my tattoo, he was on time and after filling in the details needed he showed me the design in person, he designed it and showed me on instagram first which looked fantadtic, after getting started, admittedly, the tattoo was in a more nippy location but dan was talkative, friendly, he let me know what he was doing all the way through without causing qny stress or worry, he knew when to talk and when not too which is something a lot of tattoo artists dont know in my experience aso it made the experience feel quick and a lot less painful than it probably should have been, the price was fantastic and he was lovely all the way through, we had chats about many things and I can't wait to get my next tattoo done 5/5

Whilst it looks small on the outside, inside it’s massive, spotlessly clean, covered in art and even exhibits local artwork (which we loved)! The people at land ahoy clearly love what they’re doing, and they’re so talented - 3 of us got walk in tattoos there and we’re so glad we chose them! Everyone - from whoever is at reception to whoever is tattooing- is so friendly and lovely; we got tattood by Sergi and he was really considerate, listened to what we wanted & reviewed and updated the draft tattoos until we were completely happy. Honestly, we were so impressed! 5 stars!
