My daughter went to happy sailor for a tattoo of which she was very pleased with. She had a small dandelion but the lady did not put the seed on the bottom which was clearly in the picture. When my daughter asked if she could have the tiny dot put on she was told she would have to pay £60. I think this is disgusting my daughter was going to have one done costing £300 she won't now

I got my tongue pierced here. I'd like to preface by saying the staff are very nice and welcoming. The piercing was quick and wasn't painful however, I felt like it was the process was rushed and the aftercare guidance was rushed. When I got home I noticed that the piercing was at an angle. I feel like this slowed down the healing process. When I went in to get the bar shortened after 2 weeks (it is initially pierced with a longer bar to account for swelling) I mentioned that it wasn't pierced straight and was told that it just appeared that way because the bar was long and flopping to one side which was very obviously not the case. The second visit also felt very rushed.

Very clean professional tattoo parlour, all the staff are really friendly and make you feel very comfortable, I had a hand tattoo done here the lady doing it was so lovely she made the whole experience a whole lot easier

Best piercing experience I have ever had! Originally went somewhere else but they didn't offer what I wanted and they were more expensive. Friendliest group of people ever! Make you feel so welcomed & comfortable from the minute you step into their door. I got a piercing with them, after expressing worries about my previous piercings & problems I had experienced Claudia was extremely patient & helpful, even with the after care process & the million & one extra questions I’ve had since, she’s always been happy to help! The staff here were friendly, chatty, accommodating and patient (!), efficient and caring. I got two tattoos as a walk-in and they printed out different versions for me to try sizes and played with the stencils of the placement so I could see it in different places (although I would recommend you do this yourself before you come so you can have a better idea). They love what they do and it shows. I will be coming back!

It wasn't an easy tattoo, but the lovely artist was so accommodating and professional.
