E. M.Excellent customer service. I had to arrange a corporate booking with multiple last minute changes. The phone is answered promptly (no waiting on hold and being bounced from department to department like some Taxi firms in Bristol). The person on the phone was very professional and understanding about the changes. Thank you for making what could have been a right pain such smooth sailing!
S. B.Needed a taxi on a Friday night (14.10.22) from Bristol to Gloucester, due to plane and train delays and cancellations. AA Taxis could not have been more helpful - they responded quickly to my initial email query, and were very understanding when I had to phone to push the collection time back at least twice! The driver was absolutely wonderful, really pleasant drive and arrived safely back home. Would definitely use this company again.
T.Very reliable. They've always kept their word and sent a taxi, even at 2AM. However, it is quite an inconvenience that the drivers don't accept cash.
K. R.We were left stranded in Bristol as we missed the train for Cheltenham. Whereas Raz (car55) saved the day. He collected 7 of us from the train station and he was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. He left us stop to go the bathroom, he left us stop for the shop and played music all the way. Such a gem and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thanks Raz
S. O.This company is professional and reliable with nice cars and friendly drivers. I have failed to reach other firms on numerous occasions in the early evening (who operate from the station during the day) when needing a pick up after a day’s shopping at IKEA, with calls going to voicemail. AA’s controller is reassuring and helpful and the car turned up quickly as promised. As a woman travelling on her own, all of this - and the tracking facility with car and driver details - makes for a stress-free experience. The fare was perhaps a bit higher but it was worth it to get my train home. Highly recommended.
S. D.I was annoyed to be quoted £11-13 for a trip to Bristol Parkway and then be charged £15. The driver was v pleasant, on time, good driver. But if I'm given a quote I don't then expect to be overcharged.
A. M.Well what can we say. Had our car burst into flames and stuck miles away from home. Called with literally 1% on my phone and in deep panic after the ordeal. Guy on the phone understanding. Driver arrived and was amazing. After a horrendous day having people be so professional and provide such a personal service helped us so much. We honestly can't put into words how great full we are. They have always been on time, the drivers are polite and the callers handlers are just lovely. On the very odd occasion they are running late, I will always receive a phone call to let me know.

We had booked a taxi at 2:30pm to pick us up at 6:30pm, the taxi was TWENTY minutes late despite several calls and no traffic!!! As a result we did not get decent seats for a show we had been looking forward to. AA cars picked us up immediately following the show and provided excellent service from the get go!!! 100% recommend them.

My daughter rang to say she had been dropped of in a part of bristol she did not know bus service nil on a sunday Train service not started as 1055 earliest train and what should she do. I rang AA they instantly dispatched a cab which arrived within 7 mins and took her across city to were she needed to be. To top it all fares are quite reasonable up there you guys should try that in cornwall it would cost twice as much thank you very much
