My husband is disabled and they always provide help for him to get in and out of the car , as well as folding and unfolding his wheelchair.They are always prompt and good value for money. As a driver-owned co-operative your money is going to the drivers rather than to big business. Highly recommended !
D. D.I have used Drive since it’s very inception because it is not only a good organisation but all the drivers own the business as a co-operative. I also loved the fact that the company gives discounts for pensioners etc. But most important does it get you from A-B? Absolutely with really friendly people who care about your journey and are more than happy to share the concept of being a worker owned co-operative. We have had airport runs, runs out of County and everything in between. One nice touch is the.personal touch. For example if they swap drivers because someone nearer comes free, I got a personal phone call to say why the driver is different. And finally on one very busy day I even DM’ed the company via Twitter and secured a booking. I don’t work for Drive or have any financial interest. But I do fundamentally support their business model and how they treat their drivers (workers) which makes me feel better whenever I need taxi transport. Thanks Drive.
B. J.Jazz was an amazing driver this afternoon when he collect me and my friend from llandough hospital, he got out of the taxi and help my friend who is recovering from a foot operation, he showed so much care and consideration with us thru out the journey. Amazing company and drivers. Well done drive!!!
C. S. B. G.Top service, if you are in Cardiff and need a taxi, then look no further. The driver we had was friendly and helpful. He also helped to explain how Drive is actually a Co-Operative owned by all the drivers, which makes it a great business model, as all drivers have a say in the business, which he said is not the same in the other large taxi companies in Cardiff.

M.I have nothing but good to say about these guys, they've been so helpful with hospital visits pre covid-19 for hubby getting him to clinic appointments & giving me safe rides home after evening visiting once he was admitted. They rescued hubby when he left his phone in one of their taxis a year ago on his way to the station for a short holiday by going out of their way to get it to him in time for his train. They've ferried us to & from GP appointments, to the station for trains, always on time, always 100% helpful. Roll on post covid-19 when we can start going places again as right now we're staying local, probably for the rest of this year.

L.Brilliant! These people are so helpful and kind. They do all they can to accommodate your needs. I can't speak highly enough of them. I always use them. They are honest and don't rip you off like a lot of others.
