Very fast and easy. Value for money. Council accepted the medical report from VitalMedical for my Private Hire Badge without any issues. I remember my previous medical certificate from my local GP was refused by the same council for having errors on the form which took me some running around to get fixed not to mention inflated fee charged by GP.
