Best tattoo experience I’ve had, very clean and makes you feel welcome. Neil’s skill as a tattoo artist is just unbelievable, gave him a description of what I wanted and he turned it into a tattoo that was better than I could of imagined. Extremely pleased with my new tattoo. Definitely worth the time and money!! Would never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

Had a Helix piercing by Ann today, she’s a lovely lady and puts you at ease, extremely professional and very helpful. I first messaged several weeks ago and she went out of her way to get the piece of jewellery I wanted and kept me up to date at every step. I highly recommend Ann to carry out any piercing. Neil is so good at putting you at ease, listens to what you want, but is honest enough to tell you if he thinks that the tattoo you want is not quite right, he's willing to spend time with you, so you can work together on a design, not like some tattooists who just take your money and not care what they have tattooed.

As we are all busy working a Sunday was the only day we could all make which Neil was more than happy to accommodate. The overall tattoo experience at Jacks Shack has been excellent. They are very professional, clean, friendly and put alot of attention to detail into their work. The atmosphere is very relaxed, calming and the place has a very unique feel about it as the set out/layout of the studio is one of a kind with its very own edge to it. This was my first visit to Jacks Shack and i will definitely be recommending it to all my family and friends as he was very welcoming, very polite and friendly and overall done an outstanding job on my tattoo. I went in to get a tattoo i already had fixed, as it was patchy and the previous work done by another tattoo artist was not the best, i went in believing they would only be able to improve it slightly, however, alot of attention to detail was put into the work and the end result is amazing i could not have asked for anything more, i wish i had originally gone to Jacks Shack in the first place, as he is very good at what he does and he put alot of pride into his work, he is very talented which shows as the end results are brilliant, he made sure my tattoo matched the original picture i sent him and was able to cover up the previous errors without any issues or problems...i will defiantly be visiting again,it was a pleasure meeting him and visiting Jacks Shack this place needs to get the recognition it deserves
