Arrived exactly on time to pick me up off the bus, 11.45pm in the pouring rain. Lovely friendly driver. Clean car. Very good service.

Called this company after being referred by another firm. Had previously called dragon and the woman on the phone was so rude i just hung up. Called premier and a driver was there within five minutes. Where I was going to was quite tricky to find and the driver went out of his way to make sure I got to my job interview on time. Polite, friendly and very very pleasant. Best taxi experience I’ve ever had, will definitely use again!

Edit: update as I've used premier twice a week for the last month. Always on time, polite divers and very reasonable prices. App makes booking a cab very quick and can be done when you can't make a call. Only made one trip so far, however service was great - polite woman on the phone when I booked who said roughly how long it would be. Text message saying my taxi was on the way to me, a little later than advised but who doesn't plan for that. Clean taxi and friendly driver, will definitely be using again. Will be trying the app for my next journey :)

Brilliant service from this company yesterday we had a mini bus from Bridgend to Cardiff and a return much later. Received texts to tell us they were on their way and we even changed the pick up point to go back to Bridgend twice nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

My son was stranded in town missed the last bus home to Llanganior . Told the driver he didn’t have any money on him but had money in the house. The driver was extremely helpful and understanding. Took him home. Excellent service.

Recently used Premier taxis the driver was smartly dressed, on time and the car was very clean. The driver drove safely and stuck to correct speed limits. Very happy with the service 😀
