Great shuttle service. Was on time, helped us get our bags in and out of the car, made sure we were comfy and let us play our music for the trip, and made it to the airport promptly. When we got back to Airport, we requested to make a stop for food and he did he made sure we were all good before making our way home. Was very polite and a good driver.

The driver arrived on time. He drove calmly and safely. He was helpful with instructions on how to adjust the straps on the car seat. When we got to the Birmingham airport I noticed that the trolleys required a £1 coin to access them. I had no change, but the driver did. He got out and got me a trolley which was very much appreciated because I had many pieces of luggage and a small child to manage.

I contacted Hex cars for a transfer from Bristol Airport to Swindon. They got back to me very fast, even it was late in the evening. On the next Day, Stelian introduced him self and confirmed again all the details for the flight. On the Day of the flight, Stelian was waiting for us on a very nice Mercedes van. He was very friendly and helpful with all our luggage. Also he did provide us a lot of advice during the trip and exceeded to make sure that we were ok. He even shared his Internet connection, provided a Phone charger, gave waters. It was late in the evening and with our two children this was the best service we could imagine. It was a really great experience and I'm really glad that we found him. Definitively will book again.

I had never been to bristol before so i had no idea where i was going. I arrived and recieved a professional text message advising me of where to go and also what time the driver would arrive. The driver was called stelian and he was the most professional taxi driver ive had. We spoke about where i was going and also about my home city (newcastle) I forgot to book the taxi back to the airport until last minute and i received another text from stelian again asking how my time away was with my girlfriend, this made it more professional and also personal as he remembered exactly what we spoke about 6 days previous.
