It was very good when I got my nose pierced didn’t hurt that much. About an hour later it started to hurt and the pain didn’t stop for about a week. I took my piercing out for the first time today and when I did there was a white string thing sticking out of the hole and it hurt when I tried to pull it out my grandad finally got it out after about 20mins I now can’t smell

Went down yesterday too have my eyebrow done hoping to see the main old man that did all my piercings but had passed away that saddened me had it done by the lass that I saw when he was alive she's training a 18 year old guy but wanted to see it being done but had to deal with customer wanted a pic of the old guy she only had a small one but took one on my phone she's be as good as him with all she trains good on you and best of luck jen xx

I went here for my nose piercing and after explaining to them that I have extreme anxiety and was really nervous, they did all they could to put my mind at rest. After getting the piercing done, I felt a little unwell and they were so helpful and really amazing! They tended to my needs until I felt well enough to leave the shop and even then made sure I was 100% sure I was ready to leave, I honestly couldn't of asked for a better experience for my first facial piercing

Went there today with my boyfriend. The lady on the counter was very kind and helpful. My boyfriend went first and got his left lobe pierced, the young woman who pierced him was kind and informative and made sure he knew how to take care of the piercing after it was done before she did it. Shortly after, I went in to get my second lobe piercing on the left side. The nice woman wasn’t on the counter but the older man was. He was rude and didn’t even get up off of the sofa to talk to us. He had quite a rude attitude but was still slightly professional and polite. Although, he didn’t ask if I knew how to look after it or give any advice or offer any friendly banter. All in all, we love our piercings and haven’t had any pain so far. They were clean and got it done quickly. They also offer great prices. If you go I would recommend you request the kind young lady because it will make your experience a lot better!

I have been using Pagan for the past 20 years, whether it’s for piercing or new jewellery. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend them.

Went to get my septum pierced around 5 weeks ago they were really quick and efficient I was out if the ship in around less than ten minutes the piercing was painless and all the equipment was new and sanitised the lady there gave me a care sheet and sent me on my way good service thanks so much 🥰

Was in the shop for 10 minutes max, the young lady was amazingly talented and made me and my friend so welcome and comfortable! She talked me through everything so did when i was getting my rook pierced, she gave me an aftercare sheet and made sure that if I needed anything, to just get straight back in touch. 10/10 experience x

I got my nose pierced at Pagan and was very impressed with every aspect of the experience. I was able to walk in and have it done within 10 minutes, it was well priced, the staff were friendly and knew what they were talking about, the whole place and the tools used seemed clean and professional, and the procedure was done in a flash and it seemed it had been done really well as it never bled or produced pus or felt very sore at all. Even when I was an idiot and took my piercing out to clean it before it was ready, resulting in a bit of an emergency as I really messed up my nose and couldn't get it back in, Pagan really helped me out. I went back and asked for help and the staff member who originally pierced me (forgot to get her name, blonde lady!) managed to get it back in for me smoothly. I am forever grateful!!!

The ladies were very kind and quick with my daughter who was pretending to be brave. She had a quick nose piercing. I loved the Queen music playing in the background. I liked that mum's can go in with their daughters even if they are big daughters.

When i got my helix pierced, i felt like it would go wrong based of my surroundings but it was the best piercing i had ever gotten the price was cheap the staff were polite and my piercing was clean.

Dropped in to Pagan without an appointment today and was served by a very lovely lady who helped me put all my piercings back in after an MRI Scan. Very friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to meet. Highly recommended.

Read some negative reviews on here before going so was a bit apprehensive, but when I arrived service was quick and easy, getting my nose pierced, the man and women were very nice and i was also given an after care sheet. Definitely recommend!

I love this place! Even though he charged £15 for my left ear to be pierced, i got to choose between a wide option and i got my ear cleaned before pierced and i got a leaflet on how to look after my ear and the staff are acceptably friendly.

the staff were just a tiny bit demanding and mean but apart from that i didnt even have to clean my wound they put the numb stuff on and then they pierced straight away so it hurt really bad and had to do it again and had me bleeding but apart from all that they were very Hygienic and they sell really good piercings that are real and wont turn your skin colour green! :)

i went to pagans in July its august, last week i took my ear rings out for the first time and it didn't hurt, i didn't feel a thing, it wasn't sore, they did a really good job and the staff are very friendy!

I've had all my piercings done at pagens and I've got quite a few,all of them have been great,been given all the right information and the staff have been lovely,definitely recommend .

Pierced my second tongue webbing wonky. Wasn't symmetrical and was too close together. Great staff though and their happy to help with any piercing.
