One Way Van Hire was one of the most professional moving services I could imagine. This was especially important for our move from Manchester to Paris and all the uncertainties and complications that involves these days. The driver was bang-on time for all legs of the trip, and very efficient and careful filling the vehicle. The drive to France was equally efficient, and the driver handled the border issues smoothly, and the drop off was equally efficient and well done. All along One Way Van Hire was open and transparent about the process and costs. I could not recommend them more.

Mark and his company arranged the move of my partner, our two cats and a load of stuff from the UK to Belgium on 04/01/2022. The combination of factors, namely right after Xmas and New Years holidays, at the height of the Omicron Covid-19 wave in UK and Europe with travel restrictions at the French border and after Brexit, meant that this move was absolutely not an easy undertaking, which is a severe understatement! Mark arranged everything and assured us all would be fine! He informed about all documentation needed, double checked, was super on time and determined to get us to our destination. From my initial contact with One Way Hire, I was never in any doubt that I, my cat and motorbike were going to be in good hands. He moved us and our gear from Scotland to Germany, a trip of 30 hours, during the pandemic, and he was absolutely brilliant. Before the trip, he answered all my questions, no matter how daft they were, and during the trip he put me at ease each time I got worried about my cat, and when we thought we might be denied boarding at the ferry terminal. He always has a Plan B! He was very easy to get on with, very resourceful, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing to move to/from abroad, especially if pets are moving too. His service is, I think, a one-off. To be able to travel with all my gear and my cat and motorbike in one go saved me a huge amount of money and a lot of stress. I can't speak highly enough of the service he provided for me. To top it off, his rates were the best I could find by a long way. Absolutely brilliant.
