I have been using Peterpan for a long while now and their fares are fair compared to other companies. All the drivers have been friendly and turned up on time. My only complaint would be the young male who works at reception. There was a mix up regarding a taxi I ordered because the app wasn't working and therefore I could not see that my taxi had arrived. I Phoned up the reception and politely asked where the taxi was as I had been waiting 20 minutes. Instead of understanding that this was a genuine mix up through no fault of my own he decided to argue with me over the phone. Personally I thought It was quite unprofessional on his part as the situation was easily rectified. However the driver was lovely and understanding of the situation.

Good old west taxis Quick and reliable 🇮🇪💚

With most things people will generally be 10 times more motivated when they are angry about something to express their emotions then, than to express their emotions in a review when they are feeling neutral or somewhat positive. So all these negative reviews to my best guess is a symptom of that need to express negative reviews before a positive review or experience, which probably occurred many times for each single bad experience. I used to use Bell taxis and Eagle taxi before ironically named "Value" cab bought eagle cabs out. So now I use the Peter pan taxis from the top of the Whiterock road when I need a private taxi and the drivers have been lovely and I've only had good experiences so far. don't be so concerned of a "negative" experience of someone who probably called for a taxi at 8:30am and there was an uncontrollable traffic accident outside etc. and that might cause delays.
