Car booked to go to the airport during the morning rush hour and I thought there was going to be problems due to traffic etc. I shouldn't have worried at all, the car was early and the driver used his knowledge to get us there on time. Thanks 👍👍

Very friendly driver but can't understand why it was £11 going to destination, but £12.50 coming back , same miles and locations. All before midnight!!

I booked a taxi today, unfortunately I left my phone in the cab, I called the switchboard within 30 minutes to be informed the driver had my phone. He brought my phone back to where he dropped me off, I paid the fare, Thanks for the honesty of the driver and also the prompt response of the controller, thanx again. Will definitely use this taxi company again.

I left my phone in my the cab yesterday and didn't realize until midnight. I called the office and the driver had reported finding it. Got in touch again in the morning and the driver was able to drop it off at our accommodation. Very professional and very helpful. Thanks very much.

Do you need to ask ,these guys I've been getting for all my life my parents and then me and my daughter I've even got others to change as there cheaper more cars ,very quick unless its that time of day no taxi firm can beat the rush hour but thornliebank always seem to pull it off the drivers are amazing friends to some or most even their the best firm I've ever been with I'm sticking with them 44years so far x

Use this taxi company all the time the drivers that pic me up are always lovley and chatty the only reason I use this company , the service trying to get through is good one minute then terrible the next very rude operators if they get mixed up have such an attidtude always the lady that’s is rude man is polite absolute joke the way she speaks to people
