The best place I have ever had a piercing. Niki is passionate and committed to providing all her clients with the best possible experience. From consultation to aftercare, nothing is ever too much. The piercing process is like nothing I've ever experienced before, not a freezing spray or gun in sight!! She takes her time and works with you. Her jewellery range is second to none; I have had some absolutely beautiful pieces that stand the test of time. Worth every penny. Niki at Crystal Point Piercing knows her trade inside and out and is definately a perfectionist. The appointments are always to time. The new Studio is immaculate and spotlessly clean. Sometimes I get a bit anxious about having a new piercing. (I've had several done lately all by Niki) ..but she does her upmost to make me feel welcome and totally at ease. She never rushes me and helps me choose from the beautiful jewellery and she offers sound advice on aftercare. However, she is always available online if you need help after the piercings but I've never had any problems. I definately wouldnt trust anyone else to pierce me or change my jewellery.

You had been recommended and I absolutely know why - you give all the time in the world in the appointment making sure we choose the right fittings and get the look we want, you understand individual style and everything is so calm clean and relaxed. I have been going to Crystal Point Piercing since 2014, Niki ticks every box. I had been to a few piercers before hand, who had been rude, uninterested and unclean🤢 Niki is the complete opposite; her working space is always immaculate, she shows insterest in the piercing and the aftercare (basics i know but you’d be surprised how many piercers couldn’t care less) but on top of anything, Niki makes the environment incredibly comforting! Its a walk in the park getting pierced with Niki, i cannot recommend a piercing experience more than this, the quality and quantity of the jewelry offered on the webshop is also incredible! Please chose to support my favourite of Wrexham’s gems, you won’t regret it!🤩

I noticed all the certificates on the wall a lot of them regarding covid19 safety, so I just knew I was in safe hands during these tough times! The after care is talked through to you not just given for you to read on a piece of paper like a lot of places do. Great customer service. Any queries are replied too asap online and when in the shop it is private and quiet and they are very reassuring. The environment is very clean and sterile, and after having a bad reaction to previous ear lobe piercings (from a different highstreet shop that use piercing guns), this time was absolutely perfect and they are healing up well. The jewellery itself are also stunning and they have a good range of options. I wouldn't go anywhere else as the whole process from start to finish was amazing 🙌
