Very calm, clean and quick 😌 I've had 5 piercings including body piercings done here and every time, the staff have been really kind and patient, especially as I was nervous. It's clearly kept properly sanitised and the process was quick every time - and they must have done a good job because I've had no trouble in any of them, but they kindly offered to take a look and replace problem jewelry for free. Also the two-for-one prices which include the jewelry make it super affordable!! Would definitely recommend in a heartbeat. Thank you!

I’ve had many tattoos from very artist in this shop. They are all great with individual styles and have expert knowledge and experience. I’ve also had many piercings here too. All of the piercers are quick, gentle and are always able to give you professional advice. I recommend this studio to everyone I know and, in some cases, people I don’t know. 10/10 A+++++++++

Can't thank the lovely ladies in Titanic enough! Never had an issue with any piercings in the past but I had my tongue pierced yesterday (amazing because she was super speedy and calm doing it) but after about 5 minutes while I was waiting for my mum to have piercings done, I had a funny turn as I think my adrenaline kind of chilled out. I felt shakey, sick and a slight panic attack coming on and the girls in the reception area were amazing specially the red headed lady was incredible!! Offered for me to lay down, got me sugary water and a bag incase I puked. Offered for me to come back and settle down if it got worse again after I left etc. She was so calming, friendly and professional. I've never felt like that after a piercing and did freak out a little what was slightly embarrassing but honestly these lady's were amazing dealing with me feeling like that 🥰 So a HUGE thank you!

I am currently on holiday and was extremely worried as my piercing had become infected due to swimming in the pool and fiddling with it too much. I messaged titanic piercing parlour and they were so helpful, recommending me what to purchase and how to treat it. All the staff were lovely from the reception staff to the piercer. Titanium internal threaded jewellery used and not a gun in sight, only needles used. Very clean! Decent amount of attachments options too. Great service and all round, great experience. Very reasonable prices, I would recommend here and it’s worth travelling too .

Great staff, nice atmosphere, loads of jewelry on display and works by their different artists displayed neatly on the walls and in their window. I've so far only had the pleasure of working with Ceri on a couple of my and my partners tattoos. Shes great! Not long ago they started offering tattoo removals as well. If you get both a tattoo in a painful spot and decide to get an industrial while you wait you get an instant reputation as crazy but i can't blame them for that.

Great service, booked in easily and very welcoming and kind staff! Piercer explained everything and the whole process, great thoughout my whole time there. Had the piercings in a couple of months with no issues whatsoever! Also came with an aftercare sheet, which is very handy if you're not too sure!

I came here for the first time a couple of weeks ago after my usual piercer unfortunately passed away suddenly (RIP Sarge). He was a very well known and respected piercer for many years and he had done all my piercings for over a decade! Because of this, I was a bit nervous about someone else piercing me. I got a double nostril piercings, the girls (sorry I didn't get your names!) were so welcoming and lovely and the shop was clean and professional. I will definitely be back!

I booked in with Titanic for a Tragus & second Helix piercing, also asked them if they'd change the Helix piercing I already had to a hoop, which was no problem for them. I was given assistance with choosing the correct size hoop which I was happy with. Marzena carried out my piercings, she explained the procedure to me, gave advice on aftercare and was happy to answer any questions, area was clean and tidy, piercings were pain free. Staff member who checked me in to my appointment was helpful too, overall all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely return in future if I want more piercings/tattoos! :) Thank you! x

Had a septum piercing done by an apprentice (Marzena). She was super professional and made me feel at ease. Although she was an apprentice she seemed really confident and personally it was one of the best piercing experiences I have had and I have had a few. She made sure to answer all questions I had and ensured I understood the after care and said I could come back in if I had issues. Would definitely get pierced by her again!

I went to have a daith piercing done today and it was such a great experience. Marzena was amazing. She explained the procedure to me and made sure I was comfortable. The piercing itself didn't hurt but this varies from person to person. Marzena gave me advice on the healing process and also provided me with a piercing care sheet. If you're thinking of having a piercing done then I highly recommend Marzena. Will definitely return to her to have my future piercings done.

Have had two piercings done at this studio after another studio did not reply to me. Massively helpful and reassuring over Facebook messenger and telephone calls. Really helped me feel more confident about getting my first and then a few weeks later my second piercings. Went for basic purple studs in the earlobes first. Piercer was professional and friendly. All the staff were. Puts you at ease and make you laugh. Answered all my questions. Went back to get my septum pierced and again. The same quality if not better service. Aftercare has been great and I'm going to happily recommend them for future people. If I decide to get more work done. I'll definitely go back.

Had over 30 piercings done here over the years, all perfectly done. Very friendly reassuring staff & help you to relax (as much as you can while they're sticking a needle in you!!) They have a good choice of jewellery & go through aftercare etc. They'll also be honest if they don't think a piercing will work for you (due to location, anatomy etc) & won't just do it anyway but instead suggest suitable alternatives.

Titanic Tattoo & Piercing had very friendly staff who were also very helpful and knowledgeable and gave excellent information regarding piercings and what to expect before, during and after the procedure. The shop itself had a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with comfortable seating for customers and their companions. On the walls there were plenty of examples of both their piercing and tattoo work on display plus several folders full of tattoo art, along with prices for each design, that customers could browse through. The various piercings they perform, and the price for each one, were clearly displayed at the inquiry/payment desk. They also had a display case featuring the many different types of piercing jewellery which is available to buy in store. Towards the rear of the shop there are several small private rooms in which all the tattooing and piercings are done. The one I went into whilst accompanying my daughter during a piercing was clean and well equipped and comfortable enough to accommodate myself, my daughter and the staff member who performed the procedure. The equipment used were all single use items from sterile packaging and the staff member wore gloves like those used by hospital staff so hygiene standards were good. As mentioned before, the staff member was very friendly and did a good job of putting my daughter at ease whilst explaining what she was doing. When we were finished my daughter was given an information sheet detailing all aspects of aftercare and although there was a display of different aftercare products for both tattoos and piercings the staff didn't try to make us buy anything, which I thought was good. Overall we had a really good experience with Titanic and I would definitely recommend them.

Had two tattoos done by Darryl in the same session a couple of months ago - a small symbol on my arm and a larger owl on my back. Had to wait quite a while before my appointment started, but I'd rather wait for him to get everything set up properly and get the design right rather than rushing and getting something wrong. It's a nice studio, much larger on the onside than it looks outside, very clean and nicely decorated. Happy with my experience and will definitely go back again in the future.

Usually go to Asgard but thought I’d try here. Will be going here in future for all piercings and going to look at tattooist for next tattoo. Piercing girl an absolute delight - relaxed and didn’t rush (often feel I’m on a bit of a conveyer belt at Asgard although no issue there). Think receptionist was having a bit of a grumpy day but everyone’s allowed one - she was still friendly. Much nicer going here - shame it’s not so obvious on the street but tucked in the Marlands - they deserve much more passing trade. A great find.

I recently had my hand tattooed here, i am pretty covered already and my hand was something ive wanted for ages but not seen any particular tattooist do a style i like, until i met the owner (she came to our hair salon that i own locally) and told me about titanic tattoo. i checked out the google reviews (i was impressed), i then checked out the instagram account (i was double impressed) and saw a piece of work that i immediately fell in love with. by the time the owner left id booked and paid a deposit (which i conveniently did over facebook messenger). when the date came around i came in to a buzzing (quite literally) environment and from start to finish was thoroughly impressed with the front of house staff and the tattooist who did my rose. I would wholeheartedly recommend titanic tattoo, without question i will return now they have reignited my passion for getting tattooed.
